Quick, hide the truth, ban that book. All schools must remain an "Anne Frank Only Zone"

link A children's novel about a Palestinian girl set against the conflict in the Middle East has sparked outrage in Canada's Jewish community — with some school trustees demanding the book be removed from reading lists and libraries.

The Shepherd's Granddaughter, by Canadian author Anne Laurel Carter, tells the story of Amani, a young teenage girl living outside a Palestinian village in the West Bank, who dreams of being a shepherd. The novel — told through Amani's eyes — also depicts her family members' losses and their reactions to encroaching Israeli settlements

The Jewish Tribune recently wrote an article about the novel quoting hurtful comments made toward Jews on Goodreads.com.

"One book by itself is never going to make any child any sort of bigot. Along with other things though, yes, it could. I don't think that's a process that the schools should be helping along," said Brian Henry, a parent in Toronto who writes for the Tribune.

He says schools should be "a politics-free zone."

Except for "The Diary of Anne Frank" which I'm certain is considered "allowable" reading,and I think that book would be considered political. It puts forth the Jewish holocaust, yet with regards to the Palestinian holocaust, that must be ignored, censored or banned. Never mind that the Jewish Holocaust is long over, but the Palestinian holocaust is a long drawn out holocaust, that has gone on for years, where Palestinians are killed slowly over time, 2 or 3 a month, sometimes more like during Cast Lead, when Israel thinks it can get away with it. B'nai Brith Canada has publicly denounced the novel, saying it "demonizes" Israelis and portrays Palestinians as innocent.

"My reading of the book is I walk away feeling hurt and marginalized and offended by the falseness of what's in the book. I don't walk away feeling I've just read a nice little story," said Anita Bromberg, the legal director of B'nai Brith.

Oh look, the truth makes her feel hurt, marginalised and offended. But that's nothing compared to the feeling of being homeless as you watch fat Zionist settlers feathering their newly stolen nests on your former land.

I write quite a lot of posts about the Zionists attempting to expand it's agenda of censorship. Today there is an excellent op-ed by Jeff Gates over at Middle East Online regarding the new push by the ADL for a re-write of the laws governing "hate crime." You see, the term "hate crime" is the pretty wrapping paper that covers the deeper nefarious agenda of "America's Best Friend"

Israel has a long standing "censorship" policy. For those who think Israel is a democracy like America, think again. Just take a gander at this report from 2006 for a shocker:

Israel attempts MORE censorship, Will the "Nakba" be next???

Look, here's the deal folks; Israel has to stop receiving "special" treatment that then allows it to censor people, websites, media and books. No matter if people have insane views on subjects, it is their right, it's called "freedom of speech and expression." The public can make up their own minds, they really should have that right. If people don't like the books, then they don't have to buy the books, but to ban books is the first step in creating an Israeli totalitarian worldwide censorship police state.Only Israel does this in order to stop any and all discussion in opposition to Israel's version of ALL worldwide events including 9-11. Forget about the "Holocaust" books, because I can easily see this transforming into a book about the Nakba being on that list for instance. Why? Because it does not match Israel's version of history. Just last week I wrote about a new law HERE which could be adopted in Europe that would make it illegal to imply that Israel could have been involved in 9-11, or any other theories involving Israel or Zionism. Moreover, this law would also make it illegal to criticize "Zionism" itself! And now we see today they are suing Amazon online for selling books that Israel does not like. This lawsuit, if successful, will impact European book sales including books in the UK. Look out America, you're next! More after this:

The German branch of the American Jewish Committee announced it was launching a lawsuit on Friday against the country's Amazon website, accusing the online book retailer of selling 50 books which revise or deny the Holocaust.

According to research conducted by the AJC, about 50 books, including Wilhelm Staglich's The Auschwitz Myth - Legend or Reality, are currently for sale on Amazon.de, the German branch of the site. Staglich's book, along with works cited by the AJC written by Germar Rudolf, Udo Walendy, Jurgen Graf and Carlo Mattogno, are also available for sale on the UK's branch of the retailer, Amazon.com.uk. source

Like I said, there can be no questioning, no opinions, no views, no thoughts other than Israel's version, so as Israel disputes the Nakba, I can see them eventually attempting to include those types of books as well. This is the beginning.........think about it!
