It seems America is now banning it's own, born in the USA, citizens from re-entering the US when they return from abroad. This time it's an American born Muslim..........surprise!!! Taking racism to the extreme this is. Now, tell me again Obama, that the US is not at war with all muslims. And tell me again how people born in the US have Civil Rights, you know Obama? Like those civil rights Black people had to fight for? Remember them Obama? Probably not, you grew up with a silver spoon in your mouth in Hawaii, then on to Harvard and the whitehouse, never had much racism directed at you. Ask Michelle, maybe she remembers what racism is, unless the "White" house has rubbed off on her. Or you might want to check with some real black people who can explain racism to you.

link An American Muslim civil rights group says the US government has forced an American citizen into exile because of his faith.

The Washington-based Council on American-Islamic Relations has called on the US Department of Justice to look into the matter. According to the Council, the individual has been placed on a 'no-fly' list and has been unable to return home since March. The group says it is illegal for a US citizen to be denied entry to his own country while he is not charged with any crime. The Council on American-Islamic Relations says such actions undermine the US constitution.

Nadhira al-Khalili with the Council on American-Islamic Relation from Washington. There is no law which allows the United States to deny an American citizen to enter into their own country. Our client was born in the United States and California to be specific, he has a valid United States passport, and the law is very clear that the Americans have the right to travel both within and in and out of their country. So there is no specific law that is allowing this denial of entry. It is just the United States agency that appears to have made its own law that is allowing such denial of rights.

Press TV: This comes in the wake of recent support for US citizens to be stripped of many rights if they are believed or found to be involved with programs called by Islamist militants. Where does that lead the US constitution, which is what many hold up world wide as the standard for other countries to follow?

Al-Khalili: Well, you are absolutely right. This is an unprecedented law that has been proposed by the United States to strip American citizens of their citizenship. Sometimes, the United Stated government can revoke a citizenship if a person has been naturalized. But if a person is born in the United States, they are US-born citizens and that should not be taken away from anyone, no matter what they support, no matter what their ideas are, no matter what they have done, especially not without due process of law. There are courts, there are laws, there are court laws, and there should be due process. A person should be placed in front of a neutral arbitrator before any of the rights are taken away. And this is the case that we saw with our client who was denied entry into the United State. He needs to have his case heard by a mutual party, instead of the agency -- the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) -- which denied him entry into the United States.

HERE'S THE ONE BILLION DOLLAR QUESTION, THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM:

Press TV: Right, now let's stick with that removing citizenship issue. What can be said of Islamophobia when we all know that this will never target, for instance, the Christian militia that have just been found.

Al-Khalili: Absolutely, absolutely, yes. We think that this would probably be targeted toward Muslims, and especially foreign born Muslims, unfortunately.

Press TV: So if this continues to grow in number, do we see the prospect of people like Muslim businessmen maybe, limiting their travels to the US? I mean is that what the country still recovering from recession really needs at this point?

Al-Khalili: No it isn't, and you know what it meant, it is not just Muslims who would be hindered in their travel. This case would lead to thousands of people we have emails from... so not just Muslims. People will be completely unwilling to travel when they find out that their name can be put on a 'no-fly' list for no reason at all. We have a lot of cases where people are on the list and they are not Muslims. For instance, Senator Kennedy was on a 'no-fly' list and I believe Nelson Mandela was on a no-fly list.

(NOTE: I could add hundreds of Irish Republican's names here, including people who are elected to government in the North of Ireland!! Who even today would not be allowed into the USA without "special" permission!!) More:

Our particular client has an American name and his family has lived in this country for generations. Our client does not have a name such as 'Muhammad' or 'Ali' or 'Ahmad' or anything like that. Now that our client is on the list, his father, who is not a Muslim, who shares this almost identical name, is also listed by default on the 'no-fly' list. So you can be a Muslim, you can be a non-Muslim... and you have the potential of being on this list, and without due process anyone's rights could be violated in that way... without any type of third party, any type of neutral arbitrator between the TSA and the FBI and all the other agencies that organized this list. Anyone can be put on it and this ultimately affects the United States and the econonomy

ISRAELI WEAPONS SMUGGLING, RACIAL PROFILING AND ALL THE DIRTY SECRETS

Pissed off Israeli spy spills the beans on racial profiling, weapons smuggling AND his "undercover" Shin Bet work. A veritable pu pu platter of Zionist illegality operating in a foreign country. And now he’s been deported from South Africa, and three cheers for South Africa.

Jonathan Garb works for El Al airlines (Israel’s airline) and was approached to work for Shin Bet, which, according to the Spy Guy, he says most of the Israeli Airline Security does work for Shin Bet. And moreover, South Africa has investigated links to weapons smuggling within El Al Airlines. So why is he spilling the beans now? Money, they cheated him and so he’s talking up a storm.

South Africa has deported an Israeli airline official following allegations that Israel's secret police, Shin Bet, have been operating in Johannesburg's international airport.

The official was employed by the Israeli embassy in South Africa and had a diplomatic passport, Israel's Ynet news reported on its website.

The deportation stemmed from an investigation by local television news show, Carte Blanche, into Jonathan Garb, a former El Al Israeli airline guard,

'Secret police recruit'

Garb, a South African Jew, said he was recruited by Shin Bet, Israel's secret police. "To members of the public they [El Al employees] will represent themselves as airport security ... But in fact we were working for the Israeli security agency, which is the internal security service of the government of Israel," Garb said.

"What we are trained [for] is to look for the immediate threat - the Muslim guy.

"You can think he is a suicide bomber, he is collecting information.

"The crazy thing is that we are profiling people racially, ethnically and even on religious grounds ... This is what we do."

Following up Garb's claims, the programme sent an investigator of Arab origin with a hidden camera to El Al's security area at the airport.

The report showed the man being stopped and questioned by a security guard.
When the reporter protested that he was not flying but waiting for a friend, a security manager from El Al arrived to further question him. SEE THE VIDEO HERE

Embassy-registered weapons

Carte Blanche's report revealed that former staff had accused El Al of smuggling weapons licensed to the local Israeli embassy, into the airport for use by the guards.

People guards deemed as suspicious could be held in a room out of public view, where they were interrogated and subjected to strip searches while their luggage was taken apart, the report showed.

Clandestine searches of their belongings and laptops are also carried out to identify useful documents and information, Garb said.

These actions violate South African law, which only authorises the police, armed forces or personnel hired by the transport ministry to carry out searches.
South Africa has threatened to deport all of El Al's security staff, while the Israeli foreign ministry has purportedly sent a team to South Africa to try to answer the South African government's concerns.

Yossi Levy, a spokesman for Israel's foreign ministry, said "the ministry cannot comment on security matters", but flights from South Africa to Israel were not at risk of being cancelled as a result of the diplomatic crisis, Ynet news reported.
Garb said: "This here is a secret service operating above the law in South Africa.

"We pull the wool over everyone's eyes. We do exactly what we want. The local authorities do not know what we are doing." LINK

HALLOWEEN COMES EARLY TO ISRAEL

Chock up another Israeli Racist Apartheid FAIL mission.

Civil rights groups in Israel expressed outrage at last week's announcement that a special undercover unit of the police has been infiltrating and collecting intelligence on Israel’s Arab minority by disguising its officers as Arabs.

It is the first public admission that the Israeli police are using methods against the country’s 1.3 million Arab citizens, adopted long ago in the West Bank and Gaza, where soldiers are regularly sent on missions disguised as Palestinians.

According to Israeli National Police Commissioner David Cohen, the unit was established two years ago after an assessment that there was “no intelligence infrastructure to deal with the Arab community.” In addition, he said, undercover agents had been operating in East Jerusalem for several years to track potential terrorists.

Israel’s Arab leaders denounced the move as confirmation that the Arab minority was still regarded by the police as “an enemy” – a criticism made by a state commission of inquiry after police shot dead 13 unarmed Arab demonstrators inside Israel and wounded hundreds more at the start of the second intifada in 2000.

In a letter of protest to Israeli officials this week, Adalah, a legal rights group, warned that the unit’s creation violated the constitutional rights of the Arab minority and risked introducing “racial profiling” into Israeli policing.

Awad Abdel Fattah, general secretary of the National Democratic Assembly party, whose activists are regularly interrogated by the police even though the party is represented in the national parliament, said there was strong evidence that undercover units had been operating in Arab communities for many years. “The question is, why are the police revealing this information now? I suspect it is designed to intimidate people, making them fear that they are being secretly watched so that they don’t participate in demonstrations or get involved in politics. It harms the democratic process.”

Secret agents disguised as Arabs – known in Hebrew as “mista’aravim” – were used before Israel’s founding. Jews, usually recruited from Arab countries, went undercover in neighboring states to collect intelligence.

Mr Abdel Fattah said there were widespread suspicions that mista’avarim officers had been operating for years at legal demonstrations held by Israel’s Arab citizens, including at the protests against Israel’s winter attack on Gaza. He said they were often disguised so that they could photograph demonstrators.

He said a woman activist from his party had been called in by the police for interrogation after a demonstration last year in the Arab town of Arrabeh. “The officer told her, ‘I know what you were saying because I was standing right next to you’.
