Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos canceled a meeting he was due to hold Friday with his Israeli counterpart Avigdor Lieberman. Moratinos explained that he was called back to Madrid in order to meet with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who is currently visiting Spain. source
