Israeli "Hit List" What Is Israel Up To?

I made wrote about this the other day. The county formerly known as Egypt, has allowed Israel to use it's waters to position Israeli Nuclear Submarines off the shores of Iran.
The Dolphin-class attack submarine is reported to be the first Israeli naval vessel to transit the Suez Canal in four years on its way from Haifa to Eilat last month.

According to foreign military sources, the Israeli Dolphins are stationed in the Mediterranean, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean opposite Iran's shores. They are said to be armed with torpedo tubes capable of launching nuclear-capable cruise missiles.
And today we see more surprise moves by Israel "suddenly" wanting to join NATO. That's like seeing Israel suddenly becoming involved in Amnesty International (As If!) So, either the world is spinning off it's axis, or something is amiss. Meaning it appears the evil rogue state is continuing it's provocation of Iran which has been going on for well over a year now, but the evil rogue state is beginning to have "murder withdrawals" they need to kill more people,1400 Palestinians were not enough. Iran's next on the hit list. The nuclear sub is now in position, now this:
Israel seeking to enter gunship into NATO Mediterranean operation?

Israel is to issue a request shortly to allow it to join a NATO operation in the Mediterranean aimed to prevent the passage of terrorists and weapons of mass destruction as well as improve the security of the region?s shipping industry.

The cabinet approved the recommendation made by the Israel Defense Forces and the navy to join the operation dubbed Active Endeavour last Wednesday when it was presented. Israel is not a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization;

A solution would be found to avoid Israeli ships approaching the shores of Arab countries, particularly those with which Israel has no diplomatic relations including Syria, Lebanon and certain North African countries.

Presently, an Israeli naval officer with the rank of major is stationed at NATO marine command in Napoli, Italy.source
So just who is the aggressor in the Middle East? The country with the nukes, that's Isra-hell, the biggest danger to peace in the world, right up there with North Korea, both rogue states who answer to "no one"
