Hi Saladain, yes it passed, I was recording and posting the results of the votes for people to see who supported it and who did not:)
It's passed the first hurdle, but now I think, judging on what the US member said at the UN, see my post on this. That Israel will at some point ultimately decide to do its own investigation, so that it:
1. retains control of the investigation
2. Can hide the vast majority of criminals from the law
3. give a hand slap to one or two low ranking IDF soldiers, so that Israel can the US can then say Israel cooperated
4. this will be the end of the story. hate to say that but it's what I belive will take place.
Israel and the US will not allow this to reach the ICC, having Israel do its "own "investigation solves the problem, in their eyes anyway.

Hi Saladin, I will make answers but it will be later tonight I promise. I have to leavein a few minutes to go to Dublin for the live link up with GAZA tonight!! Two Cities ONE concert. it's going to be great! In Gaza the groups will be perfroming at the Ministery of Education Building 3rd floor, in Ireland we will be at the Tripod in Dublin with our groups performing. We will be live with Gaza by a big screen and they will see us and our performers and we will see them and theirs. I'm going to put up a post on this in a fw minutes then I must go, but when I return I'll write answers for you before I go to bed tonight:) i promise
