The 41-year-old pleaded guilty to preparing for acts of terrorism and producing a chemical weapon and is awaiting sentence
His son Nicky Davison, 19, was convicted of possessing so-called 'terrorism manuals'
link President Nicolas Sarkozy has declared on several occasions that full-face veils, known as burqas or niqabs, have no place in French society but has not made clear what practical steps the government might take.Yeah, that one. Well, Israel has decided to let you know how much they appreciate your recent moves to “out bigot” Israel. Here’s your big “thank You”
Fillon in January asked the Council of State, which advises on the preparation of new laws and orders, to look into the issue and give an opinion on the most effective judicial steps to outlaw the veils.
link A diabetic Palestinian died on Saturday after being prevented from crossing the Al-Hamra military checkpoint into the Jordan Valley on Saturday.Silly France, trying to out bigot Israel...............
Mohammad Damen Abed Al-Karim E'lieyat, 62, from the village of Dir Abu Da'eef in Jenin was en route to the Jordan Valley but was barred from transit. Ma'an's correspondent said E'lieyat made several attempts to cross but was turned back by Israeli authorities who said that he was unable to pass because he held French citizenship

Two days ago Mariam Kassis, a resident of the village of Mi'ilya - near Ma'alot in the north of the country - returned from a visit to Amman. When she sent her bags through the x-ray machine at the border crossing between Israel and Jordan, the Israeli customs inspectors spent time checking a dozen volumes that she bought for her father in the Jordanian capital, all from the series "Qawlun ala Qawl" ("Saying on a Saying"), written by Arab radio personality Hasan Karmi. It's a matter of "equality"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The series of books written by Karmi are in effect transcripts of selected conversations from an international radio program that he presented on the BBC Arabic service in the 1950s.
"People used to call this program from all over the world and the listeners conducted discussions with the moderator about literature, art, songs, folklore and anecdotes," Kassis explained yesterday, still upset by the incident at the border crossing. "My father has had the series of volumes for several years, so I read them and he read them and we enjoyed it. Before my trip to Jordan he asked me to buy a copy of the seriesas a gift for my brother, who is planning to visit here from the United States."
But then, said Kassis, "one of the border inspectors checked the books, passed them through the X-ray machine, flipped through the pages to see if I had smuggled anything - and handed them over for perusal to one of the customs officials. He doesn't know how to read Arabic, he doesn't speak Arabic and he didn't understand what kind of books I wanted to take home with me. He only decided that I couldn't bring them into Israel. When I asked him why, he replied that this was a type of 'trading with the enemy,' because the books were published in Beirut, and that Israeli law forbids it. I tried to explain to him with a smile what kind of books they were, but I'm an Arab woman - so he and his friends didn't believe me."
A customs official declared the books a "confiscated asset."
"I'm an attorney and I know when an asset is confiscated: Only when there's a criminal procedure and confiscating it is meant to ensure that a monetary debt is covered," she said. "All my pleas were in vain."
With tears in her eyes Kassis ended her trip to Jordan and returned embittered to her home village.
"I'm determined to get those books and I have no intention of giving in. I plan to fight to have the books returned to me. It's not because they cost me $100 and not because there's anything in them that I haven't read. It's a matter of principle," she said yesterday.source

Ghanaian man forced to leave Israel after 26 yearsSo, the Israeli woman was a tart and slept around, became pregnant and told this guy the baby was his. being a good and decent man he took on his fatherly responsibility very seriously and has remained a good father to her for 22 years. Not his fault the Israeli woman was a liar and a tramp behind his back. But that gives the racist rogue state the ammunition to now deport him, how perfect for them. In fact, if were him, I'd have a DNA test carried out in some other country besides Israel, just in case they cheated the results.More:
Nine days. That's how long Charlie Eskay was given to pack up 26 years of life in Israel before being deported to his native Ghana.
The Interior Ministry has refused Eskay's request to renew his resident status in Israel, and unless it accedes in the next two days, the 49-year-old will be forced to leave his home and daughter behind.
Eskay's story is fit for a soap opera. He came to Israel in 1983 on a student visa, crossing the border from Alexandria, Egypt into Eilat to study marine biology.
He took on a number of temporary jobs to support himself and in the meanwhile met an Israeli woman, with whom he fell in love. Together they parented a daughter, who is now 22.
When their daughter was two years old, Eskay's partner left him to move to central Israel. Although she took their child with her, Eskay remained a committed father, staying in Israel to be close to her.
"I traveled the whole world," Eskay told Haaretz in fluent Hebrew. "One of the reasons I stayed in Israel is for [my daughter]. I am a responsible person. I have had a hard life. I didn't want to be somebody who brings a child into the world only to abandon her. And I loved Israel, too."
After finishing her high school studies in the center, Eskay's daughter moved to Eilat to live with him before beginning her compulsory service in the Israel Defense Forces.
Not long after, immigration authorities decided that Eskay was to be deported as his student visa was no longer valid.
He was taken to a detention facility to await expulsion, and while his lawyers argued that he should be permitted to remain in Israel for his daughter, an additional blow was struck: It turned out his daughter was not biologically his own.
Despite the results of the paternity test, Eskay and his daughter petitioned the courts and eventually, their appeal reached the Supreme Court. So, to all you fathers who are not "biological" fathers, according to Israel you are not fathers at all. So, how would he have fared in the USA? check it out HERE. And, for more insight into Israel racism you can read this HERE
In January 2007, Eskay's attorney was notified that the Interior Ministry had agreed to extend his status in Israel for another two years.
Eskay's daughter, who was serving on an IDF base in the south at that time, continued to return home to her father on the weekends.
Two years ago, she moved back to the center of the country after her mother's husband died and her little brother fell severely ill. She now lives with relatives in the center, but remains in close contact with her father.
"Dad supports me financially and emotionally and we see each other every month or two, when he comes to the center," she told Haaretz. She said that Eskay also supports her mother and even relatives to whom he is not related.
Eskay's daughter is still worried that her father will be deported, despite their last-ditch efforts to see his visa renewed. "It's exhausting. This is a crazy country. (I have to agree with that statement!) What does this mean? That when I get married I won't have a father? That my kids won't have a grandfather? The law may be the law, but people have feelings, too."
The Interior Ministry said in a statement that its initial decision to renew Eskay's visa had been based on his paternity, a fact it says has now changed.
"Renewal of Mr. Eskay's residency visa was made on the basis of a number of circumstances, primarily his relationship with his daughter, who in actuality, is not his biological daughter," said the statement. source

Where's the last place you would look for a white supremacist on the run?
Micky Mayon, a violent neo-Nazi on the FBI most-wanted list, decided it had to be Israel. So for two years, the suspected KKK member laid low in the Jewish State after fleeing the United States.
Today, Mayon's luck ran out after undercover Israeli immigration police raided his Tel Aviv flat in the early hours.
Even then they were unaware that the man in their grasp was wanted for allegedly burning the car of a US judge who had ordered that he stand trial on firearms charges.
Mayon, 32, fled the United States on November 1, 2007, boarding a Continental Airlines flight to Tel Aviv. After arriving on a one-month tourist visa, he stayed on illegally. source

You may be used to seeing fireworks with names like 'Seaside Garden,' 'Burst and Bloom,' or 'Red, White, and Boom.'Now, here's the letter CAIR-MN wrote to the Zionist promoting company selling these racist potential weapons PDF FILE HERE
Some of the novelties sold at Fireworks City in Baldwin, Wis. are sparking controversy in the Arab and Muslim communities.
On one side of the packaging for 'Run Hadji Run' fireworks, men of Middle Eastern decent are riding on camels with a bomber plane flying above them. On the other side is an angry-looking Uncle Same yanking the beard of what looks like a Muslim man.
"This is just outrageous," said Kenya McKnight. What comes in my mind, is that people will get idea to pop fireworks at Muslims."
The fireworks were being sold for $30. While the owner didn't want to comment on camera, customers had a lot to say.
"To me it sends a clear message that Muslims are terrorists. ‘Run Hadji Run’—I’m going to throw some fireworks and I want to see you run," McKnight said.
The Council of American-Islamic Relations of Minnesota issued issued a statement about the fireworks, explaining "Hadji is an honorific term for those who have completed the pilgrimage to Mecca, but has been often used as a derogatory term by U.S. Soldiers during the Iraq War."
After 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS visited the store and brought attention to the offensive fireworks Friday, they were pulled off the shelves.
CAIR-MN also wrote a letter to the company's president, asking for him to offer an apology to the Muslim and Arab community. source
An 89-year-old white supremacist and Holocaust denier opened fire in Washington’s Holocaust Museum today, wounding at least one before being shot in the head by security officers.Yeah, I can see where Israel shares many views with this racist. But they better call the KKK first before attending any Clan meetings, because I don’t think the White Supremacists feel the love back. Judging from the above article.
Von Brunn bemoans that “Jews control all important sources of information”, and claims that there is a Jewish conspiracy to destroy the white gene pool. He also wrote: “America is a Third-World racial garbage-dump – stupid, ignorant, dead broke, and terminal
In 1981, von Brunn entered the Federal Reserve in Washington with a shotgun to make a citizens arrest, he later said, to protest about high interest rates. He was sentenced to 11 years in jail.
On his website, he claims he was convicted by a “Negro jury, Jew /Negro attorneys, and sentenced to prison for eleven years by a Jew judge. A Jew/Negro/White Court of Appeals denied his appeal.” link

Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman's party wants to ban Israeli Arabs from marking the anniversary of what they term "the Catastrophe" or Nakba, when in 1948 some 700,000 Arabs lost their homes in the war that led to the establishment of the state of Israel. And just so you do not labour under the false pretense that it is only a handful of racists in Israel. Read this article Lieberman's anti-Arab ideology wins over Israel's teens, where you can witness a whole new generation of Liebermans, soon to grow up and take over the country. Notice their favorite slogans "Death to the Arabs" and "No loyalty, no citizenship" These are Leibermans new generation, his clones.
The ultranationalist Yisrael Beitenu party said it would propose legislation next week for a ban on the practice and a jail term of up to three years for violators.
The initiative could fuel racial tensions stoked by Lieberman's February election campaign call to make voting or the holding of public office in Israel contingent on pledging loyalty to the Jewish state.
Arabs, who make up 20 percent of Israel's population, said the allegiance demand was aimed at them and accused Lieberman of racism.
Israel celebrated its Independence Day this year on April 29, in accordance with the Hebrew lunar calendar. Palestinian refugees around the world and Israel's Arab citizens mark the Nakba on May 15, the day after the British mandate over Palestine ended in 1948.
In Ramallah, hundreds of Palestinians, some holding large wooden keys to symbolize the keys of homes from which they fled in 1948, took part in a rally.
"I came here to show that we believe that one day we will return. If not me, then my son," said Mohammad Hassan, 79.
The right-leaning government of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in which Lieberman's party is a key ally, has not endorsed the Western and Arab-backed goal of Palestinian statehood.
It also firmly opposes the division of Jerusalem and the right of return of Palestinian refugees, and Netanyahu recently introduced a demand that Palestinians, as part of any future peace agreement, recognize Israel as a "Jewish state". source
The United States asserts that it will boycott the upcoming UN-led anti-racism conference citing the event's anti-Israeli draft document.Like I said the other day, Durban=The Chees Shop.
"The Obama administration will with regret boycott a UN conference on racism next week over objectionable language in the meeting's final document that could single out Israel for criticism and restrict free speech," the State Department said in a statement on Saturday.
Washington and Tel Aviv had also walked out of the previous conference in Durban, South Africa in protest at its draft declaration among other things.
They slammed the 2001 conference held in Durban, South Africa, for being anti-Semitic because it brought into focus Israel's ill-treatment of the Palestinians and attempted to pass a resolution likening Zionism to racism source
Bethlehem - A UN-sponsored racism conference will begin Monday, but the plight of the Palestinians will not be on the agenda, partly because Palestine's own diplomats have buckled to US pressure, civil society organizations have alleged. Now, see what I mean? Durban II has no discussion of racism, and the Cheese Shop has no cheese, they are the same:)
The Draft Outcome Document of the Durban Review Conference – to be held in Geneva, Switzerland – contains no reference to the Palestinians, Palestine, or to Israel or its occupation of Palestinian land. All such references were removed by a Preparatory Committee from an earlier draft in March.
According to its official website, the purpose of the conference is to “evaluate progress towards the goals set by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance in Durban, South Africa, in 2001.”
The 2001 conference ended in controversy when the US and Israel walked out in protest of attempts to identify Israel as a perpetrator of racist policies.
In an open letter signed by some 50 Palestinian, Arab and international human rights organizations, it was alleged that “This step (of deleting any reference to Palestine) was unfortunately approved by official Arab negotiating delegations in Geneva including the Permanent Observer Mission of Palestine at the UN office in Geneva.”
The letter accuses the Palestinian and Arab diplomats of capitulating to a threat to boycott the conference by US, Israel, Canada and European states to remove references to Israel and Palestinians.
Asked why the Palestinian negotiators had accepted the removal of their own people from the agenda, the head of the PLO mission to the UN in Geneva, Ibrahim Khreisha told Ma’an that “the decision was made by all groups” to remove references to all specific countries. “Some from Africa don’t want to mention certain African countries … like Sudan. Europe doesn’t want to mention Israel. … We don’t want to single out any one country.”
Asked why the US, Canada and Italy are still boycotting the conference despite the removal of the references to Israel and the Palestinians, Khreisha said that these countries were actually seeking further concessions, in fact asking for the Durban Review conference not to align itself with the goals set out in Durban.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the US State Department said it “welcomes the recent progress in … the document, removing all language that singled out any one country or conflict, and removing language that embraced the concept of ‘defamation of religion’ and that demanded reparations for slavery.”
Presented with this description of the US demand, Jaradat, the director of BADIL said that not endorsing the 2001 document would be the equivalent of “not having the conference.”
Khreisha said he did not know exactly what conditions would have to be met to persuade the US to participate in the conference, but he said that the American delegation was “waiting for instructions from Washington” and specifically from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
With Palestinians stricken from the agenda BADIL and its partners are organizing a parallel “Israel Review Conference” for civil society groups to discuss analysis and strategy in the fight against “Apartheid, Colonialism and Occupation.” link
Anti-Zionism Is Not Anti-Semitism, Stipulates UN Organization, EAFORD
THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR THE ELIMINATION OF ALL FORMS OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION (EAFORD)
Item 7. Human rights situation in Palestine and other occupied Arab territories
To expose Israel’s human rights abuses and attacks on Gaza is not anti-Jewish; criticism based on mountains of reports of human rights violations are not directed at Jews anywhere, but at the policies of the State of Israel.
The international community can and should abhor the slaughter of Palestinian women and children without being labeled anti-Semitic.Zionism is a political movement, not a religion; it is a colonialist, racist, ideology of conquest, oppression, subjugation and control.Zionism is Israel's official ideology and to oppose the discriminatory policies of this apartheid state is not racist. Israel is one thing, Judaism another: to confront one is not to be in opposition of the other, they are separate.
Jews can be anti-Zionists, and anti-Semites can be staunch Zionists. Some of the most adamant supporters of Zionist ideology are not Jews, but some fundamentalist Christians. This agenda item does not report on a religion but on a State’s discriminatory policies towards a people who are Semitic too!Occupation is not about religion: It is a nation’s policy of aggression; its use of disproportionate force, and collective punishment.
When the atrocities committed on the people of Palestine are condemned, Zionists call it anti-Semitism, which is a concocted myth. It is simply a ploy to “dismiss all criticism, no matter how legitimate, as rooted in prejudice and therefore without any validity." (Cohen)
Equating anti-Zionism with anti-Semitism poisons any resolution; let it not deter us from our pursuit, the real goal which must prevail: truth and justice.
Thank you Mr. President.

WASHINGTON (AFP) — US President Barack Obama's administration announced Tuesday it will run in May for a seat on the UN Human Rights Council -- a body the Bush administration had shunned.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the US ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice, said the United States wanted a seat to help reform the body from within, according to the State Department.
"We're very committed to bring about the serious reform that the council needs," she said.
"The principal problem is there has been too little focus on the most egregious abuses of human rights ... and too much focus, unbalanced focus we believe, on other issues that don't merit the amount of time," she added.
"Yes, of course, we mean Israel."
The next round of elections to the Council will be held on May 15 in the UN General Assembly in New York when members will be elected to a three-year term.
Howard Berman, the Democratic chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said the United States could no longer afford to be on the sidelines after the body had "become increasingly dysfunctional and politicized.
But the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), a leading anti-Semitism watchdog, expressed concern over the decision.
"ADL had urged Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to seek reform of the Council before deciding to join it," it said in a statement.
Text on Israel cut from UN racism draft
GENEVA (AFP) — References to the Palestinian territories -- that led Western countries deeming them anti-semitic to threaten a boycott of a UN racism conference -- have been cut from the meeting's draft declaration.
Passages relating to so-called defamation of religion were also dropped. The text on this subject had been included after Islamic countries lobbied for them following a 2005 furore over Danish cartoons depicting the Prophet Mohammed. (clearly racist)
The European Union on Monday threatened to pull out of the Durban review conference, due to take place in Geneva from April 20 to 24, unless there were changes.
Britain had also said it would not attend unless the draft showed a "change in direction," while Canada, Israel, Italy and the United States had already said they would stay away.
The revised and drastically shortened proposal, obtained by AFP, also dropped a passage on reparations for slavery, which African countries had been seeking, and did not include a Western proposal about discrimination against homosexuals.
The EU presidency earlier cited at least five offending paragraphs on the situation in the Palestinian territories, such as an assertion that "in order to consolidate the Israeli occupation, (Palestinians) have been subjected to unlawful collective punishment, torture." (Can’t have any of that pesky truth seeping into the record now can we)
Similar rifts dogged the original World conference against racism, xenophobia and related intolerance in the South African city of Durban, which ended on September 7, 2001 with the adoption of a declaration and plan of action.
Israeli and US delegates walked out of that conference in protest against a bid by Arab nations to adopt a resolution that equated Zionism with racism. It was not included in the final declaration.
