WORTHLESS WOMEN AND BASTARDS

Israel Sending Women Back to the Stone Age and demonizing children as "Bastards"

Let's talk about Israel, which claims it's the "only democracy in the Middle East" (Never mind about that pesky 2006 Palestinian election that was declared legal by George Bush, before he knew the results) But that little factoid aside, let's focus on "Israel" the Jewish state that likes to masquerade as a democracy, but which is actually a theocracy, which likes to also masquerade as a 21st century western society. Israel goes to great lengths to project an image of itself as an being just like America, only Jewish. But again, it's all hasbara.

I doubt any American women would want to trade places with her counterpart in Israel, not after reading this little eye opener below. You see, women are treated just like Palestinians in the racist state of Israel. Both are considered 2nd class citizens in Israel. Palestinians are not considered equal human beings, and women are not considered to be equal to men. In fact, should a woman want to divorce her husband, she can do so only if he agrees to "allow" it. Additionally, should she leave him without his approval, she cannot re-marry and should she have children they are considered "Bastards." And "Bastard" children cannot get married if they live in Israel. So her children would never be legally allowed to marry.

When will Americans wise up to the lie they have been sold about Israel being a Democracy and a normal society:
link According to Jewish law, a man has to agree to grant his wife a divorce of his own free will before the legal separation can proceed. "If he's incapacitated, if he's abusive, if he committed adultery, it really doesn't matter," says Susan Weiss, who runs the Center for Women's Justice. "If he doesn't say yes, you're stuck."

Ramit Alon, 40, was living in an Orthodox community with her husband and three children when she decided to leave her marriage.

"I got married 16, almost 17 years ago," Alon says. "We had some problems as a couple, and 4 1/2 years ago, I left. I took my kids and just ran away."

Alon says she was optimistic about what lay ahead. "I thought that after I leave, it will take some months and then I could get divorced and start again, a new life. But it's not over."

Stuck In A Marriage

Weiss says she has seen extreme cases among her organization's clients.

"We had a client whose husband tried to kill himself — he was in a vegetative state. She can't get divorced," Weiss says.

But, she says, even when the husband is "alive and well and you know where he is, but simply refuses to give his wife a divorce, she is stuck."

And that's where Alon finds herself. Her husband does not want to divorce her, and she cannot just decide to go and live with another man and bear his children, because under Jewish law, the children of the new union would be considered bastards.

They would not, for example, be able to legally get married here in the Jewish faith, Alon says.

"I have a new life now, but I can't start all over again," she says. "I can't meet someone and marry him and have kids. If I will have new kids before I have my divorce, they won't be able to marry here."

Weiss says the stigma is carried for generations.

"Very few women want to be in the position where their kids are considered mamzerim or bastards. The stigma is really great and the stigma is so bad that it goes forever," she says. "In other words, this person who's stigmatized — his children are stigmatized; his grandchildren are stigmatized; everyone is stigmatized."
Yeah, Israel the "GREAT" Democracy.......................

Israel Does Not Legally Exist

An oxymoron in Middle East Alan Hart (Israel)

6 April 2010 For readers who may not be intimately familiar with English terminology, an oxymoron is a figure of speech by which contradictory terms are combined to form an expressive phrase or epithet such as cruel kindness and falsely true. (It’s derived from the Greek word oxymoros meaning pointedly foolish).

As part of this debate on Israel’s legitimacy, I’m going to confine myself to one question and answer.

The question is: How can you delegitimise something (in this case the Zionist state) when it is NOT legitimate?

Leaving aside the fairy story of God’s promise, (which even if true would have no bearing on the matter because the Jews who “returned” in answer to Zionism’s call had no biological connection to the ancient Hebrews), the Zionist state’s assertion of legitimacy rests on the Balfour Declaration of 1917 and the UN General Assembly’s partition plan resolution of 1947.

The only real relevance of the Balfour Declaration is in the fact that it was an expression of both the willingness of a British government to use Jews for imperial purposes and the willingness of Zionist Jews to be used. The truth is that Britain had no right whatsoever to promise Zionism a place in Palestine, territory the British do not possess. (Palestine at the time was controlled and effectively owned by
Ottoman Turkey).

The Balfour Declaration did allow Zionism to say that its claim to Palestine had been recognised by a major power, and then to assert that the Zionist enterprise was therefore a legitimate one. But the legitimacy Britain conveyed by implication was entirely spurious, meaning not genuine, false, a sham.

Zionism’s assertion that Israel was given its birth certificate and thus legitimacy by the UN General Assembly partition resolution of 29 November 1947 is pure propaganda nonsense, as demonstrated by an honest examination of the record of what
actually happened.

In the first place the UN without the consent of the majority of the people of Palestine did not have the right to decide to partition Palestine or assign any part of its territory to a minority of alien immigrants in order for them to establish a state of their own.

Despite that, by the narrowest of margins, and only after a rigged vote, the UN General Assembly did pass a resolution to partition Palestine and create two states, one Arab, one Jewish, with Jerusalem not part of either. But the General Assembly resolution was only a non-binding proposal — meaning that it could have no effect, would not become binding, until and unless it was approved by the Security Council.

The truth is that the General Assembly’s partition proposal never went to the Security Council for consideration. Why not? Because the US knew that, if approved, and because of Arab and other Muslim opposition, it could only be implemented by force; and President Truman was not prepared to use force to partition Palestine.

So the Partition plan was vitiated (became invalid) and the question of what the hell to do about Palestine — after Britain had made a mess of it and walked away — was taken back to the General Assembly for
more discussion.

The option favoured and proposed by the US was temporary UN Trusteeship. It was while the General Assembly was debating what do that Israel unilaterally declared itself to be in existence—actually in defiance of the will of the organised international community, including the Truman administration.

The truth of the time was that Israel, which came into being mainly as a consequence of Zionist terrorism and pre-planned ethnic cleansing, had no right to exist and, more to the point, could have no right to exist unless ….. Unless it was recognised and legitimised by those who were dispossessed of their land and their rights during the creation of the Zionist state. In international law only the Palestinians could give Israel the legitimacy it craved.

As it was put to me many years ago by Khalad al-Hassan, Fatah’s intellectual giant on the right, that legitimacy was “the only thing the Zionists could not take from us by force.”

The truth of history as summarised briefly above is the explanation of why, really, Zionism has always insisted that its absolute pre-condition for negotiations with more than a snowball’s chance in hell of a successful outcome (an acceptable measure of justice for the Palestinians and peace for all) is recognition of Israel’s right to exist. A right, it knows, it does not have and will never have unless the Palestinians grant it.

It can be said without fear of contradiction (except by Zionists) that what de-legitimises Israel is the truth
of history.

And that is why Zionism has worked so hard, today with less success than in the past and therefore with increasing desperation, to have the
truth suppressed.

Some Americans Are Waking Up

I have to hand this guy credit:
link Come April 15, tax day, Josh Ruebner plans to send his group's members to post offices, dozens of them across the country, to "educate" people mailing in their tax forms that the United States should end military aid to Israel.

The activists will hand out literature noting that the $2.8 billion Israel gets each year could fund 65,000 vouchers for low-cost US housing or retrain half a million Americans for green jobs. It costs each taxpayer $19 a year, says Mr. Ruebner, national advocacy director of the US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation, which aims to get Israel out of the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza.

In 2007, President Bush phased out economic aid to Israel in favor of a boost in military aid, but that amounted to a 25 percent overall hike in funds. Furthermore, a reduction in the cost of maintaining Israel's expensive armed forces frees up government money to spend on other programs, including subsidized housing in the occupied territories

To Eugene Bird, president of the Council for the National Interest, a group advocating a "more balanced" approach to Middle East affairs, US money does in effect finance settlements in the West Bank that house 400,000 settlers – "though I never will be able to prove it," he confesses.

So if President Obama wants to pressure Israel to stop expanding settlements, what can he do?

He should not engage in a public fight, says Stephen Walt, a Harvard University professor of international relations and coauthor of a book on the Israel lobby. Rather, he says, Mr. Obama should use the bully pulpit to express displeasure, maybe calling the settlements "illegal." He should take diplomatic steps, such as voting for a United Nations resolution condemning the 42-year-old occupation; slow down or trim US purchases of Israeli military products (worth perhaps half a billion dollars a year); and limit loan guarantees.

One advantage of these measures: Congress would not need to be involved, notes Mr. Walt.

Coalition of NGOs and MPs call for OECD to Deny Israel Membership

Brussels, Belgium - April 3, 2010 – Israel does not deserve to be accepted into the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the European Campaign to End the Siege of Gaza said in a statement today.

Israel has been lobbying for nearly 20 years to be admitted to the OECD, founded in 1961 for wealthy industrialized democracies to meet and co-ordinate economic and social policies. It includes the United States and most of Europe. The media have reported that Israel has been told that its accession to the exclusive “club” of the world’s most developed economies is all but assured when the 30 member states meet in May.

“However, only democratic countries are allowed to join the OECD,” noted Dr. Arafat Shoukri, chair of the ECESG. “Israel clearly does not satisfy that requirement as long as it continues to imprison nearly 1.5 million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, control the movement of 2.6 million Palestinians in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, and limit the civil rights of another million Palestinian citizens in Israel.”

A draft report from the OECD on Israel’s application, leaked to the media, concedes that Israel has breached one of the organization’s key requirements related to providing accurate and transparent data on its economic activity. The information supplied by Israel, the report notes, includes not only the economic activity of its citizens inside its recognized borders, but also Jewish settlers who live in the occupied territories of East Jerusalem, the West Bank and the Golan Heights in violation of international law. Thus, the statistics provided by Israel conceal the occupation while simultaneously treating it as a permanent fact.

Israel’s bid for OECD membership is opposed by the leaders of its Arab minority, one-fifth of the population. Last month, the Higher Follow-Up Committee, the minority’s main political body, petitioned the OECD to reject Israel. It pointed out that half of Israel’s Arab citizens are living below the poverty line, a rate three times higher than among Israeli Jews, and that on average, Arab citizens earn salaries that are one-third less than Jews. Another OECD report, published in January, showed that, even on the basis of Israel’s figures excluding the Palestinians, Israel would still have the widest social gaps of any member state.

“European law clearly forbids European countries from recognizing the Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories – a prohibition affirmed recently by the Russell (International War Crimes) Tribunal,” said Dr. Shoukri. ” If the OECD accepts Israel as a member, it will make a mockery of both the rule of law and the principles of human decency.”

The ECESG (www.savegaza.eu) is an umbrella body of non-governmental organizations across Europe that advocates the fundamental right of the Palestinian people in Gaza to live in peace and dignity without being subjected to any form of collective punishment such as the cutting of supplies of food, fuel and medicine or their denial of free access to travel outside Gaza Strip. The ECESG supports the restoration of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people in Gaza and lobbies for pressure to be exerted on the occupying power to lift its siege and end the human tragedy there. It urges the participation of politicians and non-politicians alike to honor their duty to stop the suffering of 1.5 million people trapped in Gaza under the most inhumane conditions. source

WITH ISRAEL, ONE HAND GIVETH AND TWO TAKETH AWAY

Israel has decided to “allow” three, count em, THREE, trucks containing shoes and clothing into Gaza with a population of 1.5 million people, most of whom children. This tiny 3 truck load is the FIRST time in THREE years shows or clothes have been allowed in. So all those poor little children with pinched toes, torn clothes, and too tight trousers, can maybe, if they’re one of the lucky handful, get something new that fits. Dont get too excited.

As always, with Israel, ONE hand giveth and TWO hands taketh away:
link Israel allowed a shipment of clothes and shoes to be delivered to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip on Sunday for the first time in its almost three-year-old blockade of the Hamas-(democratically elected government) controlled enclave. Palestinian officials said the goods arrived in the territory via Israel's Kerem Shalom border crossing. Ten truckloads of clothing and footwear were expected during the day. Gaza merchants said the shipment would not fill their stocks and demanded Israel release goods long held in its sea ports.
And now comes the “Taketh Away” part of the deal. Israel gives you nice new shoes, then tries to kill you for the fifth time in a week.
link Israeli fighter jets have attacked central and eastern Gaza Strip following Tel Aviv's threats of a fresh round of strikes on the blockaded sliver. The Sunday raids targeted al-Maghazi near the Gaza City and al-Qarara in the town of Khan Younis.

The Trouble with Slaves

The land of stolen milk and honey, the desert in bloom, due to stolen water resources, the big shiny new buildings, the filled produce shops so that Israelis can eat until they burst. All of this labour intensive work comes at a price, a slave price. Whilst fat well fed Israelis refuse the hard labour jobs which they deem "below them" the Palestinians are forced to take what jobs they can get, in order to survive.

Unfortunately Israel has to pay them for their slave work, and now Israel complains about having to pay their slaves wages. More after this:
link Bank of Israel: Palestinian labor hurts Israeli workers. Growing employment of Palestinians in recent years good for PA, hurts unskilled Israeli labor, report says. The low wages earned by Palestinians working in Israel may undermine the salaries of unskilled Israeli workers, the Bank of Israel says.

The bank's report, which looked into Palestinian employment in Israel, showed a roughly 20% increase in the employment of Palestinians in Israel in the years 2002-2008.
Now, as if we needed MORE proof of Zionist racism, here's a good one from the comment secton below this article:
. So an unskilled palis makes 210 shekels day. And an Israeli with skills or not earning the minimum wage gets 165.60. Is there something wrong here?

Put a 1,000 shekel security tax on each pali that is employed. Also 100,000 shekel fine and six months in prison for each illegally employed pali or other foreigner.

ZIONISTS vs HEADLESS CHICKEN

So here's a question for you: What would take the longest time, Zionists to fully realise they are no longer getting special treatment, or a chicken to live with it's head cut off? My answer at the end of this post.

Israel's Zionist state is having a taste of "Equality" and it's not going down well with the "Special Ones". Zionists around the world are having serious withdrawal symptoms. After all, when you are so used to being the evil aggressor, able to act with impunity, murder 1400 Palestinians at will, committing extra judicial murders using the stolen identities of innocent people from other countries, hiding your crimes behind America's UN veto by arm twisting, buying and blackmailing politicians, well, it's not easy loosing all those ill gotten perks they should have never had in the first place. It's like a greedy spoilt brat child, when the parents finally twig to the sad reality that they have overindulged the child and as a result, created a monster, instead of a human being. Reality bites, and it's nipping at Israel's ankles. Enjoy the comedy of this insane Zionist rant:
link We have been receiving numerous communications from the People of Israel expressing how demoralized and abandoned the Jewish People in Israel feel by the lack of any strong and meaningful statement and vigorous, public demonstrations sponsored by any of the major and established Jewish organizations in support of Israel's position regarding Jerusalem.

They feel that the treatment of Israel during the last three weeks by President Obama, Hillary Clinton, and spokesmen for the Administration has been an unprecedented humiliation of the Jewish State and a willful isolation of it among the community of nations.
Um, no that's not it actually. The Zionist state's own actions have isolated it from the rest of the human world. The fact that America seems to be standing up for itself (momentarily) is a healthy dose of reality juice for the Zionists. Like a mental patient whose Prozac finally kicked in. Reality is hard to get used to when you've been living in an insane asylum, e.g. Israel. More meltdown:
Furthermore, the brazen and humiliating way in which the Prime Minister of Israel, the de facto representative of the entire Jewish People, was treated by the entire staff of the White House in front of all the eyes of the world should not be tolerated. It is encouraging other Western countries, as well as Arab countries, to treat Israel as a diplomatic pariah and even question Israel's legitimacy as a state itself.
Well, if the Foo shits, I mean if the shoe fits........ more insanity:
what the establishment Jewish organizations should do, is to express their outrage at the mistreatment and humiliation of the Jewish State and attempts to portray the Jewish State as being the sole entity blocking a successful War on Terror.
See prior comment above. More:
The Jewish world is awaiting your affirmation that the entire city of Jerusalem is to be under Jewish sovereignty and is its eternal, united capital.
Wow, don't hold yur breath there, you may have a very long wait, like until a solar flare from the sun ends all life on this planet. More wailing and ranting:
Furthermore, it is apparent that the Obama Administration, from the President to Mrs. Clinton, to David Axelrod, and the President's spokesmen are engaging in an attempt to overturn the will of the Israeli People who voted for the current Prime Minister and his coalition partners.
I'm reminded of Hamas here, check the last sentance above, I'll say no more, smart people will understand what I am eluding to here ;-) and yet, there is still more meltdown to come:
On so many fronts, the past three weeks have been an absolute and unwarranted, yet purposeful, humiliation of the Jewish People and the State of Israel.
Sharp as a tack, nothing gets past the superior intelligence of Zionists ;-) more still:
No doubt, many of our leaders are working behind the scenes to repair the rupture of the last three weeks. (what they mean there is that AIPAC is bribing behind the scenes) In this case, however, that is simply not enough and evades the real issue. The world at large has seen a public humiliation and rebuke of the State of Israel go unanswered. Unless it sees a profoundly public rebuke of such treatment, it will assume that such humiliating treatment of Jews and the Jewish State are now acceptable and de rigueur.
My only reply to the above is simply to laugh hysterically, and lastly:
The World must hear. The World must see. Jewish People cannot tolerate that which no other nation or community would tolerate.
Actually the world HAS seen and the World HAS heard and the WORLD is sick to death of Israel acting with impunity. Now I shall use my super duper Zionist decoder ring to decipher the last paragraph above, which in human language means: "Israel is being treated equally, and they are having withdrawal symptoms" So, as decent human beings we should help the Zionists with their transition to the human race. Let every state, every town, in every country, around the world, set up a Zionist rehab unit. Where healthy doses of "truth and reality" can be doled out freely to sick and recovering Zionists.

So to answer the question I posed at the beginning of this post.
LINK Mike the Headless Chicken from Fruita, Colorado lived for 18 months, and is the current Guinness World Record Holder for a chicken living the longest with his head cut off
I think the answer is that curing Zionists very well may outlast a chicken with it's head cut off as this is just the very beginning of the Zionists transition to reality. Even if we help the Zionists recover and rejoin the human race, I predict that it would take well more than Mike the Headless Chickens world record of 18 months..........

A MAN WITH A VISION

Mark Perry has another thought provoking read, check it out:
link In early February of 2006, I submitted a book proposal about the wartime relationship between Generals George Marshall and Dwight Eisenhower to a group of New York publishers. “Wasn’t Marshall an anti-Semite?” he asked. I’d heard this claim before, but I was still shocked by the question. For me, George Marshall was an icon: the one officer who, more than any other, was responsible for the American victory in World War Two. He was the most important soldier of his generation — and a man of great moral and physical courage.

That Marshall was an anti-Semite has been retailed regularly since 1948 — when it became known that, by that time as US Secretary of State, he not only opposed the U.S. stance in favor of the partition of Palestine, but vehemently recommended that the U.S. not recognize the State of Israel that emerged. Harry Truman disagreed and Marshall and Truman clashed in a meeting in the Oval Office, on May 12, 1948. Truman relied on president counselor Clark Clifford to make the argument. Clifford faced Marshall: the U.S. had made a moral commitment to the world’s Jews that dated from Britain’s 1919 Balfour Declaration, he argued, and the U.S would be supported by Israel in the Middle East. The Holocaust had made Israel’s creation an imperative and, moreover, Israel would be a democracy. He then added: Jewish-Americans, were an important voting bloc and would favor the decision.
Marshall exploded. “Mr. President,” he said, “I thought this meeting was called to consider an important, complicated problem in foreign policy. I don’t even know why Clifford is here.” Truman attempted to calm Marshall, whom he admired — but Marshall was not satisfied. “I do not think that politics should play any role in our decision,” he said. The meeting ended acrimoniously, though Truman attempted to placate Marshall by noting that he was “inclined” to side with him. That wasn’t true — the U.S. voted to recognize Israel and worked to support its emerging statehood. Marshall remained enraged.
When Marshall returned to the State Department from his meeting with Truman, he memorialized the meeting:
I remarked to the president that, speaking objectively, I could not help but think that suggestions made by Mr. Clifford were wrong. I thought that to adopt these suggestions would have precisely the opposite effect from that intended by him. The transparent dodge to win a few votes would not, in fact, achieve this purpose. The great dignity of the office of the president would be seriously damaged. The counsel offered by Mr. Clifford’s advice was based on domestic political considerations, while the problem confronting us was international. I stated bluntly that if the president were to follow Mr. Clifford’s advice, and if I were to vote in the next election, I would vote against the president.
Put more simply, Marshall believed that Truman was sacrificing American security for American votes.

Was Marshall’s opposition to recognition of Israel a reflection of his, and the American establishment’s, latent anti-Semitism? Or was it a credible reflection of U.S. military worries that the creation of Israel would engage America in a defense of the small country that would drain American resources and lives?

In the wake of my March 13 article in these pages (“The Petraeus Briefing: Biden’s embarrassment is not the whole story”) a storm of outrage greeted my claim that Israeli intransigence on the peace process could be costing American lives. One week after that article appeared, I called General Joe Hoar, a former CENTCOM commander and a friend. We talked about the article. “I don’t get it,” he said. “What’s the news here? Hasn’t this been said before?” If history is any guide, the answer is simple: it was said sixty years ago by one of America’s greatest soldiers. George Marshall wasn’t an anti-Semite. But he was prescient.

NAIL MEET HEAD

This is a must read:
Israel Is Losing Its ‘Legitimacy’, Its Moral Legitimacy

As it was reported last week that “AIPAC has persuaded more than three-quarters of the members of the U.S. House of Representatives to sign a letter calling for an end to public criticism of Israel and urging the US to ‘reinforce’ its relationship with the Jewish state (UK Guardian),” it is worth noting one fact of American citizenship: American servicemen and women, all federal employees, and elected representatives who swear to defend the U.S. Constitution do not affirm dual allegiance to Israel or any other country.

In fact, no American owes an affirmative vow of loyalty to Israel, as AIPAC and the Reut Institute apparently would have us believe.

But there is one point that Israeli militarists like AIPAC make that is valid: Israel is losing its legitimacy.... Read the rest HERE

Hey France....You Can't "Out Bigot" Israel...............

Yo France, wassup bro..... Remember that burqa law you want to pass, you know the one where you will outlaw muslim women from wearing the veil?
link President Nicolas Sarkozy has declared on several occasions that full-face veils, known as burqas or niqabs, have no place in French society but has not made clear what practical steps the government might take.

Fillon in January asked the Council of State, which advises on the preparation of new laws and orders, to look into the issue and give an opinion on the most effective judicial steps to outlaw the veils.
Yeah, that one. Well, Israel has decided to let you know how much they appreciate your recent moves to “out bigot” Israel. Here’s your big “thank You”
link A diabetic Palestinian died on Saturday after being prevented from crossing the Al-Hamra military checkpoint into the Jordan Valley on Saturday.

Mohammad Damen Abed Al-Karim E'lieyat, 62, from the village of Dir Abu Da'eef in Jenin was en route to the Jordan Valley but was barred from transit. Ma'an's correspondent said E'lieyat made several attempts to cross but was turned back by Israeli authorities who said that he was unable to pass because he held French citizenship

THURSDAY COMEDY

Ok, it's Thursday, normally known as being the day before Friday, but not today. This Thursday a Zionist String Quartet playing live on BBC radio 3, had the show shut down and cancelled. Why? Because they were being heckled so much the program had to be cancelled whilst on air. And who says' Thursday's are boring. Enjoy this write up from a Zionist article(followed an account of the incident from one of the hecklers LOL):
link At lunchtime on Tuesday, the Jerusalem Quartet were doing a recital at the beautiful Wigmore Hall in London. It was broadcast live on BBC Radio 3. The Jerusalem Quartet – who come from Israel

But enter the great anti-string quartet alliance (for this was a joint operation by the “Brighton and Hove Palestinian Solidarity Campaign” and a group called “Jews for Boycotting Israeli Goods”

A little way into the Mozart string quartet, a semi-trained, fully barking music teacher called Debbie Fink started braying a witless anti-Israeli song at the top of her voice to disrupt proceedings.

Then, in this carefully planned offensive, another member of the Wigmore Hall forward-operations unit stood up to denounce the quartet as having “blood on their hands”. This tactic of disruption was repeated, every ten minutes, by a few other planted members of the audience so that the concert was wrecked. Radio 3 cancelled their live broadcast.

One of the protestors was one Tony Greenstein, who travelled up from his Brighton base camp for the mission and who boasts about it on his blog, describing the musicians as “the vultures on stage”.
