IDF document: "Separating Gaza from West Bank”

This is a MUST read:

source An IDF Powerpoint slideshow, presented before the Turkel committee for the investigation of the Israeli raid on the Gaza-bound flotilla, reveals the official goals of the Israeli policy regarding the Gaza strip.

The slideshow, prepared by The Administration for the Coordination of Government Policy in the Territories – the IDF body in charge of carrying out Israeli government policies regarding the civilian population in the West Bank and Gaza – deals with the humanitarian conditions in the strip; with food, water, fuel and electricity supply and with the condition of medical facilities in Gaza.

download the IDF slideshow [Hebrew] here

The first set of slides details the background for the current activities of The Administration for the Coordination of Government Policy in the Territories. Slide number 15 details the principles of Israeli policy:
Responding to the humanitarian needs of the population.
- Upholding civilian and economic limitations on the [Gaza] strip.
- Separating [or differentiating, בידול] Judea and Samaria [i.e. West Bank] from Gaza – a security and diplomatic objective.
- Preserving the Quartet’s conditions on Hamas (Hamas as a terrorist entity).
Slide 20 deals with freedom of movement from and to the Gaza strip. Policy objectives are:
- Limiting people from entering or exiting the strip, in accordance with the government’s decision.
- Separating [differentiating] Judea and Samaria from Gaza.
- Dealing with humanitarian needs.
- Preserving the activity of humanitarian organizations in the strip.
- Keeping a coordinating mechanism with the Palestinian Authority.
The Israeli policy regarding Gaza could be seen as violation of official and unofficial principles of previous agreements and negotiations with the Palestinians and other parties. Gaza and the West Bank were regarded as “one entity” – though not officially declared as such – already in the 1978 peace agreement between Israel and Egypt. The Oslo Declaration of Principles, signed in September 1993 and still an abiding document, specifically states that:
The two sides view the West Bank and the Gaza Strip as a single territorial unit, whose integrity will be preserved during the interim period.
This declaration was ratified in following agreements from 1994 and 1995.

The recent IDF slideshow is the first time an Israeli official document publicly declares that the current policy objective is to create two separate political entities in the Palestinian territories.

Nirit Ben-Ari, spokeswoman for Gisha, an Israeli NGO dealing with the freedom of movement, export and import to and from the Palestinian territories, said that “while in Washington a Palestinian state is being negotiated and people are already discussing ‘a train line between Gaza and Ramallah‘, in reality Israel is working to separate Gaza from the West bank even further than the separation already caused by the split in the Palestinian leadership.

“This policy is aimed against civilian population and against people who have nothing to do with Israel’s security concerns. It hurts family ties, and harms any future possibility to develop commerce, education and economical life in the Palestinian society. Those policies should raise concerns regarding the intentions of the Israeli government in Gaza.”

Other slides in the IDF slideshow deals with the ways the IDF gather information on the humanitarian situation in the strip (mainly through NGO’s and media reports), how food and fuel supply is evaluated, and how the needs of the local population are calculated. According to the IDF assumptions, there are 1,600,000 people living in Gaza. The army does not occupy itself with the distribution of supply, so there is no way of knowing if the population’s needs are actually met – only that according to the IDF, enough food and water is entering Gaza.

The slideshow doesn’t deal with the export of goods from the strip, nor does it explains the mechanism that is used to determine which civilian goods could be brought in.

Slide 50 details the goods found on the Gaza-bound flotilla: medical supply, toys, school gear, construction materials and powered wheelchairs.

JAILING, TORTURING AND DESTROYING THE CHILDREN

Steve Lendmen writes another brilliant report:

95% of convictions based on coerced confessions;

"they stripped us out of our trousers and T-shirts. They then started to throw stones at our backs while laughing and making fun of us."

"While we were walking to the gate, the soldiers hit us with their rifles in our backs and laughed."

"I was interrogated for three days. My hands and feet were tied to the wall in the shape of a cross. I spent one full day in this position. I felt extreme pain and swelling in my hands. The soldiers then moved me to solitary confinement where I spent 15 days. I used to urinate in the cell."

Article 37(b) of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) states:

"The arrest, detention or imprisonment of a child...shall be used only as a measure of last resort and for the shortest appropriate period of time."

Each year, about 700 West Bank children, under 18, are arrested, detained, interrogated, and prosecuted in Israeli military courts, in total about 6,500 since 2000. DCI lawyers represent 30 - 40% of them. The report focuses on their torture and abuse in custody

Since the 1967 occupation, an estimated 700,000 Palestinian men, women, and children passed through Israel's judicial system, over 150,000 tried in military courts from 1990 - 2006, the remainder handled through plea bargains for lighter sentences. On average, over 9,000 Palestinians a year are affected, including 700 children treated the same as adults.

Palestinian children are routinely arrested at checkpoints, on streets, going to or coming from school, tending olive groves, at play, and (most commonly) at home in the middle of the night, usually from midnight to 4AM with family members threatened not to intervene, beaten if they try, forced onto streets in their nightclothes, regardless of weather, and given no explanation.

Typically, arrests are lawless and violent. Homes are broken into unannounced, property damaged or stolen, children blindfolded, shackled, and often beaten, then thrust into jeeps, sometimes face down, for transfer to interrogation and detention centers, a procedure that includes beatings, verbal abuse and other degrading and inhumane treatment.

At detention centers, they're either placed in a cell or interrogated immediately. Usually no lawyer is present for days or weeks until questioning ends with a signed Hebrew confession few can read or understand. Once gotten, they're used against them in military courts, never mind that torture extracted evidence is inadmissible under international law.

Article 15 of the UN Convention Against Torture states:

"Each State Party shall ensure that any statement which is established to have been made as a result of torture shall not be invoked as evidence in any proceedings, except against a person accused of torture as evidence that the statement was made."

In custody, children endure:

-- blindfolding and painful shackling;

-- beatings;

-- violent shaking;

-- sleep depravation;

-- solitary confinement;

-- other forms of sensory deprivation;

-- no food and water for extended periods;

-- poor quality or inedible food when gotten;

-- no access to toilets, showers and clean clothes;

-- exposure to extreme heat or cold;

-- painful stress positions for extended periods;

-- sexual abuse;

-- threats, insults and cursing; and

-- extremely loud noises.

Often their parents and siblings are also arrested, beaten, detained, and their homes sometimes demolished.

After interrogation, detainees are processed for trial, sentencing, and imprisonment by one of two West Bank military courts, both on military bases. Decisions may be appealed in the Military Court of Appeals, but rarely ever will the High Court of Justice hear them.

Judges and prosecutors are military officers, some not certified by the Israeli Bar Association. Dispensing justice is nearly impossible under a system with no accepted standards. Children as young as 12 (and some younger) are prosecuted the same as adults, tribunals calling them adults at age 16, in contrast to Jews at age 18.

Under Military Order 132, six months is the maximum sentence for children aged 12 - 13; 12 months usually from 14 - 15 for offenses with a maximum penalty of less than five years; and unlimited for more serious offenses; under Military Order 378, 20 years for stone-throwing is permitted (the most common offense charged); and children 16 or older are considered adults and treated no differently.

Military courts deny judicial fairness, including:

-- the right to counsel until forced confessions are extracted, commonly by torture, pressure, intimidation, and at times trickery;

-- the right to prepare a proper defense with enough time, in adequate facilities, in confidence, with court documents in Arabic;

-- under Military Order 378, detainees may be denied counsel for up to 90 days;

-- under a grossly unjust system, attorneys commonly seek plea bargains to avoid trials and harsher sentences;

-- defendants, including young children are presumed guilty, full acquittals gotten in just 0.29% of cases;

-- the right to examine witnesses is restricted; few full evidentiary cases are heard; according to Yesh Din (volunteers for human rights), of 9,123 cases in 2006, only 130 (1.42%) got full evidentiary trials because having them is futile and punishments far harsher when convicted;

-- unlike in civil courts for Jews, Palestinians have no right to trial without undue delay:

(1) detention until a hearing before a judge - 24 hours for Jews; up to eight days for Palestinians;

(2) total detention period before indictment - 30 days for Jews, and up to 75 on authority of the Attorney General; up to 180 days for Palestinians;

(3) detention from end of investigation to indictment - 5 days for Jews; 10 days for Palestinians;

(4) detention from indictment until arraignment - 30 days for Jews; up to two years for Palestinians;

(5) detention from arraignment to end of proceedings - 9 months for Jews; up to two years for Palestinians; and

(6) judicial approval of detention extensions if proceedings continue - 3 months for Jews (per a Supreme Court judge); six months for Palestinians (per Military Court of Appeals judge).

In addition, defense lawyers rarely know charges until hearing days. Palestinian children are usually denied bail, and respect for their rights under international law is ignored.

Fourth Geneva's Article 147 requires fair trials, holding those responsible for denying them criminally liable.

Detention Conditions

Children as young as 12, and sometimes younger, endure overcrowding, poor ventilation, little or no access to natural light, poor quality (often inedible) and inadequate amounts of food, isolation, torture and abusive treatment.

Little or no education is provided, and none in interrogation and detention centers where children are often held for three months or longer. Also, with one exception, prisons are inside Israel in breach of Fourth Geneva's Article 76, stating:

"Protected persons accused of offences shall be detained in the occupied country, and if convicted they shall serve their sentences therein."

The provision also requires providing proper food, medical care, and spiritual help - women in separate quarters, supervised by women, and minors getting special treatment.

Palestinian detainees get none of the above, including permits for family members to visit imprisoned relatives.

Common Complaints

From January 2001 - December 2008, "over 600 complaints were filed against Israeli Security Agency (ISA) interrogators for alleged ill-treatment and torture." The Police Investigation Department and Justice Ministry conducted no investigations, claiming "insufficient evidence."

Relevant International Law

Torture, abuse, degrading and inhumane treatment are unequivocally prohibited at all times, under all circumstances, with no allowed exceptions.

Article 2(2) of the UN Convention Against Torture states:

"No exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat of war, internal political instability or any other public emergency, may be invoked as a justification of torture."

Its Article 1 defines it as follows:

"any act by which severe pain or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him or a third person information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain and suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity."

Other relevant laws include Fourth Geneva, Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), and Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, calling torture a crime against humanity in Article 7 and a war crime in Article 8.

These laws also prohibit other forms of abuse, cruel, inhumane and degrading treatment. In addition, all nations are obligated to prevent torture and other forms of abuse, and to prosecute offenders under its jurisdiction.

Fourth Geneva also mandates they search for and prosecute them under the universal jurisdiction (UJ) principle, relating to crimes of war, against humanity, genocide, or slavery. UJ is to ensure there's no place to hide.

Comments from Children During Arrests and Detention

-- "I went from having a normal life at home to handcuffs, deprivation of sleep, shouting, threats, rounds of interrogation and serious accusations. In these circumstances, life becomes dark, filled with fear and pessimism - tough days that words cannot describe."

-- "A soldier pointed his rifle at me. The rifle barrel was a few centimeters away from my face. I was so terrified that I started to shiver. He made fun of me and said: 'shivering? Tell me where the pistol is before I shoot you.' "

-- After arrest, "they stripped us out of our trousers and T-shirts. They then started to throw stones at our backs while laughing and making fun of us."

-- "While we were walking to the gate, the soldiers hit us with their rifles in our backs and laughed."

-- "As soon as the jeep started to move, (a) soldier who had pushed me, kicked me on my broken hand and beat me on my shoulders with his rifle."

-- Inside (a) clinic, they beat me on the back and neck with their hands. One of the soldiers took a rope that was on the table and placed it around my neck and pressed tightly to suffocate me."

-- A soldier "hit me in the face with the barrel of his rifle and that led to my nose and mouth bleeding profusely. All of this happened in front of my mother who was begging them to let me go."

-- "I felt my hands were about to explode because they were tied so tight. I asked the soldiers to loosen the handcuffs but they responded by shouting and using very obscene language."

-- "I felt extreme pain in my neck and back. I felt dizzy and was about to vomit. Whenever I lifted my head up, the soldiers would shout at me."

-- "I was interrogated for three days. My hands and feet were tied to the wall in the shape of a cross. I spent one full day in this position. I felt extreme pain and swelling in my hands. The soldiers then moved me to solitary confinement where I spent 15 days. I used to urinate in the cell."

-- "After two hours, the interrogator producer another paper written in Hebrew and asked me to sign it, saying it was an approval (for medical treatment), so I signed it. It turned out later that I had signed a full confession."

Interrogations

After arrest and transfer, they usually begin straightaway with no right to counsel or an adult present. Unlike in Israel, they're not videotaped to hide incriminating evidence.

Commonly, children are kept painfully shackled, threatened, cursed, tortured and abused during the process, at times while hooded. Interrogations continue for days until coerced (or at times tricked) confessions are gotten.

DCI/Palestine "encountered (no) single case where an adult in a position of authority, such as a soldier, doctor, judicial officer or prison staff, intervened on behalf of a child who was mistreated."

Female Detainees

They comprise a small percent of the total, around 4% in 2008. Like others, female child prisoners are usually incarcerated in Israel with adults, in violation of international law prohibiting both practices.

One of many poignant images shows a teenage girl and the caption: "I am not a terrorist."

Another, on the Separation Wall, shows a young girl holding balloons on strings being lifted into the air to liberation.

Administrative Detention

Under Military Order 1591, Palestinians, including children, can be detained without charge or trial for renewable six-month periods that can last years.

Fourth Geneva's Article 42 and ICCPR's Article 4 permit them only if:

"the security of the state...makes it absolutely necessary (and only according to) regular procedure," excluding long-term renewable extensions.

Under Article 37(b) of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), no:

"child should be deprived of his or her liberty arbitrarily and detention should only be used as a measure of last resort for the shortest appropriate period of time."

Most often, they're based on secret evidence, withheld from detainees and their counsel, making a proper defense impossible. At any time in 2008, up to 700 Palestinian, men, women and children were administratively detained, a procedure Israelis use against political leaders, human rights activists, protestors, and children accused of stone-throwing. It's also common for them to get multiple detention orders, renewed within days of their expected release.

Soldiers Justifying Palestinian Beatings and Abuse

On May 21, 2009, B'Tselem and the Association for Civil Rights in Israel (ACRI) called on the chief of staff and judge advocate general to investigate an item called: "A Blow is Sometimes an Integral Part of the Mission," presenting testimonies of Col. Itai Virob, commander of Kfir Brigade and Lt. Col. Shimon, commander of Shimshon Battalion.

They admitted authorizing harassment, violence, injurious, and at times lethal means, against Palestinians "to extract information (during) interrogation."

Col. Virob said:

"The mission is to try to upset the equilibrium of the neighborhood, village, or particular location, to get information....or to cause a hostile entity inside the village to make mistakes as a result or in reaction to actions of our forces, and thus disrupt his activity and expose it."

Tactics include "throwing stun grenades, breaking into a number of houses or institutions....arresting residents, seizing areas on rooftops, and the like....We will detain, interrogate and use suitable pressure on every person to get to the one terrorist. Of all the means of pressure that we use, the vast majority are against persons who are not involved."

Lt. Col. Shimon said:

"There are no exercises, nothing written (and to get information we) use force. These orders (include) routine use of violence and potentially injury-causing (acts, at times) lethal, against civilians, and harassing them, (even though they're) patently illegal," but are routinely used nonetheless.

It's a policy of premeditated state-sponsored terror against defenseless men, women and children. On May 15, 2009, the UN Committee Against Torture (monitoring Convention Against Torture violations) issued Concluding Observations and conclusions on Israeli practices, expressing grave concerns about:

-- torture, abuse, degrading and humiliating treatment during and after interrogations;

-- Palestinian children detained and interrogated without counsel and/or family members present;

-- torture used to extract confessions;

-- 700 Palestinian children detained annually and prosecuted in military courts affording no judicial fairness;

-- 95% of convictions based on coerced confessions;

-- prisons in Israel violate international law and impede family visits, and

-- administrative detentions violate Article 16 of the Convention Against Torture because of abusive interrogations, secret evidence, and long incarcerations.

Israel is a serial scofflaw, systematically scorning and violating international laws and norms with impunity. DCI/Palestine says torture and abuse remain unabated, "from the moment of arrest, and continue during transfer, interrogation and detention."

The practice is "widespread, systematic and institutionalised, suggesting complicity at all levels of the political and military chain of command. This abusive system operates with the knowledge and assistance of some doctors, and is overseen by a military court system that ignores basic principles of juvenile justice and fair trial rights, whilst willfully turning a blind eye to the presentation in court of one coerced confession after another."

Israeli lawlessness is ignored by the world community that's obligated to act under international law, but won't. Short of enforced accountability, it's "unlikely that the situation endured by Palestinian children (their siblings, parents, and friends) described (above), will improve."

The Trouble with Slaves

The land of stolen milk and honey, the desert in bloom, due to stolen water resources, the big shiny new buildings, the filled produce shops so that Israelis can eat until they burst. All of this labour intensive work comes at a price, a slave price. Whilst fat well fed Israelis refuse the hard labour jobs which they deem "below them" the Palestinians are forced to take what jobs they can get, in order to survive.

Unfortunately Israel has to pay them for their slave work, and now Israel complains about having to pay their slaves wages. More after this:
link Bank of Israel: Palestinian labor hurts Israeli workers. Growing employment of Palestinians in recent years good for PA, hurts unskilled Israeli labor, report says. The low wages earned by Palestinians working in Israel may undermine the salaries of unskilled Israeli workers, the Bank of Israel says.

The bank's report, which looked into Palestinian employment in Israel, showed a roughly 20% increase in the employment of Palestinians in Israel in the years 2002-2008.
Now, as if we needed MORE proof of Zionist racism, here's a good one from the comment secton below this article:
. So an unskilled palis makes 210 shekels day. And an Israeli with skills or not earning the minimum wage gets 165.60. Is there something wrong here?

Put a 1,000 shekel security tax on each pali that is employed. Also 100,000 shekel fine and six months in prison for each illegally employed pali or other foreigner.

Hey France....You Can't "Out Bigot" Israel...............

Yo France, wassup bro..... Remember that burqa law you want to pass, you know the one where you will outlaw muslim women from wearing the veil?
link President Nicolas Sarkozy has declared on several occasions that full-face veils, known as burqas or niqabs, have no place in French society but has not made clear what practical steps the government might take.

Fillon in January asked the Council of State, which advises on the preparation of new laws and orders, to look into the issue and give an opinion on the most effective judicial steps to outlaw the veils.
Yeah, that one. Well, Israel has decided to let you know how much they appreciate your recent moves to “out bigot” Israel. Here’s your big “thank You”
link A diabetic Palestinian died on Saturday after being prevented from crossing the Al-Hamra military checkpoint into the Jordan Valley on Saturday.

Mohammad Damen Abed Al-Karim E'lieyat, 62, from the village of Dir Abu Da'eef in Jenin was en route to the Jordan Valley but was barred from transit. Ma'an's correspondent said E'lieyat made several attempts to cross but was turned back by Israeli authorities who said that he was unable to pass because he held French citizenship
Silly France, trying to out bigot Israel...............

HAPPY PASSOVER FROM GAZA

Came across this great report:Happy Passover from Gaza
By Sam Bahour
In 2010, Jews in Israel and around the world will celebrate Passover beginning on March 30th. Passover is the seven-day holiday of the Feast of Unleavened Bread commemorating the ancient Hebrews’ escape from enslavement in Egypt. (In Israel, March 30th is also Land Day: the day when Palestinians commemorate and protest the confiscation of their lands by the Israeli government; but that’s another story.)

As I’m learning, the Passover holiday begins with the Seder, a traditional ceremonial meal. Its centerpiece is a special Seder plate containing six symbolic foods. Each has its own significance in the retelling of the story of the Hebrews’ exodus from Egypt. The stack of three matzos, or unleavened bread, a kind of cracker made of plain white flour and water, has its own separate plate on the Seder table.

For each of the six traditional items on the Seder plate (as per Wikipedia and the Chabad website) —listed here by its Hebrew name—I note its traditional symbolic role and offer an additional, alternative interpretation. I hope my alternative can help Jews around the world, and especially in Israel, connect with a broader perspective on the meaning of Passover right here, right now, in the land that became the eventual endpoint of that ancient exodus.

Maror and Chazeret — Bitter herbs, symbolizing the bitterness and harshness of the slavery which the Jews endured in Egypt. Slavery: severe curtailment of one’s freedom. Today, one and a half million Palestinians in Gaza are tasting the bitterness of unfreedom, hermetically sealed in their encircled enclave with no end in sight. Sixty percent are under the age of 16. The Jewish citizens of Israel have hardened their hearts to this reality and they have expected the rest of the world’s Jews to do likewise. For how long will you wait for Palestinians to vanish?

Charoset — A coarse mixture of chopped nuts, apples or dates, and wine, meant to symbolize the mortar used by the Jewish slaves to build the storehouses of Egypt. Today, Israel permits no mortar, or cement, or any other building materials, to enter Gaza. Let them sleep in tents! This, after last winter’s assault on Gaza, internationally documented war crimes (and possibly crimes against humanity), causing over 1,400 deaths in 22 days between December 2008 and January 2009– leaving scores homeless in the rubble. Is this the freedom Moses envisioned? The freedom to attack civilians with the tanks, planes and warships of the “Jewish” State? Doesn’t sound very Jewish to me. Not at all.

Karpas — A vegetable other than bitter herbs, dipped into salt water (which represents tears) to recall the pain felt by the Jewish slaves in Egypt. Tears! Pain! In your name, my Jewish friends, Israel continues its inhuman siege on Gaza. The folks there shed tears as salty as anyone’s; their pain is beyond description. Two of every three of today’s Gaza residents originally lost their homes in what is now Israel when the state was established. Six decades later, they find themselves living a nightmare, a kind of living death: their economy in ruins, their neighborhoods in ruins, their educational and health systems in ruins, even their sanitation systems in ruins. Israel refuses to allow reconstruction. What comes after stripping Gazans from their last remaining sense of sanity?

Z’roa — A roasted lamb shankbone (or a chicken wing, or chicken neck) symbolizes the paschal sacrifice offered originally on the eve of the exodus and later in the Temple in Jerusalem. Sacrifice! Do you insist on sacrificing the possibility of a sustainable future for modern Israel in the name of its founding myth – since discredited – that Palestine was “a land without people, for a people without a land”? A million of today’s Gazans are from the families that Israel expelled. Gazans have remained steadfast under conditions even the early Hebrews might have found intolerable in Egypt. Gazans, together with all Palestinians, are the people that Jews in Israel are destined to live with, today, tomorrow, and forever. The only uncertainty is how much more hate will be generated by military occupation and armed assault before a process of shared rehabilitation can begin.

Beitzah — A hard-boiled egg, symbolizing the main festival sacrifice that was offered in the Temple in Jerusalem and roasted and eaten as part of the meal on Seder night. The egg is a symbol of mourning. Eggs are the first thing served to mourners after a Jewish funeral. The egg on the Seder plate evokes the mourning over the destruction of the Temple and the subsequent inability to offer sacrifices there in honor of the Pesach holiday. Mourning! As Jews, you know a lot about mourning; consider the sixty-two years of mourning, consider every day of every one of those years, among the people–real people, with real names and real children—in Gaza and in squalid refugee camps all around Israel who can see their homeland with the naked eye, but are denied their basic human right of returning home. Sixty-two Passovers and counting. All I ask of you on this year’s holy day, as you contemplate the egg on the Seder plate, is to remember them, no more.

My Jewish sisters and brothers, you can continue to look away as Israel claims to speak and to act in your name. It kills and maims in your name. It dispossesses and occupies in your name. It talks peace and wages war in your name. If you turn a deaf ear to their mourning again this year, if you harden your heart again this year, if your voice is not raised this year in protest – then you are acquiescing in the ongoing ethnic cleansing of another people, in your name. If you cannot see Palestinians as fully human now, you will hear them trying to give voice to their humanity in your nightmares, year after year, until you can see and until you can hear.

It is written in the Talmud: We do not see things as they are. We see them as we are. I urge you, while you commemorate the Hebrews’ ancient slavery and deliverance, to see yourselves finally as equals in this world: equal with your neighbors, neither their masters nor their slaves. I urge you to see yourself and your children in the image of every Palestinian mother, father and child in Gaza. Let this year be the year of your shared redemption!

Free Gaza now! End the occupation now! Happy Passover from Gaza!

Terrorists Invade Lebanon Airspace

Terrorists flying planes from Israel have once again invaded and violated Lebanese airspace. In response, Lebanon has used anti-aircraft weapons to shoot at the terrorists:
BEIRUT – Lebanese anti-aircraft guns opened fire on two Israeli warplanes that were violating its airspace at medium altitude on Sunday, the military said.

"The army's anti-aircraft guns fired at two Israeli warplanes overflying Hasbaya" in southeastern Lebanon,” an army statement said.

Israel's regular overflights into southern Lebanon, a Hezbollah stronghold, are a breach of Resolution 1701, but the Jewish state argues they are necessary to monitor what it claims is massive arms smuggling by Hezbollah.While Lebanon's army reports almost-daily Israeli violations of Lebanese airspace

ISRAEL GOVT TO ENTER US HEALTHCARE PLAN

Well I have to hand it to Israel for this one. Not ONLY is this a "Hasbara Mission Extraordinaire" to help repair the horrendous image of Israel, but at the SAME time Israel gets paid for it, by America of course....

As if America is not already entrenched up to their eyeballs, what with AIPAC, ADL, Israeli Spies, Illegal Organ Trading Rabbis ripping off Americans, and yet more Rabbis, this time from inside Israel, where they were swindling elderly Americans out of their money in a fake lottery scam.

If that's not enough, now Israel wants to start entering into US healthcare. Pretty soon, your wee granny will be under the care of Israel:
link The CEO of the Hebrew Home at Riverdale, a prominent New York nursing home, visited Israel last month in hopes of including local companies in a business venture he thinks will ultimately benefit Israel’s public image.

The Hebrew Home, which has been awarded special legislation by the state of New York to carry out a new cost-savings health-care project as part of the state’s Managed Long-Term Care, is hoping to make Israeli companies the focal point.

Dan Reingold, CEO of the Hebrew Home, met with leading technology companies and government officials in an attempt to utilize Israeli innovations for the project, whose goal is to make use of a state grant of $3,600 per month per resident to provide for health-care needs

“This is an opportunity not only to create or modify existing technology, but also to make sure that people in the U.S. know about the humanitarian side of Israel,” Reingold said.

“As Zionists,” he said, “we start with the humanitarian side; we took the mission to Haiti for granted because we knew Israel would be there.

Among the ideas discussed at the meetings were a joint venture to develop and invest in young Israeli entrepreneurs working in research and development of tele-medical care, and a partnership with the Israeli government to conduct an international health-care conference

It's All About OUR Stuff NOT Yours!

As if we didn't already know why Israel just tried to STEAL two Holy sites that belong to other people in another country, claiming that Israel could take "better" care of the sites. And according to the report below Israel has plans to "take care of them"...............literally
link US report accuses Israel of neglecting mosques, churches

Annual State Department human rights survey blames Israel of protecting Jewish holy sites only, leaving Christian, Muslim houses of worship under threat;(SURPRISE!!)

The report notes that the 1967 Protection of Holy Sites Law is implemented on 137 Jewish sites only, leaving Christian and Muslim sites " neglected, inaccessible, or threatened by property development."

"The Church of the Holy Sepulchre and other well-known sites have de facto protection as a result of their international importance; however, community mosques, churches, and shrines faced threats from developers and municipalities that Jewish sites did not face," the report stated.

The survey further noted that "Christian pilgrimage sites around the Sea of Galilee faced regular threats of encroachment from government planners who wanted to use parts of the properties for recreational areas."
See? told you it's always all about "Their Stuff" everyone else can just P-off..........that includes Christians and Muslms alike.

ISRAEL SUDDENLY NEEDS US

Israel never needed us. They never “really” cared what the world thought of Israel’s actions, never "really" felt threatened by critics of Israel. I find it personally stunning that Israel has the ability to be so blinded by their racist Zionist agenda that they have totally and unequivocally lost touch with the real world living outside the walled Prison they call “Israel.” That is changing:
link Re'ut, an Israel-based think tank, recently completed an analysis of the issue and concluded that "while Israel's delegitimizers come from relatively marginal forces in Europe, their effectiveness stems from their ability to engage and mobilize others. This is accomplished by branding Israel as a pariah and 'apartheid' state, identifying 'outstanding issues' -- such as the 'Gaza blockade,' 'settlements,' 'the separation wall,' 'occupation,' 'disproportionate use of force,' or 'human rights violations' -- and rallying their coalition around it; making pro-Palestinian activity trendy; promoting boycotts, divestments and sanctions; and, most importantly, blurring the line separating them from those that criticize Israeli policy yet do not delegitimize it."

Re'ut points out that "the delegitimizers work 'from the periphery to the center' and 'bottom-up, thriving in social networks and on the Internet. Hence, while in formal policy spheres Israel's diplomatic position remains relatively strong and solid, its standing among the general public and intellectual elites is being eroded."

We must act now to prevent the clouds from becoming a full-fledged storm.
They always operated under the misguided thought process that “the world would soon forget.” However, it now appears the penny may have dropped for some in Israel. And now, suddenly, “we” have become a very important commodity for Israel.

Starting with the most recent, but continued, Gaza Genocide December 2008 to January 2009, the world outside “Prison Israel” watched in sheer horror as the bodies of tiny children began to pile up, one after another, being carried by their running and screaming parents looking for help. Or tiny children, injured, dripping with blood and being carried by Paramedics, with the look of utter shock on their seasoned faces AND our own faces!! We watched the White Phosphorous rain down onto the most densely populated areas, and we waited for the images we knew would surely come, more dead and burned children. We watched as children and human beings were dug out from under the rubble of their former homes, the weight of 10 story structures having collapsed onto them. Sometimes we’d see an arm, or a leg, or a head, that once belonged to a human being appear in the rubble. Many of us wondered, who they were, why their life ended in such a barbaric way. We wanted to know about them, we wanted to know about their families, we needed to know, we hungered to know about them, we did so because it was the only way any of us could make peace with our own selves. Decent people in the world felt we owed them that much, to at least know their names. So that their image would not forever be some nameless charred body in our memories.

All the while the Zionist Propaganda controlled the airwaves. Millions of human beings around the world wanted answers, they wanted to see SOME form of compassion coming from an Israeli Official with regards to the 400 dead children, however, none came. This enraged the world. People wondered how the Israeli mouthpieces could not even bring themselves to even address this in any sort of “humanistic” fashion.

Sure even America is smart enough to know the mileage it can get, simply by issuing an “apology” even if it IS insincere. America just last week apologised for killing 12 Afghans, and for killing 69 more of them here, and 10 more here. America EVEN apologised for overthrowing the Kingdom of Hawaii!! How’s that for some serious Hasbara! But Oh No, not Israel, they are the “chosen Ones” and as such, never have to apologise, because such an act is far below their “Audacity” Radar. Day after day we saw Mark Regev and Tzipi Livni make excuse after excuse for what we were seeing. At times they even attempted to question what we saw with our own eyes! I, for one, will never forget Mark Regev stating day after day that “Israel was not using White Phosphorous” then weeks later he had to “adjust” his propaganda to “Israel does not use illegal weapons” leaving out the most important part that White Phosphorous is never to be used in civilian areas, this being a war crime. All of this was so “over the top” that it angered and outraged millions of people who never before even thought about Israel, or what it is, or what it does, or what its agenda is.

Was Israel worried about loosing support where it had support before? Nope, not Israel, again they don’t need anyone. So they continued on, making more and more settlements, shooting more Palestinians, stealing more land, threatening more countries with war, trying to steal Muslim holy sites, and all the while “claiming” they want peace. And then came Dubai……………..where Israel decided it could appoint itself “Judge-Jury-Executioner” to commit extra-judicial murders, snubbing democracy, the right to trial and breaking international laws. And once again felt it could do anything it wanted, including stealing the identities and passport information from innocent people around the world, in places like France, England, Ireland, and Germany. Dragging these countries and innocent civilians into Israel’s evil crusade against Islam and Muslims. But even that was not enough; they used American credit cards to pay for their crimes, now throwing the US into the dirty mix of deceit and murder.

After a year long killing spree, Israel is beginning to notice something important. Israel is starting to “twig” that a real and genuine problem is surfacing. What they don’t realise is that this “problem” has always been in existence, however, thanks to Israel’s very own actions, it can now thank itself for giving us millions more who now share our cause. The tide has turned for Israel, and although they will mount a new and improved, massively intense campaign to resurrect their racist state, this too WILL fail. Too much has happened, we’ve seen far too much now. For all Israel needs to do is to simply ask one living holocaust survivor if they could ever forget what they saw in Nazi Germany, and right there is Israel’s most grave problem! Just as a genuine Jewish holocaust survivor could NEVER forget the images they saw, neither can we………..

And all the "Hasbara Campaigns" in the world can’t change that!

Because if you were looking for proof our work is paying off, then look no further than this article

Two Rockets ~vs~ 22 Days of Bombings

Or in other words, how Israel attempts to cover up genocide:
link UN 'expert' says Hamas only fired 2 rockets at Israel before Gaza war
The primary military analyst accompanying the Goldstone Commission into the conduct of both Israel and Hamas during last year's Gaza war claimed in a recent interview that prior to the Israeli incursion, Gaza-based (Resistance Fighters Against the Murdering Occuption Force) had only fired two rockets into southern Israel.

Speaking to the Middle East Monitor last week, Col. Desmond Travers from Ireland said, "It should be borne in mind that the number of rockets that had been fired into Israel in the month preceding their operations was something like two. The Hamas rockets had ceased being fired into Israel, and not only that, but Hamas sought a continuation of the cease-fire."
And on the subject of defending the indefensible this from Huffpo followed by the video:
one of the top marketing and "branding" professionals explains why Israel cannot (and does not) win the hasbara (propaganda) war with the Palestinians.
Dear God in Heaven, is the penny beginning to drop? Is the fat lady beginning to sing? Has Elvis left the building? 1. ISRAEL IS IRRELEVANT and 2. YOU CAN'T DEFEND THE INDEFENSIBLE

PALESTINIAN UNITY~ABBAS VS HAMAS

Palestinian Unity between Hamas and Fatah. Hamas wants unity, and says:
link Dr. Mahmoud Zahhar, a political leader of the Hamas movement, stated that they would sign the Egyptian document for internal Palestinian unity should the Egyptian leadership provide guarantees to ensure a successful agreement.

Zahhar said that Hamas does not want to sign on unclear issues, and that Egypt should provide clarifications so that all aspects are durable to ensure a lasting unity deal.

He added that Hamas believes that the transitional period should be used to achieve all needed arrangements and reconciliation measures to guarantee national interests and unity.

“We are determined to achieve unity, we want to make sure the Egyptian document is clear for all of us”, Zahhar said, “We demanded Egypt to provide guarantees to implementing all reached deals”.

Zahhar also insists that Egypt invite Hamas leaders for talks on the measures to guarantee the future unity deal is solid and flawless.
And rightly so, they must be careful of signing an agreement that is unclear. The above is a fair request to iron out any misconceptions and clear up any vague areas regarding security and other things. Ok, that’s one side, now what about Fatah? Abbas is continually claiming he wants unity for the Palestinians and continually pointing the finger at Hamas as the ones against unity. So here is Abbas’ contribution towards unity for all parties:
Palestinian Security Forces arrested 14 members of the Hamas political party in the West Bank this Wednesday at dawn.

In Qalqilia, to the north of the West Bank, Mustafa Bader was apprehended. He has been repeatedly arrested by Palestinian security forces along with spending time in Israeli prison. Nael Nofal, Sa’id Jeidy, Abdul-Halim Al Basha and Freij Daoud were also detained in Qalqilia. They face arrest just one day after release from a Palestinian detention center.

In Allar near Qalqilia, security forces arrested Ahmad Taqatqa, Abada Taqatqa, Khalid Abdullah and Mujahid Shadid.

In the district of Ramallah, security forces arrested Moath Ziad Mashal, a journalist from Silwad village. Mashal has been arrested three times by the Israeli military, spending a combined total of five years in Israeli prisons. He has also been arrested once by Palestinian security forces despite his involvement with the Silwad local council.

In Hebron, security forces arrested Sheikh Mahmoud Al Hour, member of the Surif village council and Sheikh Mahmoud Al Asafra. Al Asafra serves as the Imam of Al Rahman Mosque in Beit Kahil.

Near the city of Jenin, security forces arrested Mohammad Fares Abu Obeid from Al Yamoun village.

The statement issued by Hamas also alleged that Fateh security forces still hold Hamas party members in detention, despite a Palestinian court order demanding their immediate release.
I think we can all see the real problems with “unity.” Perhaps when Abbas and his cohorts begin to respect the democratic mandate of all parties, including Hamas who won a majority in a free and democratic election. Then we may see some unity.

SUFFERING EQUALITY? ENTER THE DANGER ZONE

Speaking about the sacred “holocaust.” A Polish Bishop dared to call for equality with regards to suffering. He had the "audacity" to suggest that other ethnic and religious groups who have suffered, should also have their special memorial day as well.. Brave soul indeed, but he will pay for this, someone must always "pay."
link Senior Bishop Tadeusz Pieronek in which he allegedly claimed that Jews use the Holocaust as "a weapon of propaganda, to obtain benefits which are often unjustified".

While acknowledging that the majority of people who died in Nazi concentration camps were Jewish, the Polish clergyman said other victims should also have memorial days. He was quoted as saying: "It is not right to expropriate that tragedy for propaganda. The Jews enjoy good press because they have powerful financial means behind them, enormous power and the unconditional backing of the United States, and this favours a certain arrogance that I find unbearable."
Uh Oh, someone’s been telling the truth again, someone's been talking about showing some equality in recognition of other victims of suffering. (que the outrage)….....Zionists have staked a claim on the word “Holocaust” and the word “Suffering” along with “Victim” and they are solely reserved for Zionists. Time to mobilise the well funded worldwide Zionist hasbara masses, demand that heads must roll! Someone must pay, someone must always “pay.”
The American Jewish Committee (AJC) has approached the Vatican, which has so far declined to comment, and the Cardinal of Krakow about Pieronek's remarks.
Sound the Alarm!!! Outrage, outrage, outrage, poor little Israel, poor us, the perpetual victims, give us something because we are the only people who ever suffered, but don’t look at the holocaust we are currently inflicting on Palestinians. Pay no attention to those dying children………..

THESE PEOPLE ARE TRULY INSANE

Oh, where does one begin. I am just after reading an opinion piece on "Justice" (there's the first joke of many) in the the Zionist rag "Ynetnews." If you can recover from the Chutzpah and shock of the first paragraph (below) where Israel wishes for 2-3 more earthquakes, the remaining argument will test what's left of what we call reality. Firstly, Israel's "Haiti Hasbara Hat Trick":
With two or three more earthquakes we’ll be resolving all our Goldstone problems.
Is your head spinning off it's axis yet? No? Well no worries, there's a whole lot more to follow. Like how Israel is entitled to all the Palestinian land, and that they need to present those "facts" to the "American Gentiles" and the rest of the world instead of framing their argument in regards to "security" issues instead.
Our PR salvation needs to come from other places, and especially from our righteousness.

The Israeli way to the world’s heart does not go through overseas disaster zones or touching memorials at Auschwitz, but rather, only in the debate theater vis-à-vis the Arabs. If they defeat us there, no mission to Haiti will save us from a despicable colonialist image.

As result of our fatigue we abandoned our claim of ownership for Judea and Samaria and shifted to focusing on security considerations.

Mahmoud Abbas talks about rights while Netanyahu speaks of defensible borders. The Palestinian Authority chairman claims, with great chutzpah, that Beit El is his ancestral land

All the legal and historic arguments justifying our control of Beit El and Jerusalem – and these are some well-based arguments – have been put into deep freeze.

Over time, the gentiles are unimpressed with our humanitarian enterprises or with our high-tech achievements. They are also unimpressed with our security concerns and Holocaust trauma. They prefer to hear a convincing moral explanation from us, but they are not getting it.
So here's the answer he comes up with, resurrect old fashioned Zionism. I immediately thought to myself, if 21st century Zionism allows for murdering, ethnic cleansing, land theft and breaking International Law; then one can only imagine what this "Old Fashion-New-Fangled" resurrected Zionism would inflict on the sane world:
All the Zionist explanations of yore have been buried for many years now under the rubble of our confidence in our righteousness. The time has come to organize a mission that will rescue them too.
Seriously, these "people" know no boundaries, none what so ever. They would gladly kill off anyone, including Americans to get what they want under the delusional vision they think they deserve it. They don't deserve to breathe the same air as the rest of us, it should be reserved for humans only.

NAZI ISRAEL STRIKES AGAIN

This report out today really makes me angry. I have absolutely no sympathy for anyone who supports, or is associated with, the racist rogue state of Israel. Not until they become human like the rest of us. How on earth can any right minded human being support a rogue state that continually breaks or ignores UN resolutions, is a fully armed nuclear power that hides it’s weapons from inspection and does not sign the Non Proliferation Treaty, commits egregious human rights violations, is a religiously racist state, and has a policy of of murdering and torturing children, and murdering their own citizens? One wonders....And now they commit yet another crime against humanity. The plan? Further reduce the capability of hospitals in Gaza, ensure Palestinians freeze during winter, and enhance the Nazi pogrom of starving them. Hitler must be so proud of his former victims, for they have become the evil they once fought against:
link The only gas and oil terminal on the Gaza border has been shut down leaving thousands of people facing a shortage of gas this winter.

The Nahal Oz terminal has been closed permanently due to ‘security reasons’.

Critics say that the Kerem Shalom does not have the proper infrastructure to meet the area’s cooking gas needs.

Cooking gas is so important to Gaza right now particularly with the siege - we rely on it totally’.

This move has forced local bakeries to close, hospitals to stop its cooking and laundry services and it is threatening families’ abilities to cook and heat their homes in the winter.

To survive Gaza needs 6,000 tonnes of gas per month but after the terminal closed just over 1,600 tonnes were supplied in October and less than 1,000 tonnes in November.

THIS BEARS REPEATING...........

As we fast approach the Anniversary of the 21st century, currently in progress, and never ending Zionist perpetuated Holocaust in Gaza, some things are worth remembering and repeating:
From January 11th, 2009:
HOW ISRAEL GETS AWAY WITH MURDER

When Lord Derby asked Sir Lewis Namier, the great historian of Georgian England, why he, as a Jew, didn't write Jewish history, Namier replied: "There is no modern Jewish history, only a Jewish martyrology, and that is not amusing enough for me." It might be said that the underlying purpose of the Zionist project – which Namier passionately supported – was to reject Jewish martyrology, and to turn the Jews from passive victims to active makers of their destiny.

That has been accomplished to a fault, many would say as they watch the news from Gaza, where one image after another has caused deep revulsion. But then that rejection of martyrdom and victimhood may also explain what has puzzled as well as dismayed onlookers – the fact that Israel seems to be quite oblivious to international opinion.

In Muslim countries there is, of course, intense hostility to Israel, which, in return, has long since followed the Latin principle oderint dum metuant towards her neighbours: Let them hate us, so long as they fear us. Since there's no point in even trying to win their hearts and minds, they should be taught to respect brute force, a precept which, it should be admitted, has enjoyed considerable practical success.

The West is different, and European sentiment can be changed by events, as indeed it has been. Israel and Zionism were once very popular causes in Europe, not least on the liberal left, until the 1967 Six Day War and after. Since then, European sympathy has steadily ebbed away as Israel attacked Lebanon in 1982, and again in 2006, with the suppression of the intifadas between. And yet Israel shrugs off all strictures and rebukes. No criticism from relief agencies or the Red Cross makes any difference.

Even more strikingly, Israel has ignored the Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire. One reason for this is that the only Western country that really counts is the United States, and Israel has for many years been able to rely on unconditional American support. Having threated to veto previous draft resolutions, the US took part in drafting the security council resolution calling for a ceasefire, and was evidently going to vote for it.

Then late on Thursday the American representative shocked other council members by abstaining. This volte face came on direct orders from the White House, after president Bush had spoken to Ehud Olmert, the Israeli prime minister, and the Israelis have taken abstention as permission to continue their action. "Israel is not going to show restraint," Tzipi Livni, the Israeli Foreign Minister, told The Washington Post yesterday, understandably enough in the circumstances.

Although Israel is sometimes described as an American client state, which receives huge financial subsidy from Washington, she is unique as a client state: she can do exactly as she likes in the knowledge that she will never be seriously restrained by her sponsor. Even when the White House is privately irritated by Israeli actions, Congress is absolutely reliable, never knowingly outbid in its unswerving loyalty. During the bombardment of Lebanon in the summer of 2006, the House of Representatives passed a resolution of total solidarity with Israel by 410 votes to eight, and the Senate has just passed another on a hand vote, not even bothering to take a formal tally.

Anyone who thought that there would be a change of heart and direction after the last American election hasn't been concentrating. The Senate in question is the newly elected, strongly Democratic one, which has just met for the first time. During the presidential campaign Barack Obama went out of his way to endorse Israel. He has appointed in the form of Hillary Clinton perhaps the strongest supporter of Israel ever to serve as Secretary of State, not excluding Henry Kissinger, a Jewish refugee from Hitler, though even she is surpassed in her commitment by Rahm Emanuel, Obama's chief of staff.

But there is more to it, and Israeli intransigence or indifference to outside opinion goes back before the birth of the state. As it happens, Emanuel has something in common with Ehud Olmert and Tzipi Livni: their fathers all served in the Irgun. This was the intransigent Zionist militia – described as terrorists by Isaiah Berlin among others, and as fascists by Albert Einstein among others – which waged a campaign of violence against the British, and the Palestinian Arabs, in the last years of the British Mandate in 1946-48. Its exploits included the bombing of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, with great loss of life, the hanging of two captured British sergeants in reprisal, and the massacre of villagers at Deir Yassin.
Behind that brutality lay something else. Men take revenge for small wrongs, Machiavelli said, unable to avenge the larger, and the Irgun was avenging an incomparably and unimaginably greater crime just suffered by the European Jews. The Jews had tried to be nice to the goyim, Zionism said in effect, and see where it had got them. A Jewish state would now be created and guarded with all necessary force, indifferent to what the outside world thought. If need be, Israel will borrow the old chant of the Millwall fans, "No one likes us, we don't care"– and no more Jewish martyrology.

Not that Namier was the only Zionist to use "Jewish" in a derisive sense. When someone mentioned Trotsky's phrase "No war, no peace", David Ben-Gurion said that it was "some stupid Jewish idea", and there is a well-known Israeli story about Moshe Dayan, the military hero of the Six Day War. When he taught at the Israeli staff college, Dayan used to expound a problem, ending with the words, "And I want no Jewish solutions here."

He meant that, on the sand table or the field, he expected his battles to be won by dash and ferocity, rather than than by the traditional Jewish virtues of subtlety and patience. Zionist toughness has worked for a long time, but it could be that Israel will one day discover that there's something to be said for Jewish solutions.

Israel Looses Another Friend

More and more countries are daring to stand up to the monsters. Recently the EU endorsed it's support for the Goldstone report. Additionally Sweden has fallen out with the War Criminals as well. Now, Turkey has had enough. What with Israel attempting to destroy the 3rd most holy place for Muslims, the Al Aqsa mosque, and barring Muslims from freely worshiping there. Who can blame Turkey, I hope all the Muslims countries drop all relations with the War Criminals, unless and until they become human, if ever...........
Israel said on Sunday that Turkey had excluded it from an air exercise over Turkish territory, leading to the drill's cancellation, in a move an Israeli official described as a blow to NATO and U.S. interests.

Israel's military said in a statement the joint exercise, scheduled to begin on Monday in NATO-member Turkey, takes place every few years but was postponed indefinitely after Ankara removed Israel from the list of participants.

Turkey, a secular Muslim country, has been a key ally to Israel, but relations have cooled over Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan's outspoken criticism of Israel's three-week offensive in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip in December and January. source

BUSTED~ANOTHER PACK OF RACIST ZIONIST LIES

So this morning whilst perusing the news on Israel, I happened to be on the ynet news Israeli hasbara site reading an article. When I could NOT help but notice this huge massive blinking advert, literally right next to the text I was reading. It screamed in red and orange and a black background “HAVE MORE JEWISH BABIES” So, naturally I had to see what this was all about. What I found was nothing less than another racist site promoting the Zionist Master Race, pretty much what I expected, more on that in a minute. But, then I saw this little graphic:

I also noticed that it said “1 Israeli soldier killed each week” last year. Hmmm I said to myself. Let’s see, 52 weeks in a year, times 1 is 52 soldiers. But then I checked and found this from B’Tselem:
Israeli security force personnel killed by Palestinians
97 Gaza, 148 West Bank=Total 245 and In Israel 90
Which is the total IDF soldiers killed from 2000-2008, so EIGHT years of fighting and 335 soldiers killed in total (total from Gaza, West Bank and Israel combined.)That translates into 41.8 killed each year over eight years. But the advert is referring to last year, 2008. But when we look at 2008, last year, the year the advert claims “1 soldier killed per week” we find this:
Israeli security force personnel killed by Palestinians in the Occupied Territories 2008:

David Shreki
Resident of Rishon Lezion, injured on 12.07.2008 in East Jerusalem, by gunfire, and died on 23.07.2008. Additional information: Killed by a Palestinian who opened fire at Border Police standing near Lion's Gate, in the Old City.

Seif Bisan
21 year-old resident of Jat, killed on 09.04.2008 in al-Qarara, Rafah district, by gunfire. Additional information: Killed in exchange of gunfire with soldiers when he tried to sneak into Israel through the perimeter fence.

Liran Banai
20 year-old resident of Ashkelon, injured on 06.03.2008 next to Kissufim, Khan Yunis district, by explosion, and died on 09.03.2008. Additional information: Killed when an explosive charge blew up near Kissufim Crossing, in which three soldiers were lightly injured.

An IDF tracker, his name is unknown to B'Tselem
Killed on 06.03.2008 next to Kissufim, Khan Yunis district, by explosion. Additional information: Killed when an explosive charge blew up near Kissufim Crossing, in which three soldiers were lightly injured.

Eran Dan -Gur
20 year-old resident of Jerusalem, killed on 01.03.2008 in Gaza city, by gunfire. Additional information: Killed in an exchange of gunfire with armed men in an operation in the Gaza Strip.

Doron Assulin
20 year-old resident of Be'er Sheva, killed on 01.03.2008 in Gaza city, by gunfire. Additional information: Killed in an exchange of gunfire with armed men in an operation in the Gaza Strip.

Rami Zuari
20 year-old resident of Be'er Sheva, killed on 24.01.2008 in Shu'afat RC, East Jerusalem district, by gunfire. Additional information: Shot by armed men at the northern entrance to the refugee camp. source
AND THIS:
Israeli security force personnel killed by Palestinians in Israel 2008

Menhash al-Banyat
20 year-old resident of Ksiefeh, killed on 16.04.2008 next to Kerem Shalom, by gunfire. Additional information: Killed in an exchange of gunfire with armed men who approached the perimeter fence.

Matan Ovdati
19 year-old resident of Patish, killed on 16.04.2008 next to Kerem Shalom, by gunfire. Additional information: Killed in an exchange of gunfire with armed men who approached the perimeter fence.

David Papian
21 year-old resident of Tel Aviv-Yafo, killed on 16.04.2008 next to Kerem Shalom, by gunfire. Additional information: Killed in an exchange of gunfire with armed men who approached the perimeter fence.source
So if my maths is correct: 7 + 3 = 10 in total, for 2008 that includes within Israel AND West Bank AND Gaza. Gee, where are the other 42 dead soldiers claimed in the advert? I’ll tell you…………ALIVE!

Now, moving on to the racist aspect of this “Racist Breeder for the Master Race” website. They are trying so very hard to increase the Zionist population of Israel any way they can, to steal more land and create a larger army of racist wingnuts. And who supports this “inclusive” anti-“Jewish” Abortion co called “Charity” why looky here, all the usual suspects and more:
Morton Klein National President of ZOA "The most effective way to fight the Jewish demographic challenge is the organization of EFRAT. Through their comprehensive programs tens of thousands of Jewish children and their offspring have been saved."

Rabbi Abba Cohen Dir. of W.A. Office for Agudat Yisroel "I bring you greetings from our council of Torah Sages and Rabbinic Leadership, who join me and join us all in honoring EFRAT, this extraordinary organization... This is what EFRAT is all about, rebuilding the Jewish nation, rebuilding the Jewish people"

Willim Daroff - UJC "On behalf of the UJC, I want to add my kavod to all of you at EFRAT, for all the good work that you do in Eretz Yisroel."
Here’s “the more”, of course your AIPAC Israeli owned politicians who pimp for Israel against America’s best interest:

Senator Jim DeMint, SC
Senator Mel Martinez, FL
Senator Richard Lugar, IN
Senator James M. Inhofe, OK
Senator Charles Schumer, NY (No surprise there, he’s a Zionist!)
Congressman Trent Franks AZ
Congressman Jeff Fortenbury NE

Michael Schwartz Sen. Tom Cobum’s Chief of staff "I'm interested in seeing EFRAT grow and seeing its support in America grow. Because I believe the more money EFRAT raises in America, the more Jewish babies have life in Israel."

Now I must finish by saying I found Congressman Jeff Fortenbury NE, with the “best quote” of the day:
"There are thousands of people who have life, who have hope and oppurtunity to celebrate with their families and to enjoy the wonderful gift of life...And it's you at EFRAT who get the credit." source
I wonder if his so called “Moral Christian Mind” dares to contrast what he just said against the backdrop of thousands of homeless Palestinian children left to die, or the 400 dead ones killed by Israel. Nah, they only have compassion for “Zionist Babies” the Palestinian babies can just curl up and die. And to think these Christian Zionist lunatics claim to be anti-Abortion because they want to protect the unborn life of a baby? Yet, they find absolutely no problem in their “moral conscience” of supporting the killing of Children in Palestine, to their logic, even tiny new born babies in Palestine should not be afforded the same life as American Babies or Zionist babies. This is why their “religion” is inherently flawed; they are fakes, hiding racism behind so called “Christian Religion” that has been subverted into a farce. I hope they can live with their duplicity.

Fisk Nails it AS USUAL

Robert Fisk’s World: Israel should pay attention to criticism from its own people

I met Judge Richard Goldstone at The Hague at the height of the Bosnian war, a small, dapper man whose belief in the righteousness of justice shone through his every word.

As head of the War Crimes Tribunal for ex-Yugoslavia, he pursued the blood-drenched gangsters of the Balkans – Croat Catholic, Bosnian Muslim, Serb Orthodox – with Nuremberg-like persistence. He believed that one day even Slobodan Milosevic would be brought to book. I doubted this. But he was right, as they say, and I was wrong. He was Jewish – and not afraid to talk of his hatred of apartheid in his native South Africa – and I thought he was a fine man.

So would he be pissed on by the Israelis when he investigated the crimes of the winter war in Gaza? Or would Israel – just this once – desist from its usual venom for all critics if this great jurist produced a report that blamed Israel as well as Hamas for crimes against humanity? Not because he was Jewish. Not because he drew the sword of justice on behalf of the UN. But because he was a patently decent and fair man. "I accepted with hesitation my United Nations mandate," he wrote last week, "because I believe deeply in the rule of law and the laws of war, and the principle that in armed conflict civilians should to the greatest extent possible be protected from harm."

Not a hope, of course. Israeli investigations of the Gaza war, its government officials announced, were "a thousand times" fairer than the Goldstone investigation – a preposterous claim, given Israel's constant inability to conduct fair inquiries of its own – and that his mission "gave legitimacy to the Hamas terrorist organisation". The Israeli human rights group B'Tselem found that 1,387 Palestinians were killed in the Gaza war, more than 770 of them civilians. Thirteen Israelis were killed, four by their own troops, three of the others Israeli Arabs. Goldstone bitterly condemned Hamas for firing at civilians – from civilians areas of Gaza – but Chapter 11 of his report, for example, found that Israel shelled a house in which Palestinian civilians had been forced to gather, intentionally bombed a hospital with white phosphorous shells, shot civilians who were waving white flags and refused to allow wounded to be evacuated.

But no, Israel – as unwilling to accept criticism as Hamas – which, typically and cynically, washed its own dirty hands of the report, even though it murdered at least 40 suspected Palestinian collaborators while killing only six of its military enemies – wouldn't face up to Goldstone's conclusions, wouldn't accept that the casualties of this monstrous war were disproportionate. Israel's response wasn't disproportionate. It never was.

This nonsense is unworthy of a grown-up nation. For not long before the Gaza war, Gadi Eisenkot, the Israeli army northern commander, defined his doctrine very carefully. "We will wield disproportionate power against every village from which shots are fired on Israel, and cause immense damage and destruction... This isn't a suggestion. This is a plan that has already been authorised." No wonder the world watches, amazed, at Israel's response to Goldstone's conclusions. And the United States – which, of course, once defined Hiroshima as "a military base" – was either silent or took Israel's side. Barack Obama's UN ambassador, Susan Rice, condemned the Goldstone investigation with the pathetic (and, again, typical) remark that "our view is that we have to remain focused on the future".

But these things come by the bucketful. Take the Toronto Film Festival that ended this week. A group of eight actresses, actors and activists objected to the festival for embracing a city-to-city spotlight with Tel Aviv just a few months after the Gaza slaughter, accusing the Canadian organisers of helping to wash Israel's image after the bloodbath. They weren't trying to boycott the Israeli films at the festival – and by the way, I urge readers to watch the Israeli film Lebanon, filmed almost entirely inside a tank, when it comes your way – and five of the eight letter-signers were Jewish, one an Israeli.

It mattered not, of course. They were accused of trying to organise a racist boycott, abused as hypocrites, censors and – since slanders are now part of the grammar of Israel's so-called supporters – anti-Semites. Naomi Klein, one of the most brilliant of North America's journalists, was abused in Canada's National Post ("the strange, enduring rage of Naomi Klein"), thus cementing the paper's role as Canada's version of the Jerusalem Post.

But there was just one little hiccup for the protesters and their letter. I noticed Jane Fonda's name among them. Fonda? Remember little Jane when she outraged her friends by visiting North Vietnam during America's own disproportionate war in South-east Asia? Tough little Jane, we thought then. But I went back to my files (paper, of course) and discovered that doughty Jane turned up in Lebanon in 1982 when Israel was besieging Beirut – with plenty of white phosphorous shells falling among civilians, of course – to entertain the Israeli soldiers whose war was to claim 17,000 lives. According to Yediot Ahronot (4 July 1982, if readers want to check it out), she "expressed her identification with Israel's struggle against Palestinian terror...", later announcing her "unqualified support for Israel", attributing protests at the invasion to "anti-Semitism". (Please read Al-Hamishmar of 5 December 1982.)

Years later, she turned up in Egypt to marvel at the temples of Luxor, but refused to take questions from me on her enthusiasm for the 1982 Israeli invaders. But then, bingo, up she pops in Toronto. Until last week, when she said she'd signed the letter "without reading it carefully enough... some of the words in the protest letter did not come from my heart... Many (Israeli) citizens now suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder..." The letter did not "hear the narratives of both sides" and could be "inflammatory".

Ye gods! With Jane as a friend, you don't need enemies. But given her previous behaviour and now this grovelling backtrack, you have to admit that the Toronto protesters must have some right on their side. Like Judge Richard Goldstone.

It's ALL Their Fault......

Those damn Palestinians won't stop building Jewish settlements and forcing Jews to take their homes. If they would just STOP then Israel could have "Peace Talks"
Israel blames Palestinians for Mitchell's peace failure

Israel on Saturday blamed the Palestinian Authority for the failure of US envoy George Mitchell to reach a deal for the resumption of stalled peace talks.

Palestinians have been demanding a halt to Israeli settlement construction in the occupied West Bank, including annexed Arab east Jerusalem, as a condition for resuming talks with Israel. link
How dare they have such a demand, don't they know their place? Evidently not, after all, how could they dare ask such a request from God's "chosen ones"

Rekindle that hatred that helped us talk you into waging war on Muslims, rekindle that hatred that allowed Bush to invade two countries,rekindle that hatred that allowed Bush to destroy America’s standing in the world, rekindle that hatred that allowed Israel to continue it’s religious war on Palestine, rekindle that hatred that allowed the American government to take your rights away, rekindle that hatred that allowed your government to continue to send us 3 billion dollars a year. Yeah, watch this with a friend, then go out and kill all Muslims.
Feeling all warm and fuzzy now? This is just such bad taste, but then again, we are talking about Israel, and God only knows they have absolutely ZERO moral code or decency. But, usually their “hasbara propaganda” is at least hidden a wee bit deeper, not this time. It’s well “in your face”

Just in time for the anniversary of 9-11, they have created a “movie” Er, make that a “Hasbara Film to Demonize Muslims and instill anti-Muslim hatred and fear. “ Because that is what it is. see here their "gift" to you:

Yes, by all means send more of your money to Israel, as if the American government doesn’t send enough already…………..Notice how they always have their hand out? There’s more, and it gets serious
The film features exclusive interviews with politicians, experts on Islam,
So just who is this expert? Well, it’s this guy,Dr. Zuhdi Jasser, who has worked with these Zionist propaganda spreaders before an another fear and hatred instilling “movie” or a better term “propaganda infomercial” called “Obsession: Radical Islam’s War against the West” see here:
Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser : Exposed
Dr. Zuhdi Jasser and the debate with Imam Mohamed Al-Darsani

Dr. M. Zuhdi Jasser, the Great hope for America and Islam; as some would have you believe. In this article we will examine the ideas and methods that define Dr. Jasser, as well as his struggle to redefine Islam and its message. We will critically analyze his opinions, arguments and discuss his use of intellectual aggression and fear to promote hatred towards everyone who opposes his views.
It’s important to know the storyline to the debate, without which you may easily fall victim to half truths and twisted semantics. It’s also important to explain, the now apparent motives behind Dr. Jasser’s eagerness and willingness to participate in this debate. On October 10, 2008 a documentary film entitled “The Third Jihad” will be released nationwide. The pre-release trailer includes a segment taken from the debate, and given the past misinformation presented by the creators of the film, as well as their claim that “The Third Jihad” is a unique look into the Islamist mindset within America. It’s almost certain that footage from the debate has been selected and edited into the film that may shape an untrue portrayal of Imam Al-Darsani.

Imam Al-Darsani and members of the Islamic Center for PEACE had attended a meeting designed as a National Security Briefing hosted by the Florida Security Council. At which Dr. Jasser was indentified and introduced as an expert about Islam and Islamic Terrorism. In his speech he gave praise and supported the documentary film entitled “Obsession: Radical Islam’s War against the West”. This film is important because his support and praise for its content speaks directly to his lack of sincerity and his ignorance surrounding the very issues he writes and speaks about day after day. The video contains numerous verified lies. One example is a note written in Arabic. The makers of Obsession claim that the note is about Jihad and Islamic domination. They go as far as to place the note on screen beside an English translated quote stating “This religion [Islam] will destroy all other religions through the Islamic Jihad fighters.” This quote is credited to a Jordanian and Palestinian school book. Contrary to what the creators proclaim, the text is actually an excerpt from an Arabic book and when accurately translated from Arabic to English it describes how racial discrimination corrupts society citing Nazism and Zionism as examples. At no time is there any mention of Jihad or the destruction of any religion.

The Islamic Center for PEACE has encouraged everyone to watch the debate for themselves in its entirety to preserve the context of any statements that were made. While watching the debate it becomes blatantly obvious that Dr. Jasser took a multitude of quotes and stuck them together to create his own version of what was said. However, it is somewhat understandable that he is so confused. During the debate he seemed entirely concerned with bombarding Imam Al-Darsani with random and unrelated questions, while refusing to allow him time to answer any of them fully. One particular question was concerning the condemnation of the killing of innocent civilians. Imam Al-Darsani said “Anybody who targets innocent people, whoever they are, wherever they are, whether it’s from Hamas, the Islamic Jihad, or anybody who claims he’s acting within his faith and targets an innocent people, he is a terrorist.” Not happy with this answer Dr. Jasser attempted to twist the question repeatedly until the audience became fed up, and many people shouted, “He already answered it”. At that moment it became apparent that Dr. Jasser was not there to educate, or to have an exchange of ideas. He was there to promote an agenda, a very corrupt and misleading agenda. One which will manifest itself in the upcoming documentary film “The Third Jihad” this from a 6 page report on the debate, the first movie and now this latest hate film to be released on 9-11, you can read the entire report here. and here is Mohamed Al-Darsani bio
And lastly this:
The film is being made available as part of a grassroots initiative to educate the public about the threat that radical Islam continues to pose to national security and the American way of life.
Oh great one, use the Holy Grail phrase that will surely strike hatred and fear into American’s e.g. “Muslims will Threaten the American way of life.” What a load of racist rubbish. Look out, here comes that radical Muslim Jermaine Jackson, he’s out to take away your rights and kill you in your sleep. Oh, sorry, that was his brothers Doctor…not Muslims.
