Children in Gaza held a public trial for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Monday in which they sentenced him to life in prison over his refusal to demand a debate on a United Nations report saying Israel committed war crimes during Operation Cast Lead.

The Palestinian children's parliament determined during the trial that Abbas was not worthy of his position, and the 'prosecutor' accused him of high treason.

Abbas was represented by a man who wore a picture of the leader on his face. He defended himself by saying, "Our need for new frequencies for my children's cell phone companies and Israeli and American pressure brought me to my decision. The decision was not ours because we are not represented at the council. Those who made the request were Pakistan and the Arab nations."

After he had made this statement, a 'Palestinian representative in the UN' intervened and said that seconds before the vote Saeb Erekat asked him to relay an official message from Abbas requesting the vote be delayed.

"I was stunned so I asked for this in writing and this is a picture I of the fax I received from the Mukataa in Ramallah. I won't be a scapegoat," said the mock-representative

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has never faced as much outrage as over his decision to suspend efforts to get Israeli officials put on trial for war crimes in Gaza.

On Wednesday, Gaza professors threw shoes at his defaced image and West Bank commentators called for his resignation, the latest signs Abbas may have miscalculated in bowing to what Palestinian officials say was intense U.S. pressure.

Abbas is unlikely to be forced out of office because he enjoys strong Western support (He's an agent for the West and Israel!) and has ruled the West Bank without challenge since his Hamas rivals drove him out of Gaza in 2007.

However, the scandal could cause lasting harm to the 74-year-old Palestinian leader's standing with voters and his ability to negotiate with Israel.

He has no mandate to negotiate for Palestine, he CLEARLY does not represent the Palestinian people. He must be removed from this position. more:

I now "blaming" his "Aides" for "telling him to withdraw support for the Goldstone Report" Seriously........Kinda makes ya wonder doesn't it now? Either Abbas is so stupid that he does whatever he's told, and he is "surrounded" with fellow Israeli Agents who advised him to sell out Palestine, to which his reply was "sure, no problem!" Or, he acted on his own, told the Palestinian representative to the UN to drop the support and is now attempting to save his sorry arse from his own people.

Either way, this "man" cannot be trusted to be in ANY position what so ever to take part i ANY negotiations regarding the future of Palestine OR its people. He has NO mandate for those actions any longer. Therefore he must be removed and replaced immediately by persons who are loyal to the Palestinian people and nation and who will carry out their duties in the best interest of freedom for Palestine. I doubt you could find one Palestinian who would trade their freedom for a cellular network to improve phone service. That's like saying the Slaves in America would have been happy enough to live in a nice house in trade for their freedom.

Yes, after NOT allowing him into Israel to conduct any investigations, suddenly they want him to come and visit Sderot for some free propaganda, of course, now that they are no longer under threat of War Crimes Investigations by the ICC, thanks to Abbas. The Zionist Sderot Mayor will accompany Goldstone on the much practiced “tour” that every international guest receives. Well practiced and rehearsed, we have seen this same “tour” many times. It is Israel’s attempt to justify murdering thousands of innocent Palestinian civilians by crying “Poor Us” Look how in fear we are………. I do however notice that they had to go all the way back to 2004 to find “any” dead Zionist children to parade for Goldstone. Not to sound harsh here, as the death of ANY child is horrendous, however, let us contrast this with over 400 of them murdered in less than 30 days by Israel ONLY several months ago. Additionally, I would guess that Palestine could parade great numbers of dead children murdered by the IDF annually dating back years and years, IF anyone in the world cared, that is.

I have no sympathy for anyone who has chosen to colonize Sderot, here’s why: Jews would not be in range of the small homemade rockets if Israel had not stolen the land and then colonized it with Zionists, funnily enough. And, if those Zionist children were not living on stolen Palestinian land, they’d still be alive. Their parents should be brought on charges of child abuse for forcing them to live in Sderot. South African jurist Richard Goldstone on Sunday accepted an invitation from Sderot Mayor David Buskila to visit his city, which has suffered thousands of Gazan rocket attacks in the past eight years. He wrote the letter two days after the UN Human Rights Council acceded to a request by the Palestinian Authority to defer until March its vote on whether to endorse the report by Goldstone's fact-finding mission, which accused Israel of committing war crimes during its offensive in the Gaza Strip last December and January.

On Thursday, Buskila wrote Goldstone a message in the name of three small children killed by Palestinian rockets in Sderot in 2004

Ok, so this next bit I find so incredible. Most of us are well aware of the inherent blindness of Zionists when it comes to recognizing the suffering of any other people. But this takes the cake:
