Gaza Flotilla Massacre

Terrible news: dozens of our friends and comrades are dead and wounded in the pirate attack in the high seas on humanitarian aid boats by crazed Israeli Jews. This is a dreadful crime that will forever be remembered. The details are not fully available yet; the massacre toll stands meanwhile on 15, but it can go up or down.

What is clear that the Israeli pirates attacked the humanitarian aid flotilla in the international waters over 90 miles (150 km) out of their territorial waters. The boats carried no arms, but the Jewish modus operandi was already well established in their recent attacks on Gaza and Lebanon. They can’t see blood, that is their blood. Others’ blood is not blood at all, in their eyes. Apparently, the pirates boarded the boats in the high seas, and when one of the pirates was scratched by a “sharp object”, they turned the boats into killing fields.

The flotilla of six small and medium boats was on its way to deliver and distribute food and children toys for the besieged Gaza. Among them there was the Turkish boat, which was apparently boarded first. There was also a boat bought and equipped by a great friend of Palestine, Mahathir Mohammad of Malaysia. A boat from Greece, boats flying American and Irish flags were boarded and people massacred as well.

Free Gaza did sail boats to Gaza over the past two years with differing results; they had some important persons aboard, notably our friend, the wonderful Cynthia McKinney, but this is the first time that the steering of this freedom regatta has passed from the hands of nice European volunteers to the locals, to the peoples of the region. This is a vast change, and a change that means a lot. While the Palestinian cause was only the cause celebré of Europeans with conscience, it was containable. Now, when it has become the concern of the local region, the countdown for the freak Zionist mini-Empire has begun.

The beasts understood it and decided to install fear in the hearts of peoples of the Middle East with their simple slogan: do not meddle with Jews but at your peril. This is the day to demonstrate against them.

Our demands:

- send Israeli ambassadors packing,

- send the navy to open Gaza for navigation,

- seize and hang the pirates, including the pirate “president” Peres and pirate “prime-minister” Netanyahu.

- No diplomatic relations, no place in the UN, no place in the international community for the murderers.

Wow, all the different propaganda missions Israel has tried so far against the flotilla. Hmmmm, let's see....Oh yes, there was the sudden passing of a handful of aid trucks into Gaza with...........wait for it..............tiny bits of cement!!! Ooooooh, see how nice the Israelis are? Allowing cement in for the very FIRST time Wooo Hooo!!! Alas, it was not for the thousands living in tents whose homes Israel destroyed a year and a half ago, it was for UNWRA to rebuild their buildings Israel also destroyed, by accident, on purpose.

And then there was the letter to Shalit. where Israel claimed; "look those flotilla human rights activists won't take a letter to Gilad Shalit and they call themselves human rights activists, see they're nothing but terrorists" Remember that one? Wrong again, Oh you evil spawn of Satan Zionists, the Politicians on board the Flotilla said they would be happy to deliver the letters to Shalit. But where are the letters? In order for Shalit to GET those letters the flotilla must be allowed in, but Israel blocks it at the same time asking for letters to be delivered to Israel's captured POW Shalit. Now who's the non-humanitarian? Bad move, the bluff was called and Israel was exposed as the liars they are!!

And next we have the threats, followed by the very well crafted little phrase "we fear for our safety" when referring to the flotilla which is clearly armed with nuclear weapons, Oh sorry, that's Israel, forgive me!!

Yes, evil humanitarian Nazi boats, with medical supplies, a dentists office, playground equipment, toys, school supplies, school furniture, prefab homes for the homeless..... GASP, they're coming to exterminate us, shades of "never again" spread through the zio-population, OMG boats with Parliamentarians, journalists and peace activists, including other Jews (nice ones tho) like 85 year old Hedy Epstein, who, unknown to others, turns into a raving terrorist after 7PM. Be afraid, be very afraid......And these evil, dangerous boats filled with politicians (terrorists), journalists (terrorists with terrorist microphones) Jews (self hating brainwashed ones who are now terrorists) and holocaust survivors like Hedy Epstein (Israel wishes she hadn't survived) All these "terrorists" are coming no where near Israeli waters or shores, but are a grave holocaust-proportion danger to all Jews.

And the most recent tactic is not only well planned propaganda, but also serves a very nefarious and very dangerous hasbara purpose!! What is it? Why Israel has called in the IDF film producers and actors. They have created a "movie" of themselves (complete with English subtitles for the "target" Audience, just in case they kill a westerner or an American) In this video they are appearing to be civilised, saying they don't want to hurt anyone (this is in exact preparation of doing just that!) Remind you of anything? It does me. It reminds me of the same storyline they use when the subject of Tom Herndall or Rachel Corrie comes up. It's not poor little Israels fault they murder people, don't you know that only Israelis are victims and as such have a never ending "get out of jail free" card for all of eternity.

But on a serious note, this video was created to be spread around by the "Zionist Internet borg" prior to the Israeli pirates attacking the 10 ships and one or more of those 800 people getting hurt! But the reality is that if Israel would stay the hell out of International waters and away from the flotilla, stop creating confrontations,and stop attacking peaceful boats filled with politicians, journalists, "self hating" Jews and peace activists who are not even heading to Israel, then there'd be no risk to anyone, Israelis OR the Boats. But, Zio's don't think like the rest of us, it's not really about the people on those boats, or the aid on the boats, or even any "so called" security threat to Israel, in reality it's the dangerous mental affliction Zionists all have, that the Zionists can't ever be seen to loose, they must always "win" at any and all costs, even the cost of an innocent life. And the Zionists see these boats getting though to Gaza as them loosing. so they'd rather place 800 people in danger instead. Zionist logic at it's best folks!

All the boats are gathering off the coast of Cyprus, once assembled they will move towards Gaza later today which is not that far. They are expected to arrive Saturday early, but of course that depends on the Israeli Pirates. Another two developments; firstly, the MV Rachel Corrie is running way behind and will ultimately travel to Gaza alone after the rest of the boats leave for the last leg to Gaza today. Secondly, is that the Zionist Entity has pressured Cyprus to not allow the boats to leave from there. Citing the PA has not requested any "aid for Gaza." More after this:

link Two cargo ships and five smaller boats loaded with thousands of tonnes of supplies and hundreds of passengers steamed towards a rendezvous point off the Cyprus coast where they planned to regroup before setting out for the Palestinian territory.

Organisers said an eighth ship, the Rachel Corrie that had left from Ireland, was lagging behind and would travel towards Gaza separately.

"The Cypriot government does not want us to leave from Cyprus. I can only assume pressure was put on them," said Audrey Bomse, one of the coordinators.

A Cyprus government official said of the flotilla that Cyprus had not received any formal request from the Palestinian Authority for humanitarian aid.

This next statement from Israel is off the charts with absurdity:

Israel earlier told the ambassadors of Cyprus, Turkey, Greece, and Ireland -- the countries from which the ships set sail -- it "issued warrants that prohibit the entrance of the vessels to Gaza" and that the flotilla would be breaking international law.

Insanity, since when can some random country issue "warrants" that prohibit other countries from traveling to yet another country on international waters? Never mind, it's the Evil Rogue State of Israel, the one that no country has the balls to stand up to, except of course Iran, Lebanon, Turkey and Syria:)

as reported from IPSC members: Flotilla participant and IPSC activist Fintan Lane reported that the Challenger 1, the ship on which he is travelling, has just been refused permission to pass through Cypriot waters.

The Challenger is now being followed and filmed by a Cypriot police helicopter

ISRAEL TO BE SUED

Brussels, May 28, 2010 (Pal Telegraph) - The European Campaign to End the Siege on Gaza (ECESG), which is based in Brussels, has strongly condemned the Israeli Government’s decision to seize the eight vessels making up the “Freedom Flotilla” that is heading for Gaza Strip and to arrest all the more than 750 supporters onboard. ECESG views the decision as an escalation that will have grave consequences.

Anouar Gharbi, member of the campaign and president of the Swiss Rights for All Association, a member of the Freedom Flotilla coalition, said, “The Israeli party acts as if it is waging a military war against another army, particularly after orders have been issued from the political leadership to the military to intercept the Freedom Flotilla, and use force against it in order to prevent its arrival to the shores of Gaza. He invited the international community to take action to protect the humanitarian international flotilla.

Gharbi, in response to new Israeli threats, stressed that foreign supporters, including European parliamentarians taking part in the flotilla, “have declared their determination to resist any piracy attempt that they may face at the hands of the Israeli occupation, affirming that all scenarios have been taken into account and that plans have been made to confront it.”

The president of the Swiss Rights for All Association pointed out that in case the Israeli side seized the flotilla ships and arrested supporters on their board, it would be taken to European and Swiss courts. According to him, “ECESG will assist in this process.”

He explains that the plans developed to confront an interception of the flotilla include, inter alia, the organization of demonstrations in major European capitals in front of Israeli embassies, in coordination with civil society organizations supporting the Palestinian cause, in addition to a series of protest sit-ins and other actions in many Western countries, particularly those participating in the Freedom Flotilla.

He went on to say that “organizers of the Freedom Flotilla have developed plans of action to use in the light of the scenarios expected to take place, particularly in view of the Israeli threat to use force so as to prevent the flotilla from achieving its humanitarian objective, i.e. the delivery of the more than 10,000 tons of aid to the population of Gaza who have been besieged for the fourth consecutive year.”

The Freedom Flotilla consists of eight ships: a Turkish- and Kuwaiti-flagged cargo ship funded by Kuwait, a cargo ship funded by Algeria, a cargo ship funded by Sweden and Greece and a fourth Irish cargo ship belonging to the “Free Gaza” movement, in addition to 4 passenger ships, including one called Boat 8000, in reference to the number of Palestinian detainees in prisons of the Israeli occupation and the Turkish passenger ship which is the largest.

The flotilla had to accept no more than 750 participants from more than 40 countries although it had received many more applications. Participants will include 44 European and Arab political officials and parliamentarians, including 10 Algerians members of parliament.

Vessels of the flotilla carry more than 10,000 tons of aid material, including medical supplies, building materials, wood, 100 prefabricated houses to help accommodate the tens of thousands of Gaza population whose homes have been destroyed in the Israeli war against Gaza in early 2009. It also carries 500 electric wheelchairs for physically-handicapped persons, given the fact that the last war has caused the incapacitation of some 600 people. source

FLOTILLA MOVING~ISRAEL PLANS ARRESTS

INFORMATION ON THE IRISH PARTICIPANTS

Denis Halliday was born in Dublin in 1941 and educated at Trinity College Dublin. He is a former Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations. Secretary-General Kofi Annan appointed him to the post of United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator in Iraq as of 1 September 1997, at the Assistant Secretary-General level, and he served as such until the end of September 1998. He resigned from the post in Iraq and from the United Nations as a whole effective 31 October 1998 after serving the organisation since mid 1964 - some 34 years. He has been a strong opponent of the US/UK-led war in Iraq.

Mairead Maguire, Nobel peace prize laureate, was co-founder of the Community of Peace People for a peaceful resolution of the Northern Ireland conflict. She has been to Palestine several times defending the human rights. In April 2007, she was wounded by the Israeli army while non-violently protesting with Palestinians against the apartheid wall in the village of Bil'in. This will be her third trip to Gaza on board one of the Free Gaza boats.

Derek Graham is from Ballina in County Mayo. He has been a qualified electrician for 20 years. He was a member of the reserve defence forces in Ireland for 21 years and was the first member of the reserves to make the Army sailing team. He has been sailing all of his life and is a crew member on the MV Rachel Corrie. He has participated in many previous Free Gaza boat trips to Gaza and has been on four of the five voyages that landed in Gaza. He is married to Jenny, who is also on the MV Rachel Corrie.

Jenny Graham is from County Mayo and is a member of the Free Gaza Movement. She has participated in previous boat trips to Gaza and is a member of the crew of the MV Rachel Corrie. She is married to Derek Graham.

Shane Dillon is a Dublin-based Irish seafarer who has served as Chief Officer on Irish and British merchant ships. He has sailed on numerous leisure craft on transatlantic trips and in European waters. He is part of the crew of the MV Rachel Corrie.

Caoimhe Butterly (born 1978) is a Dublin-born Irish human rights activist, who has worked with AIDS victims in Zimbabwe, the homeless in New York, and with Zapatistas in Mexico as well as more recently in the Middle East and Haiti. In 2002, during an Israeli attack in Jenin, she was shot by an Israeli soldier. She spent 16 days inside the compound where Yasser Arafat was besieged in Ramallah. She was described by Time magazine as one of their Europeans of the Year in 2003. Butterly is a pacifist who is a member of the International Solidarity Movement (ISM), an organisation that seeks non-violent alternatives to armed intifada by mobilising international civil society. She is a coordinator with the Free Gaza Movement.

Fintan Lane is a writer and historian. He is a member of the National Committee of the Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign. Originally from Cork, he now lives in Chapelizod in Dublin. He graduated with a PhD in history from University College, Cork and is the author/editor of seven books on modern Irish history; he has also contributed many articles and reviews to academic history journals. He was the Editor of Saothar, the scholarly journal of Irish labour history, for several years.

Senator Mark Daly is a Fianna Fáil member of Senead Eireann from County Kerry. He was elected as one of the youngest members of the 23rd Senate in the 2007 election and has been active in community affairs and local politics since college. He was born in Kerry in 1973 and holds a Diploma in Property Valuation from Dublin Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Management from Greenwich University, London.

Chris Andrews TD (born 25 May 1964) is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician. He is currently a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin South East constituency. He was first elected to the Dáil at the 2007 general election.

Aengus Ó Snodaigh Sinn Fein TD is a native Irish speaker who was born in Dublin in 1964. Aengus is married to Aisling and has three children. He was first elected in 2002 to the Dáil (Irish parliament) and re-elected in 2007. He is Sinn Féin’s spokesperson on social and family affairs, housing, justice and international affairs. He travelled by boat in November 2008 to Gaza which was (and still is) under siege by Israel.

Fiachra Ó Luain is from County Donegal. He is an Irish peace activist and was an independent candidate in the North-West constituency in the 2009 European elections. He was compelled to become a candidate upon watching the massacres of Israel’s ‘Operation Cast Lead’. He is a member of the Free Gaza Movement

England Questions Israel On Kidnapped Britains

Days after Ireland verbally battered the rogue state, England finally gets the picture that piracy is a crime. About fecking time! Hey Obama your turn now..........

A spokesperson for the United Kingom's foreign secretary has raised the issue of an aid ship seized by Israel's navy with the country's government, according to British news reports.

"We can confirm that six British nationals were detained by the Israeli authorities. We have visited them and we are providing consular assistance to them," a spokesperson for UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband said on Saturday, according to Sky News.

"We would be concerned if the stories of the Israeli navy boarding the Spirit of Humanity in international waters were true," she added, but said that the legal status of Gaza's coast is complex.

Nevertheless, the said the country's Foreign Ministry was looking into claims that the takeover by Israel's navy of the ship and her 21-member crew on Tuesday violated international law, according to Sky.

Meanwhile, several of the six British nationals being held by Israel told the news agency that they were being held in "atrocious conditions" at the prison, where they are awaiting deportation apparently for entering Israeli waters, which they have categorically denied.

Ishmahil Blagrove, 40, said, "I'm in a cell with 14 of us. The cell is about seven by four. There were just two fans that only covered half of the cell when we got here." "We all screamed and shouted so they gave us a third. It's really hot in here. Everyone is complaining."

The British nationals, who said they had no idea when they would ultimately be released, reportedly spoke to Sky News via mobile phones provided by UK consular officers who visited their cells, which are inside Israel's Ramla Givon high security prison in Tel Aviv. source

Cynthia McKinney-STATEMENT FROM JAIL

We were in international waters on a boat delivering humanitarian aid to people in Gaza when the Israeli Navy ships surrounded us and illegally threatened us, dismantled our navigation equipment, boarded and confiscated the ship.

All of us on board were then taken off the ship and into custody, and brought into Israel and imprisoned. Immigration officials in Israel said they did not want to keep us, but we remain imprisoned. State Department and White House officials have not effected our release or taken a strong public stance to condemn the illegal actions of the Israeli Navy of enforcing a blockade of humanitarian assistance to the Palestinians of Gaza, a blockade that has been condemned by President Obama. read it all HERE

And the dirty wee bastards have taken Mairead away in handcuffs and her whereabouts is unknown. All Irish people should phone the Irish embassy in Dublin and in Isra-Hell and demand they return her to her comrades at once.

Gaza aid activists held by Israel

A group of peace activists including four Britons are being held in "appalling" conditions in an Israeli prison after seizure of their boat carrying aid to Gaza, their supporters have claimed.

The 21 campaigners, including Nobel peace laureate Mairead Maguire from Northern Ireland, are being held at Givon jail in Ramla, Israel, according to the Free Gaza Movement.

In a brief email, one of the group said: "Conditions at the prison are appalling, 14-20 to a cell measuring 7m by 7m. Mairead forcibly removed in handcuffs and status unknown."

Eight British and Irish activists were among those detained by the Israeli authorities on board the boat Spirit of Humanity as they tried to transport humanitarian supplies to Gaza.

They have been named as: Ishmahil Blagrove, a Jamaican-born journalist based in the UK; the boat's captain, Denis Healey, who is from the UK; British journalist Fathi Jaouadi; British activist Alex Harrison; Theresa McDermott, from Scotland; Adnan Mormech, from Rusholme, Manchester; Derek Graham, an Irish electrician; and Ms Maguire. link

Israeli naval forces blockading Gaza have intercepted a ship whose passengers include former Georgia congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. Israeli forces on Tuesday intercepted the Greek-registered Arion in the Mediterranean Sea 23 miles off the Gaza coast, the BBC reported.
The Arion was carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza, according to the U.S.-based Free Gaza Movement.

In a press release issued by freegaza.org, McKinney called the boarding “an outrageous violation of international law against us.”link

So lets’ look at what constitutes Piracy, international waters and territorial waters. Remember the Zionist Pirates intercepted and began terrorizing the crew at the 23 mile mark, which is still international waters. Taken from Wiki:

Palestine owns the waters from it’s shore out to 12 nautical miles. Israel has no jurisdiction in International Waters. International Law covers International Waters, not Israel the rogue evil state.

So lets look at what constitutes Piracy (Wiki):

In modern times, ships and airplanes are hijacked for political reasons as well. The perpetrators of these acts could be described as pirates. Modern definitions of piracy include the following acts:
• Kidnapping of people for ransom
• Robbery
• Murder
• Seizure of items or the ship
• Sabotage resulting in the ship subsequently sinking

So, according to the above list of definitions, Israel has committed piracy, not once, but twice. The first time was when they rammed the original boat McKinney was on, causing it to sink. This would reflect the last definition, e.g. “Sabotage resulting in the ship subsequently sinking “ and more recently as of yesterday, Israeli Pirates have struck again. They have kidnapped and seized property not belonging to Israel, but rather belonging to Greece. Hence, each time Israeli Pirates force a ship from International Waters into Israeli Territorial Waters and then seize the cargo, if that cargo is then kept from being sent to its original destination, that is theft, that is piracy.More from Wiki:

The International Maritime Bureau (IMB) defines piracy as:
the act of boarding any vessel with an intent to commit theft or any other crime, and with an intent or capacity to use force in furtherance of that act.[85]

So then, according to the United Nations “criminal acts of violence, detention, or depredation “ are all acts of Piracy, as noted above. Clearly there is no distinction between Somali Pirates and Israeli Pirates. Both used the threat of violence to board a vessel, both Illegally boarded and terrorized vessels in International Waters. Both steal cargo, and both kidnap and detain the crew and passengers.

During the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, once pirates were caught, justice was meted out in a summary fashion, and many ended their lives by "dancing the hempen jig", or hanging at the end of a rope. Public execution was a form of entertainment at the time, and people came out to watch them as they would to a sporting event today.
