George W. Bush, got that right. They DO hate Americans because of their freedom.

The freedom to walk freely and not be arrested, kidnapped, detained or interned without Due Process of the Law, the freedom that comes with equality and civil rights, the freedom to get an education, the freedom to travel, the freedom to have clean water, the freedom to own a weapon to protect yourself and family, the freedom of speech and political views, the freedom to voice those views without arrest, the freedom to live free and unencumbered, the freedom to elect your government and then have it recognised worldwide as legitimate.

But most of all “the protection of life, liberty, and property”

Recognize this?

“No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws”

That is what America is supposed to represent.

However, Israel has forced America to abandon its founding principles for those of Israel instead. Killing the Goldstone report only serves to cement what Arabs and Muslims already think about America. By removing the rule of law for “one” group of people, in order to allow another “group” of people to escape the Law, makes you an accessory to that crime. Instead of proving the American principles of Justice and upholding the Law for “everyone.” America instead has sent a message to Arabs and Muslims that they don’t matter. They are 2nd class lesser people whom cannot expect the law to work for them. Use some common sense please. America “says” it wants “so called radical Muslims” to live by the law and respect the law. That’s what America preaches. However, when a UN body, led by an internationally recognised Judge who dealt with South Africa and was applauded by America, then turns to investigate Israeli war crimes, and America tells the world to pay no attention, forgo the law because Israel can do no wrong. What message does that give to all those Arabs and Muslims who AMERICA just told to respect the Law and work within legal boundaries? Congratulations America, you just told them to forget the law and only violence will work, keep bombing, keep attacking, keep blowing up buildings all over the world. Because when the ONE opportunity for America to uphold the rule of law, to lead by words, deeds and example, it failed MISREABLY!

So whilst Americans enjoy all this “freedom” maybe they should think about the stolen freedoms lost to others, which America supports by enabling Israel to make a mockery the founding principles of America itself. As you read the examples below of what just ONE week is like, living AS a Palestinian, living ON Palestinian land, IN your own country, then ask yourself if you would fight tooth and nail against a foreign oppressor that exists on YOUR soil, taking away ALL your rights, simply because they are armed to their eyeballs with AMERICAN weapons and AMERICAN support and now with even the rule of law stolen from them so Israel can continue to act with Impunity?

In keeping with tomorrows “Halloween” festivities, Israel has added the word “Witch-hunt” to its long list of adjectives describing the Goldstone Report. Additionally they are parading out the illegal village of Sderot once again in an attempt for sympathy as the “victims.” However, the “spirits” are not moved by the Israeli “Hasbara” regarding the Goldstone reports accusations OR the “Fear Factor.” On Goldstone; Israel forgets that the world actually saw the illegal use of White Phosphorous in heavily packed civilian quarters, whilst Zionist “Spin Man” Mark Regev lied daily on television “Israel Does not Use Illegal Weapons.” And this is the problem for Israel; they’ve been caught lying too many times now. This, coupled with their outrageous inability to be utterly and totally incapable of showing one iota of remorse or culpability for 1400 civilians or even the 400 children they murdered; this has been impressed upon the minds of billions of decent people worldwide. The Jig is Up. Israel may have won the battle, but it lost the war completely. First the “Goldstone Witch hunt” and then the “Fear Factor”:

I'm quite certain the Palestians in Gaza would trade their "Agony" for the small amount of "fear" Israel may have, at times. More:

They have lost loved ones to terror and have lost themselves in their own fear of leaving the bomb shelters that protect them.

How nice they are provided with lovely protective bomb shelters, whilst the people of Gaza tried to remain safe in their Mosques and Schools which Israel bombed unmercifully and illegally. More hasbara:

2. They can have the word “fear” but not the word “Agony.” The word "Agony" wholly belongs to the people of Gaza, who truly ARE living in agony. Israel wouldn’t recognize “agony” if it bit them in the arse. The people in Sderot are alive and living well, they have not been slaughtered and neither have their homes been destroyed by the large homemade bottle rockets that are once in a while fired.

3. Whenever the Israelis parade out “Sderot,” and they do parade it out every single time a dignitary visits, or when they want to “prove” their never ending wailing “suffering.” I always like to point out a little piece I found long ago on a Zionist blog. In this piece written by Israeli’s they mock the rockets, they collect them for “Garden Art” They do not “fear” them, nor are they “Living in Fear and Agony”

I’ve been copying down the live discussions. There has been a new paragraph added to the Resolution, added in response to the demands of a wide range of members of the council and International Community:

“Condemning all targeting of civilians and stressing the urgent need to ensure accountability for ALL violations of International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law to prevent further violations.”

Then it was announced that Cameroon, Chile, Guatemala and Panama will not support the resolution.UPDATED the previous sentence was stated by the President overseeing the speakers. However I have just listened to the Chilean Rep and he said this: The resolution must be modified and we are in favor of this resolution, so it looks as though they ARE supporting it

Then the floor was given to the Israeli Representative to speak. Here is his entire speech below. Which, I must say is laughable and nothing more than blackmailing peace. Additionally I notice the propaganda is still being focused on what I wrote about yesterday. Israel is attempting to make people believe that if the report goes forward, the peace process is #1 dead, and #2 we will all have “lost something.” Never mind it is “something we never had” but here it is for those who were unable to see it live:

My Dilemma, If the Draft Resolution passes today I’m not sure that I have advice to give to my people. As a diplomat that believes in multi Lateral Diplomacy in the importance of Human Rights (LOL) and the necessity of Peace in the Middle East between Israeli and the Palestinians, What do I tell Israelis about this special session? How to explain that politics, domestic agendas, and in some cases, sheer cynicism have won out. That the real issues facing Israel’s decision makers, how to move forward and try to make peace, while protecting the people of Israel from read and present “danger” just do not interest a majority of the members of this council.

That this body, and the report it would endorse, offer no solution to fighting against “terrorists” (look n the mirror) for Democracies that try to ask the right questions, but are forced to act in self defence.

Many “honourable” colleagues (America)stated clearly this weeks meeting should not have taken place and we ALL know it would not have, had any country other than Israel been involved.

All of us understand the “cynicism” of “many” here today.(Palestinians who want justice!) WE understand that a real discussion of Human Rights or even the nuances of Justice Goldstone’s problematic report is not the real matter or our agenda this week.

After two days of a discussion about my region, there remains one pragmatic question to ask; (here comes the blackmail) Do you support the promotion of peace between Israel and the Palestinians? If you “do”, if you “really” would like to see the building of “trust” (that’s rich!) and dialogue between the sides. If you would like to see the Israeli’s and Palestinians gain the confidence to take “risks” (steal more land) If you would like to see “improvements” on the ground for “all” sides. (Where have the “improvements” been before Goldstone, one would wonder?) If you want to see the “moderates” (US and Israel backed Abbas agents) in the region gain ground and reject “extremism” (anyone who resists being an Israeli slave) then you MUST reject today’s proposal.

I just have to say, I find it stunning, that suddenly Israel is talking about all of these “so called” things that will now be “lost” due to endorsement of Goldstone’s report. So, where were they before? Nothing was on the table from Israel; no concessions have been made to Palestine OR Obama. So just what WERE these big important things that will suddenly now be lost due to endorsement of the report. The answer is we loose nothing, because you first have to actually “have” something in order to loose it. And we had nothing! In fact, we actually GAIN something from this report. We gain a long awaited situation where Israel is forced to answer to its long history of war crimes. An open door where for once it is Israel on the hot seat having to explain itself legally to the world, in public, for all to see and hear, Finally!

Press TV this morning had some live coverage of the Goldstone discussion from the UN which I watched intently. This is from their website:

Supporting the recommendations of the report, the UN

High Commissioner for Human Rights, Navi Pillay, said that both Israeli and Palestinian leaders should launch independent investigations of alleged war crimes in Gaza to help rebuild trust and support peace. (note that I believe this will untimately be what Israel decides to do, in order to avoid the ICC or other court procedings in the world. This way they have control over the investigation. It will be another "nothing" investigation where only one or two are mildly "punished") She told the 47-member body that impartial and prompt investigations into reported violations should be conducted. She said that although international law is being violated in the occupied territories, the transgressors were being left unpunished. Israel has also limited access of Palestinians to their properties and holy sites and that Israel must stop excavation work around the Al-Aqsa Mosque as well as other Christian and Islamic holy sites, Pillay cited.

Additionally I was able to watch human rights group, after human rights group asking the members to vote to support International Law and the report. As each one spoke the overall theme was the same, International Law must be upheld, Israel must not be allowed to continue as it has, unchecked and above the Law.

The vote count should carry a majority of members for support of the report today. I note that the US will vote AGAINST the report, and I say again, when will Americans wake up and “get it” that your Government is creating Anti-American sentiment worldwide because you help war criminals pervert the course of Justice. At least Britain’s Gordon Brown will “abstain” from voting for or against today, and this was not easy feat given the Netanyahu has been banging him over the head to vote “against” the report like the US will. Never thought I’d say this, but at least Britain has more balls than America, willing to stand up to “some degree” to Israel by abstaining, whilst America just does what it’s told. I wonder how Americans feel not being in control of their own country and having to do what ever Israel tells you to do all the time. America is a captive Nation, and American foreign Policy is run by Israel. If this continues America will soon become exactly like Israel. Americans will live inside a giant self made prison, like Israel. Simply because the world will hate America so much. This is what Israel wants, they want Americans to be hated as much as they are hated, then America and Israel can be the two pariah countries, when Americans travel they will not be welcomed as they travel the world, and America's claim of “democracy” will be laughed at by the world’s population, except of course Israel, your only friend left. This is America’s future, get ready, its coming.
