WITCHES AND FEAR COME TO ISRAEL

In keeping with tomorrows “Halloween” festivities, Israel has added the word “Witch-hunt” to its long list of adjectives describing the Goldstone Report. Additionally they are parading out the illegal village of Sderot once again in an attempt for sympathy as the “victims.” However, the “spirits” are not moved by the Israeli “Hasbara” regarding the Goldstone reports accusations OR the “Fear Factor.” On Goldstone; Israel forgets that the world actually saw the illegal use of White Phosphorous in heavily packed civilian quarters, whilst Zionist “Spin Man” Mark Regev lied daily on television “Israel Does not Use Illegal Weapons.” And this is the problem for Israel; they’ve been caught lying too many times now. This, coupled with their outrageous inability to be utterly and totally incapable of showing one iota of remorse or culpability for 1400 civilians or even the 400 children they murdered; this has been impressed upon the minds of billions of decent people worldwide. I'm quite certain the Palestians in Gaza would trade their "Agony" for the small amount of "fear" Israel may have, at times. More:

How nice they are provided with lovely protective bomb shelters, whilst the people of Gaza tried to remain safe in their Mosques and Schools which Israel bombed unmercifully and illegally. More hasbara:

Israel wouldn’t recognize “agony” if it bit them in the arse. The people in Sderot are alive and living well, they have not been slaughtered and neither have their homes been destroyed by the large homemade bottle rockets that are once in a while fired.

3. Whenever the Israelis parade out “Sderot,” and they do parade it out every single time a dignitary visits, or when they want to “prove” their never ending wailing “suffering.” I always like to point out a little piece I found long ago on a Zionist blog. In this piece written by Israeli’s they mock the rockets, they collect them for “Garden Art” They do not “fear” them, nor are they “Living in Fear and Agony”

IDF "Child Killing Unit" Speaks Out

Today another former member of the IDF's "Child Killing Unit" speaks out. And again, we see that Israel has a long standing policy of killing children, torturing children, jailing children, and, get this, using "Military Tribunals" to try children aged 16. Witness the sickness of these people:

"You take the kid, you blindfold him, you handcuff him, he's really shaking... Sometimes you cuff his legs too. Sometimes it cuts off the circulation. “

"He doesn't understand a word of what's going on around him. He doesn't know what you're going to do with him. He just knows we are soldiers with guns. That we kill people. Maybe they think we're going to kill him. “

"A lot of the time they're peeing their pants, just sit there peeing their pants, crying. But usually they're very quiet.''

from the BBC: A former Israeli military commander has told the BBC that Palestinian youngsters are routinely ill-treated by Israeli soldiers while in custody, reports the BBC' s Katya Adler from Jerusalem and the West Bank.

Eran Efrati is a former commander in Israel's army. He served in the occupied West Bank. In a discreet park in Jerusalem we meet to discuss allegations that soldiers like him often mistreat Palestinian minors, suspected of throwing stones.

Mr Efrati - who left the army five months ago - says the allegations are true:

''I never arrested anyone younger than nine or 10, but 14, 13, 11 for me, they're still kids. But they're arrested like adults.

"Every soldier who was in the Occupied Territories can tell you the same story. The first months after I left the army I dreamed about kids all the time. Jewish kids. Arab kids. Screaming.

''Maybe [the kid is] blindfolded for him not to see the base and how we're working... But I believe maybe we put the blindfold because we don't want to see his eyes. You don't want him to look at us - you know, beg us to stop, or cry in front of us. It's a lot easier if we don't see his eyes.

''When the kid is sitting there in the base, I didn't do it, but nobody is thinking of him as a kid, you know - if there is someone blindfolded and handcuffed, he's probably done something really bad. It's OK to slap him, it's OK to spit on him, it's OK to kick him sometimes. It doesn't really matter.''

Young Palestinians are mostly arrested for throwing stones at Jewish settlers or Israeli soldiers.

Night-time arrests
At a recent protest, I watched a gang of Palestinian boys darting amongst the olive trees, picking up stones and rocks to throw at the soldiers. Some used sling-shots. Many had a scarf or shawl wrapped round their face to hide their identity. The soldiers responded with tear gas and sound grenades. Sometimes they have used rubber-coated bullets too.

Often after an incident like this, Israeli soldiers raid a West Bank village. Usually in the middle of the night.

The arrests can be brutal. ''Their faces were painted when they came for him. It was frightening. All those soldiers for one boy. They put iron weights on his back in the jeep and beat him all the way to jail. He couldn't get up for a week.''

Mohammad Ballasi's 15-year-old son, also called Mohammad, was arrested by Israeli soldiers for stone-throwing. We met him and his wife just outside an Israeli military base in the West Bank. Palestinian youngsters are tried in military tribunals.

The tribunals regard minors as Palestinians aged 16 or under. In Israel's civil courts minors are young people under the age of 18.

(IMPORTANT NOTE HERE: This is quite stunning, because in actuality, the IDF have a policy of allowing and encouraging, the killing of children aged 12. So what we see, is Israel has a policy of killing 12 year olds, trying children aged 16 and lower in “Military Tribunals” no less!! Yet, for Israeli “children” Israel decides to use the worldwide legal age of 18 for their own. So, in effect Israel has three policies when it comes to Palestinian children. All of them Illegal)

The first time Mohammad's parents saw him since he was arrested two weeks before was at his trial. He pleaded guilty. ''When you're beaten like that, you would confess against your own mother," said Suad Ballasi, choking back tears.

''He's a child. His friends are playing in the street and he is in handcuffs. I couldn't stop crying in court. My heart feels like it's going to explode.'' The human rights organisation Defence for Children International (DCI) has written a report accusing Israel's military of what it describes as the systematic and institutionalised ill-treatment and torture of Palestinian children by the Israeli authorities.

Gerard Horton is an international lawyer for DCI. He said Mohammad's Ballasi's story is a familiar one. ''We see these stories again and again. Israel is a signatory to the UN convention against torture. It's also a signatory to the UN convention on the rights of the child - and under customary international law, it's not permissible to mistreat and torture, particularly children, who are obviously more vulnerable than adults."

He told me that Israel arrested 9,000 Palestinians last year. Seven hundred of those were children. Mr Horton says the military tribunals need to process cases quickly. DCI believes the system is designed so that it is in an adult or a child's interest to plead guilty. Gerard Horton says Palestinians tend to end up in jail longer if they try to fight their case.

Mohammad Khawaja had just turned 13 when he was arrested.

''They dragged me from my home by the scruff of the neck. The more I cried the more they choked me," he said.

"My mum was screaming. They pulled me along on my stomach. My knees were bleeding. They beat me with their guns and kicked me all the way to the jeep.
"They cuffed my hands and legs, blind-folded me and left me there for 24 hours. I thought I was going to die.

"Later interrogators wanted me to tell on other people. I wouldn't. They beat me with plastic chairs. They told me to sign a paper written in Hebrew. I don't read or speak it. Because I signed it they put me in jail.''

Israel's military denies any suggestion that the abuse of young Palestinians is routine, but the army says it has to guard against Palestinian children involved in what it describes as "acts of terror".

''Even though it's just a stone or just a Molotov cocktail, they're deadly weapons. Doesn't matter who did it - they're deadly weapons," she said.

Israel Targets More Children

Much sadness in Israel today as they discover the live ordinances they left in Gaza in the hopes of killing more Palestinian children, has in fact, not killed them. Instead, thanks to Israel, one child, a ten year old is in a specialised eye hospital. Most likely another innocent person blinded by Israeli evilness.

Two Palestinian children were injured on Tuesday evening when ordinance left behind by the Israeli army exploded in Al-Bureij Refugee Camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Palestinian medical sources identified the victims as ten-year-old Khamis Abu Arab and his brother, eight-year-old Muhammad. Khamis, according to the sources, was hospitalized at a specialist eye hospital while Muhammad received treatment for light wounds and was released. source

"Regrettable" ....The Other Choices

Hillary Clinton has called the continued ethnic cleansing in Jerusalem "Regrettable." After reading that lack lustre phrase. I wondered, as one would wonder, what other choices were available. So, I dutifully looked up all the synonyms for the word "Regrettable" such as: afflictive, calamitous, deplorable, dire, disappointing, distressing, dreadful, grievous, heartbreaking, ill-advised, lamentable, pitiable, pitiful, sad, shameful, unfavorable, unhappy, woeful; Given these choices,perhaps the words "Dire, Deplorable, Dreadful, Grievous, or Shameful" would have been a much better description of reality

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton condemned on Monday Israel’s expulsion of two Palestinian families from their homes in East Jerusalem, although later and in softer terms than her European counterparts.

Gaza Genocide Was "Necessary and Proportionate"

As the world watched in shock and horror at the Gaza holocaust, those in Israel's Alternate Universe say the response to the small periodic homemade rockets was "necessary and proportionate". So, using White phosphorus, DIME missiles, unmanned drones and tanks to wipe out hospitals, schools, mosques, 1400 civilians and 400 children, was "necessary and proportionate".

An Israeli government report has said that the Israeli military campaign in Gaza earlier this year was "necessary and proportionate".

According to the United Nations, the Israeli military campaign left more than 50,000 homes, 800 industrial properties and 200 schools damaged or destroyed, as well as 39 mosques and two churches.

The UN Human Rights Council has appointed former South African judge Richard Goldstone to investigate whether war crimes were committed during the conflict.

Israel has declined to co-operate, accusing the UN Human Rights Council of bias against it.

Allegations persist against the Israeli military about killings of unarmed civilians, the use of civilians as human shields and indiscriminate destruction of property. source

Calls For UN Gaza Committee

Three cheers for the Swiss today. Switzerland's UN Ambassador has called for the creation of a Gaza Panel within the UN to focus on the reconstruction and including a passage that would call on Israel to guarantee humanitarian aid and supplies are allowed a speedy entry into Gaza. The plans will be discussed and presented to US Secretary of State Clinton on Friday.

Switzerland's ambassador to the United Nations says the country wants to see the creation of a panel for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.

Peter Maurer told an open meeting of the UN Security Council that the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians had left Gaza in a state of misery.

He called on the UN to establish a mechanism to guarantee the delivery of humanitarian aid, adding that Israel was obligated to provide access.

Maurer reiterated Switzerland's call for Israel to freeze the building of settlements and said the planned destruction of Palestinian homes in East Jerusalem was unwarranted.

The Swiss ambassador also noted that the security concerns of Israel had to be taken into account. Maurer said the Palestinians had to renounce violence and called rocket fire directed at civilians unacceptable under any circumstances.

Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey will discuss Switzerland's proposals for the Middle East with US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Friday, according to the Swiss news agency. link

Shooting Children~A Way Of Life For Israel

Israel "Child Killing Unit" shot a Palestinian teenager in the foot, in order to then take him to a Hospital inside Israel to then "interrogate" him in the way that only "Israel" (And George Bush)is allowed to. Much like War Criminal Bush, torture is allowed in Israel. Israeli forces at the Gaza border shot a Palestinian teenager in his foot and proceeded to detain him, on Sunday evening.

Gaza's Health Ministry told local media that the 15-year-old boy was taken to a hospital inside Israel.

Israeli sources reported that a military patrol discovered the boy approaching the electronic fence that surrounds Gaza. The patrol shot the boy when he refused to stop.

Others sources claim that the boy was wearing a thick jacket, which made the boy look suspicious in the eyes of the soldiers. The boy was searched and no explosives or weapons where found on him.

The boy reportedly admitted that he intended to "infiltrate" into Israel during his interrogation. But he kept insisting that he had no plans to carry out any attacks against Israel.

It remains unknown how trustworthy this testimony is, since it is widely documented by human rights organizations that Israel employs dubious interrogation techniques that could be qualified as torture. Palestinian children have not been exempted from this treatment. link

So there you have it folks, let the “Jew Wars” begin. Now this is important: I have said it before, so I’m saying it again. I prefer that NO foreign country, including Israel, has huge lobby groups that influence American politicians, funnel money to them, and basically buy them. Having said that, American politics being what it is, a big money game, these groups will never disappear. So, I'm rooting for the "sane" people over the "insane" people because it is a place to start inside the "cesspool" of lobby groups of America. In the meantime, it is far better that J-Street has Obama's ear, rather than the Zio-Jihadists. However, If J Street begins to change it's political position, then you can drop your support like a Hot Potato at that time. IDF soldier says of Palestinians in Gaza:

"You feel like an infantile little kid with a magnifying glass looking at ants, burning them."

Reality breaks through into Israel's alternate universe and is once again ignored.

Members of the most "moral" army in the world recently published reports covering how they were encouraged to murder Palestinians for the Mother Land Israel. Although I have no clue why reporters, or anyone else for that matter, bother to even ask any Israeli official for a response as it's always the same. Right on que Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak replied (Can you guess the answer folks?) "Criticism directed at the IDF by one organization or another is inappropriate and is directed at the wrong place."

No fair Barak the Whack, He fooled us by adding this: "and is directed at the wrong place" to the "standard" retort, gosh darn it! Well, in fairness he has a partial point, he is right that it is not just Israel responsible, it is the United States for supplying Israel with weapons of mass destruction which it then used not for defense but rather to collectively punish an entire population. But the blame does not stop there, no it doesn't. The policy of "look the other way" adopted by the majority of influential countries like Britain, Canada, France, Germany and others that has existed for years towards Israel, they are culpable as well for the Gaza Holocaust. Israeli soldiers who served in the invasion of Gaza in January were instructed to “shoot first, ask later,” a policy that led to killings of innocents, according to testimonies released by the organization Breaking the Silence on Wednesday.

The Israeli organization published the interviews with some 30 soldiers in a booklet and on its website.

"Better hit an innocent than hesitate to target an enemy," is how one soldier explained the instructions given soldiers before the ground invasion that began in the second week of the three week offensive.

“The minute we got to our starting line, we simply began to fire at suspect places,” said another.

"In urban warfare, anyone is your enemy. No innocents."

Another soldier offered the following description on the briefings: “At briefings on places I entered, we were told that if we engage at close range, we should know that normally, at night the Arab is asleep in his bed and has no business outdoors at this time, so we should really be careful.”

(So Arabs are not into the "Night Life" what a racist statement. There are hundreds of legitimate reasons for an Arab to be outside after dark, how moronic. According to that "logic" if America was invaded and you ran out of milk after dark, then you dared to nip to your local 7-11 shop YOU ARE A TERRORIST. “We weren't told outright to shoot anything we saw moving but that was the implication,” the soldier testified, “I asked, ‘What if I see a girl outside?’ She has no business being outside. "So what do I do?" Check if she's armed – then shoot her.”

Another soldier described carrying out the same policy, shooting an elderly woman for no other reason than that she was outside of her house in an area controlled by the army.

Some soldiers descriptions went even further, describing the dehumanization of the Palestinians: "You feel like an infantile little kid with a magnifying glass looking at ants, burning them."

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Health, more than 1,500 Palestinians were killed by the Israeli onslaught, the vast majority of them civilians. Israel maintains that only 1,166 and only 295 dead were civilians. Israel however counted policemen as combatants although they are classified as noncombatants under international law.

Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak responded to the Breaking the Silence document on Wednesday saying, "Criticism directed at the IDF by one organization or another is inappropriate and is directed at the wrong place. The IDF is one of the most ethical armies in the world and acts in accordance with the highest moral code." source

GUILTY~Israel Found Guilty of Misleading

Looks like the Israeli "Hasbara" spin machine, spun a little out of control in it's recent add campaign in London, England. I wrote about it here when it happened. The Zionist add campaign for Israel consisted of posters inviting the British people of London to leave their cold rainy country to come and visit sunny happy racist Israel. In their zeal, the Zionist Add Agency went a bit too far with the "spin" and published huge posters they covered the London Underground with. These posters consisted of maps of Israel, showing the whole of Israel as including all of Palestine, Oooopsie!! The posters, on the London Underground, sparked hundreds of complaints from pro-Palestinian groups and members of the public.

The Advertising Standards Authority said a map labelled Israel implied the occupied territories were in Israel.

Israel's ministry of tourism said no political message was intended. (Yeah, right mate) It added that its aim was to give tourists an idea of the areas in and around Israel.(What he really means is the future map of Israel if the Zionists get their way)

The ASA said: "We understood that the borders and status of the occupied territories of the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and Golan Heights were the subject of much international dispute, and because we considered that the ad implied that those territories were part of the State of Israel, we concluded that the ad was misleading."

They said the advert must not appear again in the same form.

Britain has cancelled the planned sale of some military components to Israel following an export review prompted by the December-January war in the Gaza Strip, an Israeli official said on Monday.

Asked why Hoffman had been banned from attending the meeting, Hilary said: "War on Want welcomes all members of the public to our events. Mr. Hoffman alone has been told he will not be welcome on Thursday because he is known for causing serious disturbances at public events on this issue." more

No Longer in Exile: Overhaul of Diaspora Museum Reflects a New Zionist Narrative

It has long epitomized the Jewish state’s superiority complex toward Jews who live abroad. Tel Aviv’s Museum of the Jewish Diaspora was theoretically about the Jews living dispersed around the globe, but its narrative had them all ending up in Israel.

One of the main things that will be changed in the new museum is the old-fashioned Zionist narrative, which expected the Diaspora to disappear as Jews immigrated to Israel. Planeload of olim lands in Israel

JERUSALEM (JTA) -- A planeload of North American immigrants to Israel landed near Tel Aviv.

Some 232 olim from North America landed Tuesday at Ben Gurion International Airport on a joint Nefesh b'Nefesh and Jewish Agency charter flight. It is the first of several such charter flights that are expected to arrive this summer.

AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL holds that Israel’s offensive on Gaza, launched without warning on December 27th last year, breached the laws of war. When ceasefires were imposed on January 18th, Amnesty says in a 117-page report published today, the “first comprehensive report” on the conflict, 1,400 Palestinians, most of them civilians, had been killed, including 300 children.

Palestinians also violated international law by firing rockets indiscriminately into southern Israel killing three civilians and forcing many to flee the area.

The report, released in Jerusalem, argues that “Much of the destruction [in Gaza] was wanton and resulted from direct attacks on civilian objects, as well as indiscriminate attacks that failed to distinguish between legitimate military targets and civilian objects” in violation of international law.

“Hundreds of civilians were killed in attacks carried out using high-precision weapons. Others, including women and children, were shot at short range when posing no threat to the lives of Israeli soldiers.”

Amnesty questions the misuse of high-precision weapons to kill children playing on rooftops or people sleeping their homes. Israel not only fired imprecise incendiary white phosphorus shells over and into densely populated residential areas, killing and wounding civilians and destroying property, but also, asserts Amnesty, denied that this substance was being used, delaying appropriate medical treatment for the injured. “Artillery in general and white phosphorus shells in particular should never be used in populated areas” and their use is unlawful, the report says. Amnesty says Israeli troops used Palestinians as “human shields” to provide protection while they occupied or searched buildings.

“The scale and intensity of the attacks were unprecedented, even in the context of increasingly lethal Israeli military campaigns in Gaza in previous years,” the report says. More people were killed and more damage was inflicted than in any earlier Israeli offensive.

Amnesty criticises Israel for failing to “establish any independent or impartial investigation into the conduct of their forces” and for refusing to co-operate with independent fact-finding missions. The organisation contrasts the Israeli attitude with that of Hamas, which rules Gaza and freely permits human rights organisations to conduct investigations into Israeli and Palestinian abuses.Irish Times

THE UN held an unprecedented public hearing in Gaza yesterday to broadcast live witness accounts from Palestinians who described seeing their relatives being killed and injured during Israel’s January war.

One after another, they detailed Israeli rocket strikes and artillery shelling near a mosque, a UN school and on several homes across Gaza during the three-week war. The two-day hearing is part of an inquiry by the UN human rights council into the war and is led by respected South African judge Richard Goldstone.

Israel has refused entry for the inquiry team, accusing the UN council of an anti-Israel bias even though Goldstone himself is Jewish. But another round of hearings will be held in Geneva next week, for which some Israeli witnesses are expected to be flown in. They may include residents of Sderot, near Gaza, which has suffered repeated Palestinian rocket attacks.

The inquiry is about WAR CRIMES in Gaza, inflicted by the 4th largest army in the world, using DIME missiles, White Phosphorous and human shields and collective punishment. “The purpose of the public hearings in Gaza and Geneva is to show the faces and broadcast the voices of victims – all of the victims,” Goldstone said last week. He had sat on South Africa’s constitutional court after the fall of apartheid and was a chief prosecutor on the UN criminal tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda.

Yesterday’s public hearing was the first in a UN fact-finding mission, though there is little chance it will lead to prosecutions. Up to 1,400 Palestinians and 13 Israelis were killed during the war.

Mousa Silawi (91) described an explosion at the entrance to a mosque in the Jabaliya refugee camp late on January 3rd, which killed 17 people, including three of his sons and two grandchildren.

“After evening prayer a huge shell hit the mosque,” he said. “It was absolutely incredible. We starting screaming and calling for God.” Silawi, who is blind, was led away to safety and was then told that his sons had died. “Where is law? Where is justice? I have lived 91 years. I have seen everything, but nothing of this sort. It was such a catastrophe,” he said.

His son, Moteeh, the mosque’s sheikh, said there had been no warning before the missile struck. “People came to the mosque for safety and we saw bloodshed,” he said.

“I was leading my father out when my own foot stepped on the head of a small child. I saw people carrying decapitated heads and parts of bodies. I cannot describe what I saw . . . What crime did the children commit?”

In another case, Ziad al-Deeb, a university student, described how an Israeli shell struck in the courtyard of his family home in Jabaliya on January 6th. The blast killed 11 of his relatives and removed both his legs. First he heard an explosion just outside the wall of the house, and moments later a second shell landed in their yard.

“In a single instant we had all of our joys replaced with blood,” he said. “There was a severe whistling in my ears and a pillar of smoke and dust, and that obliterated what happened. When I looked up I found I had lost both my legs. I was sprawled over the body of my own brother. I looked for my father and others, and I found them motionless. Most of them were dead.”

He lost his father, grandfather, two brothers and a sister in the blast, which was one of several mortar shells that fell in quick succession that afternoon near a UN prep school being used as a shelter for those fleeing the fighting. Between 30 and 40Palestinians were killed near the school.

An earlier UN inquiry has already found Israel responsible for the shelling.

After hearing his evidence, Goldstone said: “We extend our deep condolences to you and your family for your terrible loss and it makes your coming here all the more painful for you.”

A Jewish organization distributed Wednesday leaflets on Palestinians in east Jerusalem calling on them to leave the city, and offering them "financial aid".

The group had quotations from the Holy Quran and the Torah and claimed that those quotations prove that the "land of Israel is for the Jews; and that followers of other faiths should leave this land to them".

The leaflets also quoted the "book of prophets"; a and stated that the "Jewish people were expelled out of their homeland for 2000 years, and now after they have returned, as promised, the time has come for the people of Israel to implement the orders of God".

"We ask you to leave the land of Israel, we don't hate you, we don&do not want to fight you just because you a Muslims, we ask you to leave according to God".
