IDF document: "Separating Gaza from West Bank”

This is a MUST read:

source An IDF Powerpoint slideshow, presented before the Turkel committee for the investigation of the Israeli raid on the Gaza-bound flotilla, reveals the official goals of the Israeli policy regarding the Gaza strip.

The slideshow, prepared by The Administration for the Coordination of Government Policy in the Territories – the IDF body in charge of carrying out Israeli government policies regarding the civilian population in the West Bank and Gaza – deals with the humanitarian conditions in the strip; with food, water, fuel and electricity supply and with the condition of medical facilities in Gaza.

download the IDF slideshow [Hebrew] here

The first set of slides details the background for the current activities of The Administration for the Coordination of Government Policy in the Territories. Slide number 15 details the principles of Israeli policy:
Responding to the humanitarian needs of the population.
- Upholding civilian and economic limitations on the [Gaza] strip.
- Separating [or differentiating, בידול] Judea and Samaria [i.e. West Bank] from Gaza – a security and diplomatic objective.
- Preserving the Quartet’s conditions on Hamas (Hamas as a terrorist entity).
Slide 20 deals with freedom of movement from and to the Gaza strip. Policy objectives are:
- Limiting people from entering or exiting the strip, in accordance with the government’s decision.
- Separating [differentiating] Judea and Samaria from Gaza.
- Dealing with humanitarian needs.
- Preserving the activity of humanitarian organizations in the strip.
- Keeping a coordinating mechanism with the Palestinian Authority.
The Israeli policy regarding Gaza could be seen as violation of official and unofficial principles of previous agreements and negotiations with the Palestinians and other parties. Gaza and the West Bank were regarded as “one entity” – though not officially declared as such – already in the 1978 peace agreement between Israel and Egypt. The Oslo Declaration of Principles, signed in September 1993 and still an abiding document, specifically states that:
The two sides view the West Bank and the Gaza Strip as a single territorial unit, whose integrity will be preserved during the interim period.
This declaration was ratified in following agreements from 1994 and 1995.

The recent IDF slideshow is the first time an Israeli official document publicly declares that the current policy objective is to create two separate political entities in the Palestinian territories.

Nirit Ben-Ari, spokeswoman for Gisha, an Israeli NGO dealing with the freedom of movement, export and import to and from the Palestinian territories, said that “while in Washington a Palestinian state is being negotiated and people are already discussing ‘a train line between Gaza and Ramallah‘, in reality Israel is working to separate Gaza from the West bank even further than the separation already caused by the split in the Palestinian leadership.

“This policy is aimed against civilian population and against people who have nothing to do with Israel’s security concerns. It hurts family ties, and harms any future possibility to develop commerce, education and economical life in the Palestinian society. Those policies should raise concerns regarding the intentions of the Israeli government in Gaza.”

Other slides in the IDF slideshow deals with the ways the IDF gather information on the humanitarian situation in the strip (mainly through NGO’s and media reports), how food and fuel supply is evaluated, and how the needs of the local population are calculated. According to the IDF assumptions, there are 1,600,000 people living in Gaza. The army does not occupy itself with the distribution of supply, so there is no way of knowing if the population’s needs are actually met – only that according to the IDF, enough food and water is entering Gaza.

The slideshow doesn’t deal with the export of goods from the strip, nor does it explains the mechanism that is used to determine which civilian goods could be brought in.

Slide 50 details the goods found on the Gaza-bound flotilla: medical supply, toys, school gear, construction materials and powered wheelchairs.

ISRAEL SAYS ARM THOSE CHILDREN

I think they already are from the look of this photo:

Jewish National Fund says you should "Arm your children"
Preparing a new generation of liars, I mean propaganda spreaders:
link Now, arm them in a different way. It’s been proven that the most effective tool in raising children who care about Israel is to send them to Israel
Shall I finish that sentance? Send them to Israel to be inducted into the evil collective, and to join the IDF to murder Palestinian civilians. More, this time it's about censorship and propaganda:
Join JNF Moms for Israel. Arm our children, your children, with the knowledge necessary to advocate (spread lies and propaganda, cry Anti-Semtism and censor) for Israel on college campuses across the U.S.

JNF’s Moms for Israel campaign is arming our children. It is bringing pro-Israel advocacy programs to high school juniors and seniors to prepare them for what lies ahead.
And here is what they want to target:
Imagine this. A prestigious university in the United States with deep roots in the American Jewish community invites Israel’s Ambassador to the U.S. Michael Oren to deliver its annual commencement address. But instead of pride, he is met with protest.
Imagine this. At campuses all over the country, protests and rallies are held against Israel during something called Israel Apartheid Week.

Imagine this. A pro-Israel speaker at a respected university was shouted down and heckled
And to the above I say THIS:

ISRAEL AFTER MORE LAND, AND THEY WANT HELP

Anyone with any doubt about Israel trying to steal all the land need look no further than this example I am posting about today. Israel does not want peace, they want to own 99.9% of Palestine, they want to fill it with so many Jews that there will be "no room at the inn" for ANY Palestinians, including the ones who already live there. At the moment they are spread just a bit too thin, what with all those squatter settlers all over Palestine trying to hold onto their stolen lands, it's just not enough, Israel needs help. So, their little Zionist brains come up with a plan to "entice" Jews who have left Israel, to hurry up and come "home." Yeah, spread that Zionist population right out, right over the remaining bits of Palestine, quick, hurry up, we need to get all we can before we might be forced into some Zionist restraining peace process and two state solution.

Note the comment below, by the "head of the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption" Scary sounding title, like an Alien entity, standing by to re-educate and program you upon arrival.
"Israel has and always will be the home for every Jew, and certainly for every Israeli," said Sofa Landver, the head of the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption. "Bringing Israelis home is an important Zionist task.
Always the home of the Jews? Seriously, see how easily they can lie? It's like 2nd nature, a character trait. So here's' the plan:
linkA new plan to encourage the return of some 15,000 Israeli expatriates from abroad received government approval on Sunday.

The plan, formulated by the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Immigrant Absorption, consists of a marketing campaign aimed at expatriate Israelis as well as a package of tax, education and health insurance benefits for Israelis who have lived abroad for five or more years to return to Israel.

According to the Central Bureau of Statistics, around 750,000 Israelis currently live overseas, with around 60 percent in North America and 25 percent in Europe.

The ministry estimates that the new plan approved on Sunday will bring back 15,000 more Israeli expatriates.

The government will also provide a 30 million shekel budget for small business initiatives of returning citizens.
Now, I think many of that 60% living in America might just want to stay there, rather than live in some illegal prison called "Israel" all walled up because everyone around you despises you, where the entire world sees you as a pariah and threat to world peace, where you have to resort to jailing and censoring your scientists rather then telling the truth about your nukes, where there is a worldwide boycott against you, where your government and army are continually accused of war crimes against humanity, where you live in a state with "only" your kind, all just like you, except, of course, for those you see as lower life form slave laborers that you allow in to pick your fruit and shine your shoes.

PA CONTROL WEST BANK, IN YUR DREAMS

When will the Palestinian people demand an end to Abbas' activities, working with, and collaborating with Israel on Palestinian soil. And let us not forget this is the "man" who will "negotiate" with Israel for some "deal" for the Palestinian people, sure.....
RAMALLAH, West Bank: Israel has exposed the extent of its crackdown on resistance in an affidavit submitted to the Supreme Court on April 29, claiming that the Shin Bet intelligence agency has been conducting surveillance on ISM activist and Australian citizen Bridget Chappell in Area A of the West Bank.

The affidavit claims that her arrest and continuing surveillance of her movements is justified on account of various Israeli military orders, highlighting its overall authority in its implementation of apartheid in the Occupied Territories and its total disregard for the sovereignty of the Palestinian Authority and the Oslo Accords.

“My arrest from Ramallah in February and the Shin Bet’s new claim that I am under surveillance in Area A of the West Bank serves to further abolish the myth of Palestinian control in the West Bank,” says Chappell. “It’s clear that Israel is the authority in the Territories and that this is apartheid. more here

11th COMMANDMENT AND FLYING MONKEYS

And there you were thinking there were only 10 commandments? wrong-o!

Israel has added an 11th one. "Thou shalt not allow children to learn about Palestinians in the classroom" Or else you will be dealt with accordingly. Which brings me to the flying monkeys mentioned in my title, keep reading, we'll get there I promise:

Remember that scene in the "Wizard of Oz" when the wicked witch says to Dorothy "I'll get you and that little dog too" and then dispatches the flying monkeys? Well that's what awaits any school who dares to allow anything about the poor Palestinians to enter into the classroom. Much like Israel's apartheid state, they are transferring that same "apartheid" to classrooms worldwide. Don't you know silly person, the classroom is an "Anne Frank" only zone, no Palestinians allowed!! So anyone who disobeys the 11th commandment, Israel (AKA the wicked witch) will scramble it's flying squadron of monkeys to remove the offending Palestinian books from the classrooms. Apartheid in the classroom anyone?

Anne Laurel Carter’s book The Shepherd’s Granddaughter, about a Palestinian farmgirl named Amani, is under review by Toronto’s public school board after complaints it is “anti-Israel.” (Alert!! 11TH COMMANDMENT BROKEN quick send in the flying monkeys!!)

Carter spoke to the Star’s education reporter Kristin Rushowy about the controversy. What follows is an edited transcript. Read the rest here.

FOLLOWING UP

Yesterday I wrote a post where I asked the question:Could it be that “some” of the Zionists are now realising that the end of the so called “Jewish” state is neigh unless something is done soon? you should read it here if you are interested in the political aspect of beginning a peace process.

However, today more revalations:
link Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak admits that the world will not tolerate the continuation of the regime's rule over the Palestinian nation. "The world isn't willing to accept — and we won't change that in 2010 — the expectation that Israel will rule another people for decades more," Barak told Israeli Radio.

"It's something that doesn't exist anywhere else in the world," he added.
Give that man a prize!

CONFESSION=ISRAELIS DISLIKE OBAMA BECAUSE HE IS BLACK

This is the problem with racist people. They don't just hold those racist attitudes towards only one group of dark skinned people, or people from different cultures. Racism stems from a dislike of anyone different. I'm not a big Obama fan, he has yet to do anything worth supporting him for, he's not kept his promise about "change" or anything else really. And where Palestine is concerned, the US is still on the ground in the West Bank, US General Dayton is still training Palestinians to kill or jail other Palestinians and to work with Israel, No change there sadly.

Still, I do stand up for the right of a Black man to hold the office of President. I only wish it was a Black man who had the nerve to follow though on his promises. America may be on the road to equality for electing him, but not America's BFF Israel, they are light years behind equality and still wallowing in racism. Direct from the horses mouth, Er, make that the Zionists mouth:
link The pro-Israel website Jewish Internet Defense Force (JIDF) and the Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (CAMERA) are combatting the virulently anti-Israel views that they revealed are held by staff members of the New Israel Fund and the New York Times.

CAMERA drew attention to an interview given by Eitan (Ethan) Bronner, the New York Times's bureau chief in Jerusalem. In an interview with the American television station MSNBC, Bronner suggested that Israelis dislike United States President Barack Obama because Obama is black.

Bronner told interviewer Chris Matthews that Israelis prefer other senior US officials, such as Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, to Obama. According to Bronner, one reason for this is that “there is some level of prejudice about the fact that [Obama] had some Islamic background through his father.”

Obama's policy of putting distance between the US and Israel in order to draw closer to the Muslim world is another factor in Israelis' dislike of the president, Bronner said.

A third factor is “some degree of racism, to be perfectly honest,” he added
Ooooops, cat of the bag now.........

50 KILLERS GET REWARDED

Welcome to Bizarro World, Obama gets the Nobel Peace Prize for doing nothing, then Israel gives awards for murdering people:
link 50 IDF Officers Awarded for Excellence. Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi handed out the honors in a festive ceremony held in Glilot that has become an IDF tradition

The following officers received awards. Some officers' full names cannot be made public due to the sensitive nature of their service(me thinks it is because they might be charged with war crimes, the list is growing you know):

IN ISRAEL A DOG OR CAT IS WORTH MORE THAN A PALESTINIAN LIFE

How many times have I started a post by saying this sentence: "Israel never ceases to amaze me?" But it's just SO true. The lengths and breadth Zionists will go to in order to give the "appearance" of being humane, or human............. Is truly deserving of a Hollywood Oscar.

So we all saw the "hasbara" operation in Haiti, Israel to the rescue, look how nice we are, helping the poor dark skinned people in Haiti, whilst murdering, de-homing and ethnically cleansing the dark skinned people in Jerusalem and Palestine.

But now the Zionists have moved on, to yet another "hasbara moment" this time it's about animal welfare. Yup, Israel is to become the first "fur free" country, because they love furry little animals and all mankind. And, as added benefit, according to Zionists, this will show the world how nice they are:
link The campaign began when an Israeli news station reported that much of the “fake” fur being imported from China was, in fact, made from the pelts of cats and dogs. Since then it has mushroomed into an effort to make Israel the first fur-free state. Mr Rotbart added that the move would give the country much-needed positive publicity, after a year in which it was criticised in a UN report for alleged war crimes.
And here it comes, the big "hasbara" moment:
“We’d have something more humane to show the world,” he said.
How insane is that? Because in fact, Israel has done the exact opposite. Instead of people viewing them as "wonderful humane" people. They will be seen for what they are. Opportunistic Zionists, continually looking for any worthy cause to "use" in a vain attempt to rehabilitate their rotten image in the world. Instead of viewing these actions as "positive publicity" people will instead wonder why they make a fuss about the fur of animals whilst they have no morals about killing or ethnically cleansing their fellow human beings.

Moral of the story is that in Israel, one dog or cat is worth more than all the dead or homeless Palestinians....................

GOT APARTHEID?

From the Palestine Note:
Unlike the Palestinians in West Bank and Gaza, the situation of the non-Jewish minority in Israel is not receiving enough of the world's attention, so in a sense it's even more important to follow it closely.

About a week ago, Sikkuy, The Association for the Advancement of Civic Equality in Israel, published its annual report. The report is an Index measuring the socioeconomic gap between Arab and Jews in Israel

In short, the situation is not good - and it's getting worse. Out of the five elements the 2008 Sikkuy report checks, in four - housing, health services, welfare services and employment - the gap between Arab and Jews has widened. In education there has been a slight improvement, but it was more due to a decline in the Jews' achievements.

The socioeconomic gap is not the result of a lack of effort on behalf of the Arab population, like some people like to think, but of government policy, dating back decades

More Arabs go to university than ever - but they can't find jobs, neither in the private sector nor in state agencies (the number of Arabs employed by the state is much lower than their proportion in the population). Arab unemployment is much higher than the Jewish rate, especially unemployment among university graduates. And these figures are just the tip of the iceberg.

The 2008 Sikkuy index will soon be uploaded to the association's English site. The reports from 2006 and 2007 can be found there as well. It should be noted that preliminary data from 2009 is even worse. It shows, among other disturbing figures, an unusually sharp drop in the number of Arabs entitled for a high school diploma. LINK
