Well, well, Israel is picking a fight with Europe. Why? Because the EU will be voting on declaring East Jerusalem the capital of Palestine, which, it is. Ban Ki Moon of the United Nations says so:

And even the Americans are “asking” Israel to stop building illegal settlements in occupied East Jerusalem. Asking nicely is all Obama can do, because they dare not piss off the Israeli Lobby by saying more. Still, even the Americans surely know that East Jerusalem is not up for grabs by Zionists and that Palestinians will never agree to such a deal.

Whilst this may not pass within the EU, people still should not be disheartened, here’s why; Each one of these attempts to hold Israel accountable are very important, be it this one, or the many attempts to arrest and convict Zionist War Criminals and yes, even the Goldstone Report helps. You see, even if we loose out on them right now, with each attempt, Israel is once again “in the news” and NOT in a good way. They have to come out and fight each one, displaying strong arm tactics for the entire world to see. And this gives the world a perfect glimpse into how Israel operates, which in turn only further infuriates people who want to see Israel treated like any other country, in other words, “not special and above the law” So, back to today’s report about the Zionist Militia coming after Europe:

The European Union's foreign ministers are scheduled to convene in Brussels later Monday, ahead of the EU meet scheduled to take place in the city on December 10. The agenda for the second day of the conference is said to include the Balkans, the Middle East peace process and Iran.

As part of the discussion about the Middle East, Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt is expected to put forward a pro-Palestinian motion which includes an article declaring east Jerusalem the capital of the future Palestinian state.

Sweden's new stance has enraged Israel: The Foreign Ministry launched extensive diplomatic efforts to counter the move, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman have discussed the matter with their colleagues.

Shall I translate the above paragraph for you, sift through the hasbara? What this means is that they will begin calling on to the carpet every single EU member that they can arm twist in any way shape or form. Be it with-holding international contracts, schemes, money, support, donations, you name it. Anything Israel has in the pipes that can be withheld and used as a battering rod over the heads of certain countries and members. This is how they work, blackmail, like the mafia. WHAT RUNS AMERICA?

With a Sheleighly under mi arm and a Too ra Loo ra Li, this is a definite MUST READ, Op Ed by Chris Floyd of OpEd News. Brilliantly written, it spells out what America has become, what runs it and what it is “all about” today.

Our Western society quite openly embraces war as a means of solving problems, and for quite some time now has fashioned its entire social and economic structure around the preparation for war.

This is the system we have. It's right out in the open. There is a deep-rooted expectation – and not, alas, just among the elite -- that the world should jump to America's tune, by force if necessary. And when, for whatever reason, some part of the world does not jump – or bump and grind – to the Potomac beat, then it becomes a “problem” that must be “solved,” by one means or another, with, of course, “all options on the table,” all the time. And whether these “problems” are approached with blunt, bullying talk or a degree of cajolery and pious rhetoric, the chosen stance is always backed up with the ever-present threat of military action, up to and including the last of those “options” that always decorate the table: utter annihilation.

This is not even questioned, must less debated or challenged. America's right to intervene in the affairs other nations by violent force (along with a constant series of illegal covert activities) – and to impose an empire of military plantations across the length and breadth of the entire planet – is the basic assumption, the underlying principle, the fervently held faith shared by both national parties, and the entire elite Establishment. And if you want to have the necessary instruments to maintain such a state of hegemony, then you must indeed structure your society and economy around war.

Many nations – all vanished now – have done this. The Roman Empire was one. Nazi Germany was another. At great cost to the economic, social and political life of ordinary Germans, Adolf Hitler geared the state to produce the war machine necessary to assert the dominance in world affairs which he felt was Germany's natural right. One of his chief aims was to procure enough “living space” and natural resources in Eastern Europe to compete with America's growing economic might. The Holocaust of European Jews was, for all its horror, just a preliminary to the greater “ethnic cleansing” to come.

Today, we all recognize the inhuman madness behind this hegemonic ambition. We shake our heads and say, “Whatever evils we may be accused of, we have never and would never do such a thing.” Perhaps. But leaving aside for a moment the millions – millions – of African slaves and Native Americans who died in order to procure the living space and natural resources of North and South America for European peoples, it is clear that most Americans – the elite above all – can easily countenance the deaths of, say, more than one million innocent Iraqis, or upwards of three million Southeast Asians, without any disturbance in their sense of national righteousness, their bedrock belief that the United States has the natural right, even the duty, to assert its hegemony over world affairs.

And even today, the constantly asserted vow to keep the nuclear option "on the table" at all times means that every single action or policy toward a "problem" nation carries with it the explicit threat to kill millions of people – to outdo the Holocaust in a matter of minutes.

Can one really look at such plans and attitudes, and at the towering, Everest-like mountain of corpses produced by American polices – just in the last generation – and say that there is not also a form of inhuman madness behind this hegemonic ambition as well? Is this really a system that one can be associated with honorably in any way? What should we think about a person who wants to lead such a system, who wants to take hold of the driving wheel of the war machine, to use it, to expand it, to accept all of its premises, to keep all of its horrific "options" forever on the table, to feed it and gorge it and coddle it and appease it at every turn, while millions of their own people sink further into degradation and diminishment? HOW ISRAEL GETS AWAY WITH MURDER

When Lord Derby asked Sir Lewis Namier, the great historian of Georgian England, why he, as a Jew, didn't write Jewish history, Namier replied: "There is no modern Jewish history, only a Jewish martyrology, and that is not amusing enough for me." It might be said that the underlying purpose of the Zionist project – which Namier passionately supported – was to reject Jewish martyrology, and to turn the Jews from passive victims to active makers of their destiny.

That has been accomplished to a fault, many would say as they watch the news from Gaza, where one image after another has caused deep revulsion. But then that rejection of martyrdom and victimhood may also explain what has puzzled as well as dismayed onlookers – the fact that Israel seems to be quite oblivious to international opinion.

In Muslim countries there is, of course, intense hostility to Israel, which, in return, has long since followed the Latin principle oderint dum metuant towards her neighbours: Let them hate us, so long as they fear us. Since there's no point in even trying to win their hearts and minds, they should be taught to respect brute force, a precept which, it should be admitted, has enjoyed considerable practical success.

The West is different, and European sentiment can be changed by events, as indeed it has been. Israel and Zionism were once very popular causes in Europe, not least on the liberal left, until the 1967 Six Day War and after. Since then, European sympathy has steadily ebbed away as Israel attacked Lebanon in 1982, and again in 2006, with the suppression of the intifadas between. And yet Israel shrugs off all strictures and rebukes. No criticism from relief agencies or the Red Cross makes any difference.

Even more strikingly, Israel has ignored the Security Council resolution calling for a ceasefire. One reason for this is that the only Western country that really counts is the United States, and Israel has for many years been able to rely on unconditional American support. Having threated to veto previous draft resolutions, the US took part in drafting the security council resolution calling for a ceasefire, and was evidently going to vote for it.

Then late on Thursday the American representative shocked other council members by abstaining. This volte face came on direct orders from the White House, after president Bush had spoken to Ehud Olmert, the Israeli prime minister, and the Israelis have taken abstention as permission to continue their action. "Israel is not going to show restraint," Tzipi Livni, the Israeli Foreign Minister, told The Washington Post yesterday, understandably enough in the circumstances.

Although Israel is sometimes described as an American client state, which receives huge financial subsidy from Washington, she is unique as a client state: she can do exactly as she likes in the knowledge that she will never be seriously restrained by her sponsor. Even when the White House is privately irritated by Israeli actions, Congress is absolutely reliable, never knowingly outbid in its unswerving loyalty. During the bombardment of Lebanon in the summer of 2006, the House of Representatives passed a resolution of total solidarity with Israel by 410 votes to eight, and the Senate has just passed another on a hand vote, not even bothering to take a formal tally.

Anyone who thought that there would be a change of heart and direction after the last American election hasn't been concentrating. The Senate in question is the newly elected, strongly Democratic one, which has just met for the first time. During the presidential campaign Barack Obama went out of his way to endorse Israel. He has appointed in the form of Hillary Clinton perhaps the strongest supporter of Israel ever to serve as Secretary of State, not excluding Henry Kissinger, a Jewish refugee from Hitler, though even she is surpassed in her commitment by Rahm Emanuel, Obama's chief of staff.

But there is more to it, and Israeli intransigence or indifference to outside opinion goes back before the birth of the state. As it happens, Emanuel has something in common with Ehud Olmert and Tzipi Livni: their fathers all served in the Irgun. This was the intransigent Zionist militia – described as terrorists by Isaiah Berlin among others, and as fascists by Albert Einstein among others – which waged a campaign of violence against the British, and the Palestinian Arabs, in the last years of the British Mandate in 1946-48. Its exploits included the bombing of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, with great loss of life, the hanging of two captured British sergeants in reprisal, and the massacre of villagers at Deir Yassin.
Behind that brutality lay something else. Men take revenge for small wrongs, Machiavelli said, unable to avenge the larger, and the Irgun was avenging an incomparably and unimaginably greater crime just suffered by the European Jews. The Jews had tried to be nice to the goyim, Zionism said in effect, and see where it had got them. A Jewish state would now be created and guarded with all necessary force, indifferent to what the outside world thought. If need be, Israel will borrow the old chant of the Millwall fans, "No one likes us, we don't care"– and no more Jewish martyrology.

Not that Namier was the only Zionist to use "Jewish" in a derisive sense. When someone mentioned Trotsky's phrase "No war, no peace", David Ben-Gurion said that it was "some stupid Jewish idea", and there is a well-known Israeli story about Moshe Dayan, the military hero of the Six Day War. When he taught at the Israeli staff college, Dayan used to expound a problem, ending with the words, "And I want no Jewish solutions here."

He meant that, on the sand table or the field, he expected his battles to be won by dash and ferocity, rather than than by the traditional Jewish virtues of subtlety and patience. Zionist toughness has worked for a long time, but it could be that Israel will one day discover that there's something to be said for Jewish solutions.

MORE TROUBLE FOR PALESTINIANS IN EAST JERUSALEM

Uh boy, more trouble for the poor Palestinians. It seems the Zionist so called “police force” have been on a wee trip to the North of Ireland. Why? Well, they came to learn from the masters of murder, torture, oppression and collusion. They have come to “learn PSNI methods” note; the PSNI is the “new” name given to the same old RUC. In essence, lipstick has been put upon the pig, to dress it up and make it presentable, but it’s still a pig.

Link A DELEGATION of nine senior Israeli police officers has just completed a short period in Northern Ireland studying how the PSNI deals with community tensions. Maj Gen Amichai Shai, head of the Israeli police’s human resources department, and who previously worked at operational level throughout Israel, said the visit was very useful, particularly in devising ideas and strategies on how to engage with minority communities.

He said Israeli police were trying to devise better strategies for dealing with minorities such as Palestinians living in Israel and also with groups such as Bedouins, Druze, Christian and fundamentalist Jews.

So what tactics will they learn from the RUC? What policing methods will they take back to deploy against the “ethnic minorities” in Israel and occupied East Jerusalem? A large part of some of the most horrific atrocities that took place here were at the hands, or the behest or help of the RUC. The “so called” police force, which, was actually an armed Protestant militia operating with impunity against the Irish and Catholics.

What will the Zionist police learn from the RUC? Plenty…..Their specialty consisted of Murders, collusion with Loyalist paramilitary gangs, raids at all hours, terrorizing, threats, and terrorist death squads. There was no rule of law what so ever, not even our Civil Rights lawyers were safe, Civil Rights Lawyer Rosemary Nelson wiped out in a car bomb. This after reporting she had received death threats from the RUC and Loyalists, these were reported before the United Nations and the United States Congress, to no avail.

wiki In 1998, the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Lawyers, Param Curamaswamy, noted these threats in his annual report, and stated in a television interview that he believed her life could be in danger. He made recommendations to the British government concerning threats from police against lawyers, which were not acted upon. Later that year, Nelson testified before a committee of the United States Congress investigating human rights in Northern Ireland, confirming that death threats had been made against her and her three children.[1] Nelson was killed, at the age of 40, by a car bomb outside her home in Lurgan, County Armagh, in 1999.

Then we have another Civil Rights lawyer. Pat Finucane murdered whilst eating dinner with his family and children in his own home.

But it was not only the collusion and hands on murder or assisted loyalist murders they were guilty of. Often the murders were merely ones that took place on mere happenstance whlst the RUC stood idly by both watching and allowing the murders to take place. And afterwards tipping off the murders and helping them avoid capture and arrest. After all, they must stick together to continue their murdering and ethnic cleansing of Irish Catholics from Protestant areas:

wiki Robert Hamill was attacked by a group of Loyalists while walking home from St. Patricks' dance hall with friends in the early morning of 27 April 1997.[1][2] After walking along Market Street from the dance hall, they came to the intersection of Market and Thomas Streets in Portadown, where they were attacked.[1][2] Robert and Gregorvy Girvan were kicked by the crowd while their attackers shouted abuse at them and Robert Hamill was knocked unconscious almost immediately.[2] Gregory's wife Johanne and his sister Siobhan Garvin called for help from four RUC officers sitting in a Land Rover about twenty feet away from the attack, but they didn't intervene to stop the attack.[2] The assault lasted about ten minutes, leaving both men unconscious.[1] Just before the ambulance arrived, one of the RUC men got out of the Land Rover and told Siobhan to put Robert into the recovery position.

Robert Hamill never regained consciousness and died of his injuries on 8 May 1997.[1] The cause of his death was recorded as "Diffuse Brain Injury associated with Fracture of Skull due to Blows to the Head".[1]

Six people were arrested after Robert Hamill's death, but only one was eventually tried for his murder.[2] Paul Rodney Marc Hobson was charged with murder, but found not guilty.

And here’s what the Zionists had to say when they were done “learning” from the RUC:

“I think one of the important things we have learned is the focus here on policing with the community as opposed to policing the community,” he said.

Maj Gen Shai said he was also impressed with the PSNI being described as a police “service” and this was a focus that could be usefully applied in Israel.

God help the Palestinians in Occupied East Jerusalem, they have become the Irish in Occupied Ireland. And evidently will now be treated as such.

Criticizing Israel May Be Deemed As Crime

So, do you all see what’s happening here? The “old” Anti-Semitism, you remember it don’t you? I like to call it the “real” Anti-Semitism, it existed, and today it still exists to some extent, just like Anti-Catholic, Anti-Muslim, Anti-Black, Anti-Irish, Anti-Hispanic, etc, etc, etc still exist in racially and ethnically motivated haters. However, the Zionists, who took over Judaism and “changed” it to a neocon rightwing violent nationalist movement akin to Al-Qaeda, are now attempting to include criticism of both the State of Israel and Zionism as the “new” Anti-Semitism.” And they are quietly trying to get the laws changed to reflect this.

Here are my thoughts; Why only them? Where are the laws that outlaw criticism of America’s government (8 years of Bush Bashing) or American’s for re-electing the moron and going into Iraq under false pretences and a bare faced lie to the world? Or what about America's little war crimes, they aren't censored. I mean just surf the web for millions of Anti-American Government policy articles, blogs and comments. You see where I’m going with this?

It’s called “Free Speech” the ability for the public to express opinions about world events, world governments, their own government’s actions, or in-actions. And this is one of the most important rights the people of this world have, it must not be legislated away by Zionist owned, bought and paid for government officials. The article I am including today is about what’s happening in America, but rest assured it’s taking place quietly all over the world in the most outspoken countries that “claim” freedom of speech as a cornerstone, a democratic right to be fought for and protected. But, bit by bit it is becoming eroded by continous well funded attempts to weaken those rights from Israeli supported Zionists.

“Free Speech” is their enemy, more so than Muslims, Hamas, or Iran’s non-existent nuclear Weapons. Free Speech is where the battle lines are drawn now. It is our blogs and our websites and our newspapers and our television programs like the recent “Investigating the Israeli Lobby in Britain” that most threatens Israel’s plans of continued genocide of Arabs and Muslims, of expanding through illegal land grabs, of torture, internment, beatings, house evictions, land grabbing, burning fields and olive trees, tunnelling under Al Aqsa, invading Al Aqsa, quietly taking over the whole of Jerusalem and most of the West Bank. It’s like the scene from the Wizard of Oz; pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. But we are paying attention and the attention is what will ultimately force Israel into becoming somewhat controlled. It is the “free speech factor” that has the most effect on Israel, and it must be protected by all of us.

This recent Zionist “trend” of linking Anti-Semitism with criticizing Israel, its soldiers, its actions and its policies in our OWN countries must be reversed. Human nature is to not believe such a thing cannot happen, that Israel cannot take away our rights to free speech. People will say this is impossible, that our rights to free speech cannot be taken from us by some evil dictators with nefarious intentions. To this kind of thinking I can only point to history, remember Hitler……….For if Israel gets it’s way, we will all be mushrooms very soon, living in the dark and being fed bullshit. Also consider events in Canada, initiated by a body called the Canadian Parliamentary Coalition to Combat Antisemitism (CPCCA), a voluntary association of 22 MPs investigating anti-semitism because, it says:

ADL said the level of anti-Semitism matched 1998's as the lowest in the poll's 45-year history. Yet in his 2003 book, "Never Again? The Threat Of The New Anti-Semitism," national director, Abraham Foxman, said he's:

"convinced we currently face as great a threat to the safety of the Jewish people as the one we faced in the 1930s - if not a greater one," contradicted by Cato Institute research fellow Leon Hadar (writing in the January 2004 Chronicles) that public opinion polls "indicate anti-Semitism (both its racial and religious versions) has been in steep decline in most of Western Europe...."

The result gets bodies like CPCCA to exploit it, with disturbing implications of where this may lead, including calling opposition to Zionism and Israeli crimes anti-Semitism, and criminalizing them at a time the global BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) movement is gaining traction in the wake of Operation Cast Lead and 42 years of military occupation.

Judge Richard Goldstone gets an award for his “extraordinary” career. More after this:

South African judge Richard Goldstone, author of a UN report alleging war crimes during the conflict in Gaza last year, won the Stockholm Human Rights Award Thursday.

The prize is awarded by the International Legal Assistance Consortium (ILAC), the Swedish Bar Association and the International Bar Association for "an outstanding contribution to promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms."

The decision cited Goldstone's "extraordinary career" in promoting human rights, in his native South Africa and elsewhere.
Judge Goldstone was commissioned by the United Nations this year to look into Operation Cast Lead. His report, which accused Israel and armed Palestinian groups of "crimes war" prompted extensive criticism in Israel.

The United Nations General Assembly endorsed the report, and has handed it over to the UN Security Council.

So Goldstone wins a prestigious award and Zionists make t-shirts calling civilians "terrorists":I think this proves my point about the "Room Temperature IQ" thing.

The claim, which was made by a Ukrainian philosophy professor and author at a pseudo-academic conference in Kiev five days ago, is the latest expression of a wave of anti-Semitism in the country. It comes a few months after a Swedish tabloid ran an article alleging that Israel Defense Forces soldiers have killed Palestinian civilians for their organs.

Vyacheslav Gudin told the estimated 300 attendees of the Kiev conference a detailed story about a Ukrainian man's fruitless search for 15 children who had been adopted in Israel. The children, Gudin said, had clearly been taken by Israeli medical centers, where they were used for "spare parts." Gudin said it was essential that all Ukrainians be made aware of the genocide Israel was perpetrating.

The conference, some of whose participants belong to a Slavic-rights movement, also featured two professors who presented a book blaming "the Zionists" for the Ukrainian famine of the 1930s as well as the country's current condition.

Many Ukrainian Web sites covered the speeches without putting them into context. In response to a request by the country's Jewish community Ukraine's police force is investigating ZUBR, one of the Web sites that reported the speeches.

Meanwhile, Ukrainians demonstrated outside the Israeli Embassy in Kiev on Tuesday to protest a letter signed by 26 Knesset members condemning what they described as anti-Semitic remarks by presidential candidate Sergey Ratushnyak. Protesters chanted "Ukraine isn't the Gaza Strip," indicating they consider the MKs to be trying to exert control over their country.

link An American convicted of spying for Israel is reportedly proposing that Israel kill Hamas prisoners rather than swap them for a captive Israeli soldier.

The Jerusalem Post daily reports that Jonathan Pollard says Israel should kill one Hamas prisoner every day until the militant group frees Sgt. Gilad Schalit (captured POW)Pollard, who is serving a life sentence in the U.S. for his 1985 spy conviction, also says he'd refuse to be exchanged for "terrorists."(CORRECTION: make that the democratically elected government in Gaza)

The paper said Wednesday that Pollard made the remarks to Israeli ultranationalist activist Moshe Feiglin who visited him in a prison in Butner, North Carolina.

BEARING WITNESS~IF A TREE FALLS IN A FOREST....................

Today something has happened, today the EU stood up to Israel. George Berkeley, an Irish philosopher created a theory called "immaterialism" or "subjective idealism". He talked of objects ceasing to exist once there was nobody around to perceive them. Hence the famous phrase: "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?"

I have always thought this phrase best describes the Plight of the Palestinians, for obvious reasons. Without attention via media, governments and the general pubic worldwide, the atrocities go un-noticed. E.g. No one hears the tree when it falls, and no one hears the house when it is demolished by Israeli bulldozers, no one hears the olive trees burning, no one hears the screams in the night as Palestinians are evicted, removed or shot by settlers. Without the world around to see these events, they cease to exist outside those experiencing them.

Israel’s genocide last December allowed the world to hear the trees falling, and hear them they did, in the ears of millions around the world who became outraged and took up the Palestinians cause for freedom, justice and a fully sovereign state, along with punishment for their captors and murderers. We are the army for Palestine that exists outside Israeli control, we are the soldiers Israel cannot bomb and maime, we are the the ones who refuse to stop exposing the fallen trees.

A section of this has come to fruition, via the EU’s recent publication of a document that is highly critical of Israel; this on the heels of the Goldstone report sends a clear message to Israel. Become accountable, admit your crimes, cease the aggression, stop the illegal siege, comply with all the UN resolutions you are breaking, and return to the 67 borders immediately. Or we, the world, will work in a fashion that will force these issues to the front. You will no longer be dealing with only the Palestinians, but you will be dealing with all of us. We are all Palestinians now, you made us so.

One of the suggestions I find the most stunning, is a call for EU representation at house Demolitions and court cases pertaining to house demolitions. I think this is absolutely brilliant, the falling trees will be witnessed first hand, not by peace activists that Israel kills or attempts to kill, like Rachel Corrie, or Tristan Anderson, no, this time it will be EU officials, who won’t easily be “accidentally” murdered by Israeli thugs; acting with the Israeli Governments tacit approval. So, without further adieu, here are the three new phrases now considered to be “Anti-Semitic” more after the new "Anti-Semitic" phrases:

2. “And he was the king of the Jews. Believe that one.”

And bringing up the rear of the list, we have the ever grotesque:

Now, here’s my take; Ever hear of the “Fish Story?” You know, the one where the fisherman almost catches a fish (but it gets away?) and then when he’s asked how big it was, he says “This Big!” (Indicating over 80 feet long, even though he was only using 10 lb line LOL) and of course it’s a total exaggeration, and everyone knows it! Yeah THAT one! Well, I’ve noticed regarding the recent “so called Anti-Semitic Hate Crime" that the Zionists have become the fishermen, telling “porkie pies” e.g. “lies.” Check out this story of a “hate crime” at a Jewish Community Center. When they can’t find it, they make it up:
