Well here we go, Israel Propaganda machine spreading garbage again hoping the propaganda becomes "fact" by media repetition. The new "claim" is that "Global Jihadists" are coming into Gaza continually.(did you get that? Continually???) This statement is so full of holes it could be Swiss Cheese. Firstly, what ARE so called "Global Jihadists" anyway? Are they referring to "al-Qaeda" because that is not even remotely happening. Secondly, notice the timing of this "Propaganda" right after the 2 Hotel bombings in Jakarta. After all, Israel has to somehow create a fabricated tie between the bombings in Jakarta to Gaza, even if that means by falsely associating groups that do NOT exist inside Gaza; and then "associate" these false groups, who do not exist inside Gaza, with HAMAS the Gazan Government. This is the Zionist Agenda folks. Next, even IF what they claim was true, and it isn't, but what would that say about Israel's ability to control the borders? If that's the case then continuing the siege is pointless if hundreds of these so called "Global Jihadists" can so easily enter when ever they want to. Actually, if it WERE true, then Israel has ended up shooting itself in the foot logically, so to speak, by actually putting forth an argument that the siege only blocks food and medical aid to the population and does nothing to create security for Israel. Guess they forgot about that one.

IMHO what this is all about is twofold, on the heels of the Jakarta bombings being covered in the news worldwide, this an attempt to continually paint the Gazan Government as "terrorists." But much more sinister, to possibly create yet another reason for a military invasion into Gaza. So, heads up people! Israel says foreign jihadists are in Gaza

JERUSALEM — The head of Israel's Shin Bet internal security service says foreign nationals linked to the global jihadist movement have infiltrated the Gaza Strip.

Service chief Yuval Diskin told ministers at Sunday's meeting of the Israeli Cabinet that there had been "a steady trickle into Gaza of foreigners linked to global jihad," according to an official present at the closed-door meeting.

Diskin did not elaborate or cite evidence.

Gaza's Hamas interior minister Fathi Hamad dismissed Diskin's charge as "baseless propaganda." The militant group Hamas controls the West Bank.

He added that "there is no al-Qaida or any other organization in Gaza." link

Barak: There is neither hunger nor crisis in Gaza

Defense Minister Ehud Barak told the cabinet on Sunday that he felt that there was no crisis in the Gaza Strip.

"There is no hunger or crisis in Gaza," he said during a security briefing. "More supplies pass through the border crossings today than did during some points of the last cease-fire. Only sensitive materials or construction materials are not transferred in." link

Israeli Terrorists Burn Land-Attack Farmers-Kidnap Child

Israeli settlers set fire to farmland and assaulted Palestinian farmers and an Israeli activist in two villages east of the West Bank city of Qalqiliya on Tuesday.

Ma’an’s correspondent reports that large areas of wheat fields and olive groves went up in flames in the villages of Jit and Far’ata before firefighters arrived and extinguished the blaze.

Local residents said Israeli soldiers also attacked farmers, leaving many of them bruised among them Hani Arman, Othman As-Sadda, Ahmad Arman, Zakariyya As-Sadda, and an Israeli activist with the organization Rabbis for Human rights.

Soldiers also seized 15-year-old Murad Yamin.

According to farmers, fights erupted after settlers from the Gilad outpost attacked a rally in the area protesting previous settler attacks and Israeli Civil Administration’s claims that farmers do not own their land in spite of documents proving ownership. link

"Not the Right Kind of Jew"

The Majority of the world views Israel and its supporters as a giant "collective" like the borg. They are viewed and perceived this way because they behave this way. I remember during the recent holocaust in Gaza, watching many Israeli spokesmen/women and various talking head Jews, regular "man on the street" interviews. And to my utter and sheer amazement, it was as if they were all singing from the same "hymn sheet" almost word for word. I noticed this was also taking place across the Internet on messagesboards, blogs and news sites. Why is that? Why is it that they adhere to this collective mentality, like the borg? Resistance is futile, one would think after watching countless news programs and just about any US channel. All for one, and one for all, this is the image Israel wants the world to see, and this is the image the Zionist controlled media feeds the world. But, there is something happening, something Israel cannot control (yet anyway!) and that is the Internet, personal videos, news channels from countries not in Israel’s pocket. Some Jews are beginning to wake up, some Jews are capable of having human emotions, human empathy, capable of placing themselves in someone else's shoes. This is unheard of in the majority of Jews, something they'd never remotely consider; after all, they are right, everyone else is wrong.

So, what happens when Jews no longer buy the Israeli propaganda? What happens when a Jew feels compassion for Palestinians? What happens when they allow their human feelings to override the Zionist line? What happens to them when they dare to speak out? They are no longer welcomed in the "collective" they are from that moment on, considered to be a "self hating Jew" that is the term used. Who Will Stop the AIPAC Jews Before it is Too Late?

While I was being tackled by security guards at Washington's Convention Center during the AIPAC conference for unfurling a banner that asked "What about Gaza?," my heart was aching.

"Shut the f--- up. Shut the f--- up." one staffer yelled, red-faced and sweating as he ran beside me. "This is not the place to be saying that shit. Get the f--- out of here."

What makes my heart ache is thinking about the traumatized children I met on my recent trip to Gaza, and how their suffering is denied by the 6,000 AIPAC conventioneers who are living in a bubble-a bubble where Israel is the victim and all critics are anti-Semitic, terrorist lovers or, as in my case, self-hating Jews.

I found it fascinating that AIPAC's executive director Howard Kohr opened the conference admitting that there was now a huge, international campaign against the policies of Israel. He painted a picture of 30,000 people marching in Spain, Italian trade unionists calling for a boycott of Israeli products, the UN Human Rights Council passing 26 resolutions condemning Israel, an Israeli Apartheid Week that is building a global boycott, divestment and sanctions campaign.

This global movement, he warned, emanates from the Middle East, echoes in the halls of the United Nations and the capitals of Europe, is voiced in meetings of international peace organizations, and is spreading throughout the United States-from the media to town hall meetings, from campuses to city squares. "No longer is this campaign confined to the ravings of the political far left or far right," he lamented, "but increasingly it is entering the American mainstream."

Now clearly, the majority of Jews in the "collective" simply cannot come to terms with one of their own speaking against the “collective” It is like a cult, it is simply “not done”, simply “not allowed” under penalty of defamation, smearing campaign or worse. "How is one to explain these Jews who work to hurt Jews?" I think the primary explanations are psychological it is almost impossible to overstate the pathological effects of thousands of years of murder of Jews — culminating in the Nazi Holocaust, when nearly all Jews on the European continent were murdered — have had on most Jews.

It is not coincidental that Norman Finkelstein's parents went through the Holocaust or that Yisroel Dovid Weiss's grandparents were murdered in the Holocaust. But even Jews who lost no relatives in the Holocaust fear another outbreak of anti-Jewish violence, and given the Nazi-like anti-Semitism in the Muslim world today, that is not exactly paranoia.

One way to deal with this is to side with the enemy. Consciously or not, the Jew who sides with those dedicated to murdering Jews feels that he will be spared. He becomes the "good Jew" in the anti-Semites' eyes.

The other psychological explanation is related. The Jew — specifically the radical Jew — who sympathizes with Jew-haters wishes to announce to the world that he is not really like other Jews. While the other Jews are moored in provincial Jewish ethnic or religious identity, he is a world citizen who no more identifies with the Jews' fate than with the fate of Iroquois Indians. source

So what we have here is the explanation that the Jews who speak against the “collective” are somehow “psychologically damaged goods”, they can’t help themselves because of the “guilt of the holocaust” and “paranoia coupled with fear of it happening again.”

The notion that these Jews who speak out are thinking rationally is never entertained. Nor is the foreign concept that Israel's own actions have created this so called "anti-semitism" and hatred it speaks of today. No, it is never Israel's fault, the holocaust gives Israel the right to be above the law and abandon morality. Because to think otherwise would mean these Jews would then have to examine their own actions and reactions, along with the real reasons for those actions. And to allow that process would begin the slippery slope of change. Change cannot be allowed in Israel, change is very dangerous to the Zionists in control of the State of Israel.

So, the "collective" must always be protected, even against others of their own faith and kind. And that is the core problem with Israel. Because should free thought prevail the Zionist dream of ethnically cleansing Arabs can never take place.

Israel Lays Siege in Bethlehem to Cover For Thieves

Bethlehem – Ma’an Exclusive – Israeli forces besieged the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem on Sunday night, closing all military checkpoints leading to the area.

As a result, more than 200,000 residents of the city were under collective punishment under the pretext that an Israeli settler came under fire in the eastern Bethlehem district, near Tuqu’ village.

However, Ma’an has learned that the Israeli claims were false, and that the siege on Bethlehem was meant to provide coverage for thieves who broke into the home of Bassam Musallam in the town of Beit Jala; Palestinian police detectives reportedly seized them red-handed. Interrogations revealed that the thieves were holders of Israeli IDs.

Israeli authorities demanded that the Palestinian Authority (PA) hand over the thieves immediately as a precondition for lifting the military siege on Bethlehem. Palestinian security services were forced to hand the thieves over hours after they were arrested. They are from the Palestinian town of Beit Naquba in Jerusalem (under Israeli control).

Ma’an learned from Bethlehem police that during detention, the men admitted stealing 7,000 Israeli shekels (1,664 US dollars) and quantities of jewelry from the home of Nizar Ghattas in Beit Jala on 18 April 2009.

Palestinian police added that another alleged thief from Beit Safafa, also under Israel’s control, was still on the run, and that police have continued efforts to catch him. But PA police do not have access to areas under Israel’s control, where thieves tend to take shelter.

Trouble~Investigation into Israel's Actions in Gaza

Oh and bombing UN facilities, medics, hospitals, schools, herding families into a house and then bombing it, murder, murder, murder, etc, etc, etc.

The United Nations has once again delayed disclosing the findings of its investigation into the recent Israeli bloodshed of the Palestinians.

Having missed two previous deadlines, on Thursday, the world body said the results from its probe into the 22-day Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip were not yet ready.

"It is not done yet. As we indicated last week, it might be about another week or so from now before it is done," UN spokesperson Farhan Haq said at the organization's headquarters in New York on Friday in response to a Press TV correspondent question.

Last week, spokeswoman for Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, Michele Montas had assured that the final report would be delivered up this week. "We have asked for a little more time to finalize the report. The secretary general agreed with that….I can tell you it is going to be next week," she had said.

Our reference to Montas' confirmation was, however, met with the body's denial. "No. We had a statement last week, I believe last Wednesday or Thursday, that it would be possibly another two weeks," Haq added to his Friday remarks.

This is while the independent board of inquiry, commissioned by the secretary general to file the report, had originally promised to have the report ready by the end of March.

The international body had also promised to help end the humanitarian crisis caused by the Israeli attacks which wrought havoc on the strip in late 2008 and early 2009. Close to 1,400 Palestinians were killed in the operations -- most of them civilians.

UN shelters -- swarmed with refugees -- were also targeted three times during the attacks, prompting the body to commission the report.

With Tel Aviv having opted out of cooperation with the UN Human Rights Council on the matter, Ban's inquiry is the only one left to have access to the both sides of the conflict.

This is while, UN General Assembly President Miguel d'Escoto Brockmann refers to the organization's record of failures to address the Arab-Israeli conflict.

The UN had been failing in its commitments dating back to 1947 when it promised to establish both a Palestinian state and Israel, he said. "That is the single biggest in the history of the United Nations: The lack of fulfillment. Because we still do not have a Palestinian state officially declared and we still have turmoil."

The Palestinian de facto government based in Gaza warned that Israeli settler incursions into the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in Jerusalem could drag the region into a “confrontation.”

After the weekly cabinet meeting on Tuesday, the government led by Ismail Haniyeh said recent settler visits to the Mosque were "provocative."

The de facto government said Israeli policy in Jerusalem is consistent with the strategy of “transfer,” a euphemism for ethnic cleansing, advocated in the past by Israel’s new foreign minister, Avigdor Lieberman.

Right-wing settlers have entered the Al-Aqsa compound at least twice in the last week. Last Friday some 50 settlers entered the area during a time-slot normally reserved for foreign tourists.

Gazan Boat NOT Boobytrapped!

Israel playing war games as usual, to hype up tension in the region and to attempt to turn the West against Palestinians. Monday's headlines about the so called "explosive laden boat" is a hoax. This is yet another excuse to keep Gazans from getting any extra food for themselves by fishing. Israel controls the borders, only allows a scant amount of food and supplies inside, now they are cutting of fishing as well. If there had been "hundreds of kilograms of explosives" on that tiny boat as Israel claims below, then it would have been a much bigger explosion than what we saw.

The Palestinian Agriculture Ministry in Gaza slammed Israeli allegations that Palestinians attempted to attack an Israeli warship using an explosive-laden fishing boat on Monday morning.

The ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that Israel’s account of Monday’s events was a “trumped up story aimed at escalating aggression against fishermen” and “an excuse for piracy and destruction.”

The Agriculture Ministry said it spoke with eyewitnesses who swore the boat contained no explosives, and that it exploded only when an Israeli warship shelled it.

Israeli military Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi maintained the Israeli version of events saying, “The fishing boat that was identified this morning by Israel Navy boats was booby-trapped with hundreds of kilograms of explosives."

“We assume that this was an attempt to attack one of the Israel Navy boats, an attempt that fortunately was not successful, thanks to the soldiers correctly implementing the regulations,” said Ashkenazi.

Witnesses told Ma’an that warships renewed their shelling on Tuesday morning, firing heavy barrages of missiles and shells at fishing boats in the As-Sudaniya area of the northern Gaza Strip. No one was injured

Israel Blocks Fuel for Gaza-AGAIN

Israel barred deliveries of fuel from the besieged Gaza Strip on Tuesday morning while opening two crossing points for deliveries of food and humanitarian supplies.

Chair of the Gaza Committee for the Entry of Goods Raed Fattuh said Israel closed the Nahal Oz fuel terminal on Tuesday, effectively shutting off fuel supply to the Strip..

The supplies allowed into Gaza on Tuesday include: dairy products, frozen meat, flour, grains, sugar, rice, spaghetti, cooking oil, diapers, toilet paper and blankets.

On Monday Israel allowed a shipment of 130 tons of cooking gas and 450,000 liters of industrial-grade diesel supplied by the European Union for Gaza’s sole power plant.

Israel has maintained a land, sea, and air blockade of the Gaza Strip since June 2007, causing the territory’s economy to collapse and trapping 1.5 million Palestinians inside. source

Israeli forces took control of a Palestinian house near the separation wall in the West Bank town of Shweika, near the city of Tulkarem, on Sunday afternoon.

According to Ma’an’s reporter in Tulkarem, Israeli soldiers ransacked the twos-story house owned by Abu Aysha, detaining his family in their bedrooms and ordering them to remain silent.

Villagers hurt in West Bank clash

At least eight Palestinian have been injured in clashes near an Israeli settlement

Palestinians say the clashes broke out after armed Israeli settlers from Beit Ayin attacked homes in Beit Safa, a nearby Palestinian village.

Israeli forces say they fired live bullets at the legs of stone-throwers.

A hospital in the West Bank town of Hebron said one Palestinian was seriously injured and another three were moderately hurt.
Doctors said one of the injured was hit in the neck with a live round.

The Israeli military said Palestinians had begun throwing stones at settlers from Bat Ayin in the southern West Bank, who had gone to a hilltop to say a special sun blessing prayer in an event which occurs once every 28 years.

Palestinian residents of Beit Safa said a group of settlers, some armed, had entered their village and begun throwing rocks at homes and damaging cars.

They said Israeli forces had arrived and used tear gas, rubber coated bullets and live ammunition to end the disturbance.

An Israeli military spokesperson said "crowd dispersing means" were used initially, but when the crowd became more violent, troop used live ammunition to target the lower body parts of some people in the crowd, and "identified hits".

In 2002, three residents of the settlement were given long jail terms for trying to blow up a Palestinian girls' school in Jerusalem.

Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank are considered illegal under international law, although Israel disputes this.

The violence comes amid concerns over a clash of opinion between the new Israeli government, led by right-winger Binyamin Netanyahu, and Barack Obama's US administration.

Mr Obama has stressed his commitment to a two-state solution, but Mr Netanyahu does not back the creation of a sovereign Palestinian state.
His Foreign Minister, far-right politician Avigdor Lieberman, said on Tuesday that peace talks with the Palestinians had reached a "dead end".

Israel bars N Ireland leader from Gaza
Northern Ireland political leader Gerry Adams will not be allowed to enter Gaza this week because he planned to meet officials from Hamas, the militant group that rules the territory, an Israeli official said on Tuesday.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Yigal Palmor said Israel "would not help Adams meet with Hamas terror leaders". Hamas is listed as a terror organisation by Israel, the US and EU.

A spokesman for Adams, Ted Howell, said Adams and his delegation planned to visit Gaza on Wednesday. He said, "we will meet with whoever wants to meet us."
